I play the game. I have been known to skip a few levels between 25 and 40ish but I also play those levels. I currently have 98 toons so I have hit plenty of story arcs. I soloed for 6 months just to relearn stuff and not embarrass myself on teams. Since I started teaming I am relearning the TFs. There are quite a few teams in several level ranges I see running every day on Indom so there are still people who play 😁 And yes people play how they want but if 95% PL to 50 then very few are around for those SC radio teams 😝

I think the problem with the purple caves is the texture. Its too hard to differentiate wall vs open passageway. I dont have near the problems in brown caves and I think its the interaction of the texture with the light on the material of the surface. Maybe they could tweek the material to not be so shiney or soften the texture so its not so variegated.

In-game you can also utilize the LFG chat channel to find a team to join or people to join your team, the Help chat channel to get information and help, and the General chat channel to shoot the breeze. I am mostly found on the general channel and unless you act like an ass you can make decent friends to team with now and later. Hell I act like an ass sometimes and they still talk to me so its all good. Just ease yourself into making friends and then add them as a global friend and y'all can team up in the future. It may or may not lead to supergroup-dom. My SG is just my son and I and all our alts but I still have global friends I team with even though we're in different SGs. Good luck and happy hunting!

I see teams at +4×8 and its just as fast as +0×8 solo. People who solo +4×8 are prolly farmers or min-maxers. My PB is currently running solo +0×8 because its fast and efficient. I have no ego pushing me for bigger numbers or harder enemies lol Find what you are comfy with and enjoy!

I still enjoy the low stuff because I can learn the toon...figure out that they cant hit the broad side of a barn and learn what to do to fix that. Much better to learn as a baby hero than in a 50+ team where you embarrass yourself by being a deathy tank or something.....(a friend says 😝)

Blah blah SUPPORT/MELEE blah blah numbers maths blah blah. That sum it up? 😝 No seriously I am so not a numbers girl and I really dont pay any attention to inherent powers because maths. I am down with a support/melee however it may be implemented. Vengeance is often blamed for letting your teammates suffer so you get a bonus so I dont really see a problem with your outlined proposal. It wouldnt chamge the way I play at all but I am sure there would be folks out there taking advantage of it. I am not a fan of placate powers and see no reason to replace confront. But I am the oddball that takes confront on scrappers. I think honestly that my personal playstyle is very different than everyone else and my opinion should not be focused on. But pls gimme kin/MA 😁

My girls need more freebie empys to build more stuffs. Or maybe after vet 99, every third lvl you get a convert threads to empy tool so you can pass them to alts. Interesting to think on but prolly not high on dev list.

I don't know if this is a mechanic per se but I like the missions that you enter one place and inside the mission you click on doors and experience different maps then the final exit is a door that takes you to the other side of the zone or a different zone entirely.

I do think 1 day of removing the aggro cap would be hillarious.....good bad or sideways I would enjoy it 😁

Ok here is what I do. Buy 2 Aegis something or other. Forget I put 2 in the how many field and buy 2 Armaggedon 5 piece sets. Discover my mistake when slotting because I am daft and didnt notice it when I got them from AH. Set extras for sale in AH for 100 and promptly dispose of about 10m inf per enh for a 50m total loss. You need a category for daft fools.

Look I can do it too. Everyone arguing to return the 2x inf is just trying to hoard inf and/or drive market prices up so that 2b per enh pricing is the norm and force me to farm more to simply afford decent builds on my toons. Waaaah why do you force your playstyle on me and why can't I have fun my own way? See how broad sweeping statements that level certain intents and purposes at everyone in general doesn't really help anyones cause? Rather than assign motives to people, how about you read the billion posts about this and try to grasp the concept that people are allowed to have differing opinions without anyone being right or wrong.

I have a bind that emails 25m to myself....easier to keep it in email the get it on whoever needs it. Bind also performs the tantrum emote so it freaks out people near me 😁

Hyperbole much? As an intelligent player, I find fun challenge all the time. How best to add these two new slots to gain the most benefit on this baby hero with powerset I've never played? Solo through some ouro arcs I haven't experienced in a decade. Come up with a new and interesting costume I have made 100 times already. Show off to my new teammies how my defender is secretly an alpha absorbing beast. Lots of fun challenges if you look at it the right way round.

I am delighted that we can even think of 10 months in the future with the expectation of being in paragon city! And I want my freeming brawl back pls, for reals.

With CoT being WTF this week lots are running Frosty. And I often take my baby heroes through Hollows since you can get travel at 4 its not nearly as difficult (although I usually forget to get travel until 12 lol).

In-game you can use /monitorattribute influence and have it in a window always on your screen to avoid having to open additional windows but yes you have to be logged in on that character to see it. I was wishing for this info on my character select screen this morning...I feel your pain! Happy hunting!

You may be on a lower populated server or you may be suffering time zone issues. Highest population shard is Excelsior (very high population) Unofficial RP shard is Everlasting (high population) Unofficial PvP shard is Indomitable (low population) First shard is Torchbearer (highish population) Physically located in Germany shard is Reunion (others are in Canada) (low population) If you are in the US most people are at work or otherwise out and about right now and populations and teaming will pick up later. Whatever shard you are on try it for a week or so to see the busy times if they work for you and try other shards too. You can use 5 transfer tokens and they are replinished every 3 days (all free) so you can move your toons to wherever is convenient. Happy hunting!

Ok lol that's a new reason but definitely something to add to the list when helping someone diagnose....usually caps lock is the culprit...language input...definitely a new one! Thanks for the info, didnt know that could happen.
