Sorry I haven't been clear, my objection is that your proposed change isn't going to make the people that skip T1 attacks take them (it won't) but it WILL make the already to easy early levels even easier, learning to end manage isn't hard, and basically completely fixes the problem you are trying to fix. I take and have in my attack chains on every toon I have the t1 attacks, usually 6 slotted before any other power in fact, so my power choices would be completely unaffected by your change, however, the people who avoid them are NOT going to suddenly select them because they don't use end, the end cost isn't why they skip them. I'm not trying to change your mind, if you can convince the Dev's it will happen, I am supplying them with the counter argument that it will achieve nothing positive thats all

I'm having exactly the same issue, using Island Rum, and the http://patch.savecoh.com/manifest.xml manifest, I log in, agree to the terms, then when I select a server wrong game version server 20191231_596 client version 20191202_560, re-scanning and re-starting the patcher makes no difference (no patch downloaded)

  9. T1 powers already have minimal end costs, your proposed change will basically make next to no difference except move us even closer to total faceroll

  11. welcome to spaghetti, non-modular coding!!! the animations CAN be changed, and some of the other servers have mashed stuff up, but it breaks, and from what I've seen doesn't meet HC's quality standards

  14. All the existing tails ARE animated except the Bunny tail, which would look pretty weird animated? the power cord tail being added, sure, weird, slightly creepy, but sure 😄

  21. Well single form Khelds don't have the options of Squid or Lobster, though why anyone would want nerf build like that is beyond me (and I've actually done it with both a WS and a PB, I still don't get it!)
  22. Can't say I've ever had much end issues with either Khelds or Veats, though single form khelds to suffer a little in the late teens, nothing drastic though, but they are edge cases of building outside the AT so that to be expected
