Either use Halloween salvage (one of each) and turn it into Annah in Croatia for the last costume slot or switch sides (red to blue or blue to red) and run a tailor mission there. Good luck!

Flying through and missing content, zones, arcs etc.

And at 20 find Keith Nance in Talos and follow his arc and then Jenni (something). Very cool, you get to find yourself. -

Altitis. Welcome back and enjoy your new addiction. There are so many arcs and contacts and such, I take different characters on different journeys. Happy hunting! -
I think we need to consider quality. When I dive into a story arc in AE and find incomplete sentence structure, misspelled words and weak story if there is any at all, it is disheartening. There are so many on there and the creators are so proud and announce it and I jump in and think, well bless his heart, English is hard. We definitely need a better way to find quality stories amidst the flood of garbage. I think farms should be a seperate computer or something because even picking the stories from the farms is hard. And why are farm builders listing theirs as stories? Gotta address that somehow. I think that right now, all of this is a thought game, we gotta brainstorm viable ideas that the devs may take seriously enough to implement but any expectation of it being done anytime soon, just put that out of mind entirely. There are so many things they are asked for and are working on. I have never tried to write an AE arc so I am unfamiliar with the workings of it, the technicalities. Before tags saying cannon or sci-fi or romance, how about a flag system for farm or story. Out in AE where you have many computers to choose an arc, have some green (story) and some red (farm) so basically you have two databases and the creator has to choose which database its in when they create the arc. When a non story is found in the story database it gets moved or deleted with an email to the creator about why. I like the idea of using zone doors instead of the AE glowy light but there are mixed reviews on the difficulties of implementation on that. Maybe someone with their own private server can test it using the actual spaghetti code to see what breaks. I think there are a lot of good ideas and a lot of possibilities. Keep up the brainstorm!

Discussion: Disabling XP No Longer Increases Influence
EmmySky replied to Jimmy's topic in General Discussion
When I buy from AH, I carefully go through and put 1 inf bids on every enh I need then on my bidding page use the find button to nail down the going price and make a 'real' bid. When I was decking out my farmer, I was following this pattern and BOOM something with a 1 inf bid moved to my bought tab. I don't remember what enh it was, that was back in October, but it was probably an orange because I remember thinking I just saved about 10m. Only pertinent to the 'get a bargain' discussion not the inf is rare discussion. I still buy my enh this way and keep hoping it'll happen again 😁 -
On the computer missing one: Open your CoH folder, find the folder with your username and open it, delete playerslot.txt This will force the game to reorder your toons into the order they were made and the lost one should show up. Good luck!

But... NAO! I am terribly impatient but I tend to put in all my bids knowing its gonna take me a couple weeks to do incarnates so I bid a little low in hopes of a bargain. -
Were you on Guardian?

Discussion: Disabling XP No Longer Increases Influence
EmmySky replied to Jimmy's topic in General Discussion
On Sundays I like to spend a couple hours farming, maybe invite some friends along for chatter. Other than that, it takes me a couple weeks running on any team that will have me to build incarnates for a character. I do not like the DA stuff too much and iTrials confuse me so this is building incarnates from drops and ver lvl rewards mostly. I had enough inf to outfit my latest completed toon (about 400 to 500m build I dont remember exactly) almost immediately so all she has earned in the last 2 week just playing casually and doing whatever is sitting in my email ready to outfit the next girl. That is 500m unless I miscounted somewhere. If I do a couple hours on Sunday on TankYou, thats another 200 to 250m I can add, at least. I do also like to turn reward merits into inf through converters or boosters or whatever. I only use merits for ATOs if there are none for sale on /ah for a few days (I am looking at you sentinels ward and opportunity strikes). Different players will obviously have different experiences, but for me, a couple weeks playing whatever I find fun is not too much 'grind' to pay for a fairly pricey build. -
When I first joined HC I made one of each AT and played them to 50 (15 toons). I left live before incarnates were a thing so I didn't bother with them at that time. I then ran, again, one of each AT (minus khelds which were in first batch) to 50 (13 toons). Because of powerset disagreements and the fun factor, some of these first 28 toons got rerolled and 'creation date' does not necessarily line up with which group they belong to. Now, I am running each of those through and earning cash for a fancy set build and making their incarnates. I reset my playerslot file so they are all listed in the order they were created, which again, does not reflect the group they belong to originally. Next one on the list is a brute, but I already have a brute fully T4 so question: Should I continue to incarnate according to creation date (oldest first) or maintain my original idea of one of each AT first then diversify into multiples of each AT? I know a lot of folks are gonna say 'play what is fun' and 'do what you like' but I'm looking for advice and info and, basically out of pure curiosity, wondering if anyone else has 'rules' or 'regulations' on how they advance their characters. Thanks for your info, advice and just plain chatter! Happy hunting!

Okay, I know I suck at math, but isn't 1/3 of 719 up around 239 not around 163? Red zones, being mostly deserted, make easier present gathering during the holiday event and really, what is more villainous than hoarding presents?

slot the enhancement open manage screen and select enhancement have catalyst in salvage on enh combine screen use catalyst on enhancement or sell unattuned on AH and buy attuned from AH because they are bucketed so pricing should be same I think you can attune enhancements at 50 but if you buy them attuned from AH you can use them earlier.

Discussion: Disabling XP No Longer Increases Influence
EmmySky replied to Jimmy's topic in General Discussion
Please point out where I indicated there is no reason someone cant learn it? I said it is accessible, as in you can type /ah almost anywhere and access it, as a direct counterpoint to VT saying it wasnt accessible. My marketing skills consist of posting all recipes and salvage at 100 and collecting inf. I would certainly never put down anyone for not using it in the most efficient manner as I certainly don't. But it IS accessible which was the entirety of my point. If the ability to type /ah is privileged behavior then I appologize for my phalangal dexterity. -

EmmySky replied to Jimmy's topic in General Discussion
It actually is. Every player has access to the market. Saying it isn't equally accessible to everyone is wrong. It all comes down to this. People have the options. There exists the opportunity for everyone to use the market (or farm, or play normally) to fund their requirements. They have options. Nobody should be able to 'guarantee' that the outcome of choice A be equal to the outcome of choice B, each choice has its pros and cons and each player makes that decision based on their own needs, desires and 'fun'. I won't claim that removing double inf while exemplared was a nerf to farming, it was a nerf to anyone playing exemplared. I love to use my 50s to join any team, doing TFs or story arcs or even farming, just to earn threads and such for incarnates. I no longer have the double inf option. It was a nerf to inf generation. By generation I mean making inf out of thin air, not moving it around in the market or amassing wealth. The change had nothing to do with players and their wealth. Overall, it was a healthy move for the economy and I haven't personally found it taking any longer to amass the wealth needed to outfit a 50 than it did before, but thats because I do that concurrently with earning incarnate salvage and that takes .... well, a while lol. TLDR; not all choices have the same outcome and a player will be subject to the outcome of the choices they make -
We literally landed on the moon. 😁

Who else did it? Who else remade their main?
EmmySky replied to StoneColdJoker's topic in General Discussion
I did not and will not remake my main, but I did give one of my current characters an homage outfit from that main. It is very close to the original outfit and I spent yesterday having mild flashbacks...such fun! -
On Indom a lot of supergroups host costume contests in their bases. Many complete with a catwalk to strut your stuff 😁

...there was no blue exit button and you had to retrace your way back out the door?

Thats the hami raids I remember and the new ones just confuse me.

I was so thrilled when the name Caberet was available that I googled my spelling (I cannot spell my way out of a paper bag) only to find I had, indeed, misspelled it. No matter, threw some taxi checks on her and a jaunty beret, took recall friend and away she goes!

Praetorian ill/sonic troller. Super hard...I got to 22 and had to delete...not solo friendly.

Very common convo in my college dorm on the third floor: Hey I'm going down to the machine to get a coke, you want one? Sure. What kind? Dr. Pepper.
