the negotiations may have started (this is only a rumour I've heard, I don't know if it's true) because NC-Soft were NOT ignoring it outright, I have heard that Homecoming were contacted by NC-Soft to stop and asked if there was anything they could do to continue and the negotiations came from that (I have heard this twice from different people who MAY know, but I cannot confirm this to be true)

though if they are holding their guns to your head, in a true John Woo setting, you are pretty safe, if there was some wire-fu happening all bets are off, but guns to the head, pretty safe...

Oh I got what the suggestion was, however trying to balance end costs for a MM for an edge case purposely nerfed build is silly, and frankly hurts YOUR argument more than helps it. I'm fine with someone looking at MM attack end costs, however I'd be surprised if they were lowered, it's not what a MM is for after all
