Okay, so for me, making PvP attractive is super simple. All you gotta do is get rid of the 'other people are involved' requirement. 😄

All I really want, is for hats and hair to be separate. So many cute hats, but almost all of them have awful hair attached. . . Also, when base-editing, I would honestly maim several of you for the ability to nudge an object in one direction with a single keystroke.

All I really want, is new ways to punch people in the face. Kick them, too. But mostly, punching.

And, to help with synonyms, a very simple tool. Click - or tap,press, select, choose... It's RhymeZone, yes, but extraordinarily useful for finding synonyms and words related to a concept. Everything with 'gravity' taken? This will offer up other words related to the science of gravity, and you might be able to find something in there.

None of them. I don't like looking at numbers. They stop making sense after a few minutes. And then the brain starts hurting.

I get so few characters to 50, those that do get showered in the most effective builds I can manage, no expenses spared. Hexquisite's build, counting the things I bought and ended up not using because i am a dumb, was nearly 1 billion. But she deserved it. ❤️ The total of characters who have managed this so far, is one. I have a second coming up soon, though, and Queen Raccoon will be treated like the queen she is, as well.

"More fun" and "not playing a brute" is a completely illogical pairing of contradictory statements that simply cannot exist simultaneously in this universe.

So, no blasters or scrappers?

So last night, I attempted to remake a character from live. I remembered her powers (Invuln/ss tanker, speed and flight - she was a Superman build, basically), had a vague memory of her overall look, but could not for the life of me remember what her name had been. And it'd been a good one, too. One I used to get compliments on. I've tried remaking her a few times, but always dropped it when I couldn't remember the name - or, as you will soon see happened, another idea claimed me. Anyway, in my efforts to remember her name, I typed a lot of random things in. Stumbled upon some decent names and some really good ones that I left unclaimed. And then I hit this one, and the fact that it was unclaimed felt so improbable that I just stared for a good five minutes as a completely different character concept formed in my mind. So, of course, I swapped out the powers to rad armor/energy melee and altered the look a little to fit my new concept. And a few minutes later. . . (the) Improbable was born! Seriously, how was that name not taken? It just seems so . . . improbable. . . . still gotta figure out that supergirl character . . .

Pretty sure I've said this in-thread before, but @SwitchFade has managed to do what so many teachers in my past failed to. Teach and explain economics in a way I actually understand. Disabling XP may no longer increase influence, but it has increased my understanding of basic economics. This nerf has improved my education. 😄

Today, after a random thought while on the bus, I made Shockholm Syndrome, and electric/psi dominator. I am far prouder and more satisfied with this than I have any right to be.

Was this on Everlasting? Because I've done this a few times, for this exact reason, and said basically that exact thing, and that entire scenario sounds so familiar.

And then we need to nerf regen. Thrice. So it doesn't get jealous.

Not at my computer currently, so I can’t look at the full list, but there are a number. Considering the number of Hex-something or others on Everlasting, I was surprised when I typed in Hex Pistols and it was available. But even more surprising was, when I made my grav/earth dominator a few weeks ago, Mass Hysteria wasn’t already taken. I was so certain it would be, I almost didn’t bother trying for it. Also managed to grab Disconnection for my dark/elec blaster. I don’t know why that surprised me as much as it did. I think I just assume common words will be taken. And, speaking of common words and grabbing... nothing surprised me more than grabbing up Grab for my KM/shield stalker. I was making a duo with a friend, who rolled a broad sword/dark armor stalker, and that allowed us to go with Slash & Grab, although his is spelled with an uppercase i. He was not lucky enough to get Slash with the l. Actually have two more names in mind that I don’t expect to get, but I have to wait six hours before I can go home and check...

It allows you to relive the original nerfing, all over again.

First thing I did when I got Homecoming working on my computer, was remake two of my mains from Live, the ones I had going at shutdown. Enraptor, my redside Bio/MA tanker, and Clashdance, blueside KM/SR scrapper. I remade them perfectly, their images seared into my mind over the last eight years. Neither made it to 50 on live. . . . and they still haven't. After making them, they proceeded to sit unused on my character page, as new ideas and characters consumed my time. In the last several months, they've made it to 8 and 7, respectively. I feel a little bad ignoring them so much, and still intend to get both to 50. Someday. . .

Oh, gods, no. No. No no no no no. Devs, if you stumble across this, please, I beg you, don't do this. Never, ever implement this.

Oh, if they make it to thirty, they are not getting ditched. Not getting ditched it they make it to twenty, in most cases, although I might remake them if I determine the powerset doesn't completely fit. I did that recently with Blind Panic, when I realized Willpower worked better than Invuln for her character concept. No, I generally know by level 10 or 15 if I'm gonna stick with a character or not.

What? I. . . no. This is not something that should be done. Blasters already do more damage than pretty much every other AT. Fury is for Brutes. And Blasters already have a mechanic. Defiance, which lets them use their t1 and t2 primaries, and t1 secondary while mezzed, and those attacks get a varying damage bonus. Maybe not as apparently useful was Fury or Scourge or Gauntlet, but trust me, most other ATs would love to able to use ANY attacks while under a sleep or a confusion mez. And if that's not good enough, well. . . that's the trade-off for Blasters getting so much higher damage. They get a mechanic that isn't as flashy as the other ATs get. And so I can stay on topic. . . uh, I've never actually played Electric Blast. So I can't really comment on it. I have played other Elec sets though, and one of my current Blasters has the Electricity Manipulation secondary, and I agree completely that End drain needs to be more useful. Only a handful of powers actually give you a portion of the endurance you drain, so I say, either give me a portion of the end drained from every draining attack, or have it inflict some kind of useful status effect as well. I'd be willing to sacrifice a small amount of damage dealt to balance out the benefits of a nice, steady flow of extra endurance flowing into me.
