I have a few: A/TA blaster, A/EA sentinel, A/inv sentinel, A/RA sentinel (reunion) and A/WP sentinel some of those may still be below 20, not sure, i usually focus on a project and forget about the other babies until i get to them lol, but some babies are at 45 and some are at 1. looking forward to the next idea ya come up with and someone remind me when it rolls around so i don't forget again 😛

I played a storm/energy defender on live. It will most certainly teach you to be careful about attack vectors and placement. There were no magic KB to KD conversions back when I was playing that character and she (I) became very good at what she did. Now there is a magic conversion tool. I don't NEED it, I know how to position my character and use the KB to the benefit of my teammates. I DO use it in some builds because I am lazy and dont want to have to think about it, or the teams move so fast I dont have time to think about it, or my foe is dead after I attack so it doesnt matter where he lands. I like the concept of a global way to make the magic conversion, but I would want a little more fine control. Some powers I like to keep the KB because it is a good thing. I think asking for or expecting a checklist so I can keep KB in torrent but convert blast is way more that the devs would be willing or able to do so it most likely would be an 'all or nothing' thing if it were implemented. I am not a fan of 'all or nothing' but I am also not a fan of the current slot tax method where I miss a 6 pc bonus if I use the converter. I dont know if there will ever be a middle ground that is actually a feasible solution because I am not the one futzing with the code.

Amen! Funny about taunt, I take it on all my tanks, most of my brutes and scrappers and even dip I to Presence pool to have provoke on some of my sentinels. And KB can be a very good tool if used right, its just so easy to use wrong (accidents happen folks). Glad you are back and enjoying it!

Welcome home. The homecoming servers offer 5 shards, and each shard offers you 1000 character slots. No, I didnt mistype and you didn't misread. You can make 5000 characters. Play a few for a few levels to see what floats your boat. Shard transfers are free, you get 5 that will refill every 3 days, and renames are easy on your character select screen. TL;DR Go wild and have fun!

That sounds like a pretty good compromise.

I don't think that locking stuff behind a grind wall is going to go over well, especially since the main reason for it seems to be "Look at me look how uber I am". Aren't we past the need for peer approval? Also having everything open from the beginning is fantastic for character customization. And badges can be worn so pick the grindiest one and wear it to prove how uber you are. I am usually all for more options for more people and this sounds like taking options away. Do the cape mission before you put a cape on your character, you will have the sense of accomplishment without forcing everyone else to play your way. Win-win!

Irony and sarcasm have taken me far. SunshineSky is a dark/dark/dark defender with dark incarnates where applicable and her bio reads like a drill sergeant dressing down a new recruit. Usually, in chat and in person, I say "Tankies" instead of "thank you" and hence TankYou was born. It wasn't until much later I realized her name could be taken as.....well, rude. Speaks to my naivete. Also consider homages to people you admire. JaqMacPratt is an homage to my favorite actor via some iconic roles he's played. Lots of tips for naming characters! If a name I want is taken I throw Sky on the end of it (to follow my EmmySky nomenclature) like SunshineSky and PrestigeSky. I think it'd be cool to have people say "help I need a name" but some asshat might swoop in and steal the name before the person needing help reads the response. Lets not do that, please.

Lol Since I got Wi-Fi I got on the forums on my computer and added my full t4 incarnates to a signature and update it as I add more, but nobody wants the full 104 list lol.

For me, different ATs and different powerset combos are basically different games. I also take different routes through the leveling process. Not all of them do the hollows, not all of them do Matthew whatshisname, so many arcs to follow can keep ya busy for a while.

Yeah I was trying to stop at 100, currently 104 so it has slowed down. 😁

I do it so that when it gets over 25m I can hit my button that throws a tantrum and emails 25m to myself. Very easy.

A run is generally an entire arc, if that's 5 missions like Bloody Rainbow or 1 mission like Cult's Dreck map.

I enjoy may punny names and costumes too much. If I were to make a permadeath character I could reuse my old main name from live but I would have to just pick a random costume because once I invest 30 min in making it pretty or right I can't delete it.

My computer is a toaster so trying to dual box usually results in hard crashes..therefore my tag alongs are my son or global friends or randoms. I don't mind if they get more drops than me. I am a slow farmer...paying more attention to the tv than I should, so its a kind of apology for taking so long to clear a map 😁

I did not, and will not remake my main. I may reuse her name eventually. I did remake my fav scrapper but changed her secondary cuz someone nerfed regen 😢

Has anyone found a solution to the spaces in global name issue as regards a self email bind or macro? My friend has spaces, I do not, so it works for me but not for him.
