There are also slows like Neurotoxic breath that don't need damage but could benefit from range.

I feel as though Venomous Gas being a PBAoE makes it significantly harder to use, especially since the set lacks a self-heal or a defensive boost. To keep it useful solo, and give it a slightly different mechanic from sets with location toggles or enemy toggles, change it to Enchanced Venom and for all the powers in the set that get to-hit checks, there is a proc to apply the Venomous Gas debuff (duration refreshing, not stacking).

Focused Feedback: Experimentation (Build 1 - 4)

I see. How far away from an enemy can you actually get before you lose target? I know that people using boost range on stupid snipe builds would have to use spotters because they couldn't actually target the enemies anymore. -

Well, the medicine pool has a power with very different effects depending upon if it's targeting a friend or a foe. -
Well, if it's drowning in blood, the character is exemplared and is suffering from enhancement scaling, so possibly slotted up fully.
-
If I recall, the Ancillary Power Pools were added Issue 3 or so. I think the level cap was increased with Issue 1.

With my ninja tools mastery sentinel, I can't see my weapon.

Teammates will often provide defense, sometimes resistance, but I can only think of one support set that gives +maximum health. And every increase to your health improves your regeneration. The resist slot in High Pain Tolerance can be traded for Impervious Skin: Status Resistance. It gets you 25% more regeneration and you only lose about 2% resistance. You could also switch the slotting on Focused Accuracy and Blood Thirst.
-
What are your goals?
-
Ninja Tools Mastery, I believe it's called on Sentinels. And it does make me want to not use those powers.
-
It's not the Tech Knight belt. I have a character with the techknight cape belts and wings.
-
What type of slotting? Invincibility is still one of the strongest survival tools for the set, so if you're doing Single Origin enhancements, three defense, one endurance. Unyielding and Temporary Invulnerability, similarly, three resistance, one endurance. And Tough Hide can do with three defense. Dull Pain, I usually give six slots, three heal, three recharge.

Focused Feedback: Dark Melee Update (Build 1)
Major_Decoy replied to Jimmy's topic in [Open Beta] Focused Feedback
Well, consumption is really an out of date term. It's much more commonly referred to as Tuberculosis now. -
Oh, wow, I hadn't even noticed. lokpyrite commented on an eight month old post just for that? To "not be a dick"?
-
I think that, if your earnest intent is not to be a dick a good first step is to read the entire thread and see if your comment is necessary. I checked, and Heraclea appears to be correct. It looks like a level 50 tank will have about mag 13 hold, stun, immobilize, and sleep protection, while a level 50 brute should have about mag 10. (I do not have a level 50 brute to check this on, I'm relying on Mids for those number.) Those values also scale with level, at level 29, a scrapper/brute will have about 7~8 magnitude protection and a level 30 tank has already hit mag ten.
-
No. Absorb is a different enhancement and you'll find it on the Alpha Slots that increase resistance. (The radial side, if I remember correctly)

Focused Feedback: Dark Melee Update (Build 1)
Major_Decoy replied to Jimmy's topic in [Open Beta] Focused Feedback
So, I put a level 50 tank Invulnerability/Dark Melee tank together on test, and it feels alright. I put a full set of the new Synapse set into Dark Consumption. It played pretty well. It recharges a bit faster than Soul Drain, the way I have things slotted out currently. It's fun. I'm looking forward to seeing what it's like leveling with it. Shadow Maul worked well, though I'm more interested to seeing how that plays at lower levels. -

Given the name, 22.5% movement speed is entirely the point. -
The Hydraulic lift also explains why the 'elevators' only go up one floor. There have also got to be very thick between floor areas to accommodate the pistons. And the lifts aren't light, so the buildings need thicker floors and walls to support all the weight, thus also explaining the lack of windows. Those are all load bearing walls.
-
No, that's the trick. There are no '1500 lb max' elevators because there are no elevators. It's all hydraulic lifts with a much higher weight limit. It's also why there are no wires hanging in the shafts when one of them breaks.
-
It's the recharge time on Practiced Brawler. It needs what, about 60% recharge to be up all the time?
