  1. Currently there are 3 different IO's offering -resist procs I believe. I believe the 3 different IO's should stack with each other but not themselves. Edit: Not familiar enough with Beam to know if it can slot each of them or not
  2. I'd also agree with the above posters, including the comments about end use and the fear in tornado ... tornado and PA kind of working at odds with each other you'll be safe enough but occasionally find them aggro'ing adds when mobs are close as they give chase. /Rad does have AM which will help with end management
  3. To Kaballah's list I would add Kismet +6% "accuracy" (which is actually +6% to hit). It's really hard to have too much To Hit bonus.
  4. But oh so much fun to get multiple foes and you crit!!!
  5. This is a very tough scrapper pairing. I've never done Inv but I've been on my Claws/SR and watched a SG mates DM/ Inv tank Recluse on a STF that could easily have been a Masters run. (Memories are too old to recall if it actually was)
  6. Or turn everything off ... the value of what's left might provide a clue to what's turned on/bugged
  7. Probably the big thing I see recommended is the kb to kd IO's so as to reduce scattering the mobs to keep them close for Tornado and LS as well as not sending them out of Freezing Rain. Then when possible the FF +recharge proc to help get them back up again
  8. Yeah, Freezing Rains contribution to damage is indirect. It debuffs defense and resistance with the resistance making yours and your teammates attacks do more damage. The -resist IO's when they trigger further boost damage of attacks against the debuffed mob.
  9. Yes. I'd go recharge, endred and procs, particularly the Achilles -resist IO . I'd also find out how recharge in the power effected the proc rate something I'm still learning about myself.
  10. And something not mentioned often but I think is true is /Regen can do very well to lower levels as an exemplar particularly with Broadsword and Katana owing to Parry (combined with the slots and global recharge of an exemplar build) .
  11. Storm is going to be a major contributor to your damage output and as a controller tornado and lightning storm are going to come later than on a defender, well after SO's are useable. So while SO's will help up damage the bigger jump will be after those Storm powers well as Freezing Rain are slotted and in use.
  12. If you're an /SR brute you should readily be able to reach the soft cap. It's almost possible to do so with basic (non-set IO's). Having computer issues at the moment so I can't see the build, but I'll post some thoughts later
  13. I can recall watching a friend load up on break frees, enter Rest, pop all those break free then move while still kneeling in Rest into the lava and survive 🤪
  14. And I as well recall it confused more than a few folks at the time. For me calling it elemental might have made more sense, but not perhaps to others. Having an up to date and accurate power data goes a long way towards countering any confusion created by descriptive text
  15. The only thought I'd add is try to hesitate a moment if you think or know someone has Vengeance on your team to enable them to fire it off
  16. Just got back to 50 and incarnate trials so memories are a bit foggy but there's an AV (on Live) that for a while laid down trip mines like crazy and my empath eventual resorted to dropping 4 kb protect IO's (-16 mag) in her build so she could stay upright in the mission involving him. Hard to do anything when you get bounced around the from one mine to the next non-stop.
  17. It's not particularly difficult to intellectually recognize. But being on a team with lots of the toggles showing and seeing the effect personally really brings it home in a way dry number crunching doesn't.
  18. Leadership is a strong force multiplier. I was on a team the other morning running PI lvl 50 content at +4/x8. Myself and several others we're not yet 50. The team was shredding everything, council, carnies, arachnos, it didn't matter. I rarely missed and did solid damage. A lot of that was the 5 Tactics, 5 Assault and 4 Maneuvers I saw running in the buffs. If you can get them in your build I'd strongly recommend it. Particularly Tactics, nothing sucks more than whiff, whiff, whiffing away. Doubly so when it can make you feel like a non-contributor on a team. It's one of the reasons Green Machine (an all Empathy sg in the RO network) tears things apart even when half the team are sidekicks with nothing but empty slots or red enhancements in use. So a single leadership toggle is ok, but the more the team has the more everyone is effective.
  19. The "extra" defense while nice isn't something I would chase hard unless my primary goal was to reach the incarnate cap. Other To Hit buffs are probably better dealt with by being aware of which foes use them, how large their buff and use of inspires in conjunction with teammate buffs. Build towards max health and +regen combined with resists. Even if you are built to the I-cap a buffer would be needed for debuffs and foe to hit. It's a never ending race.
  20. Drop FA and take Tactics instead. Tactics will help the entire team and FA is an end hog last I checked.
  21. And yes the base empowerment station can be used. I've done it for some of my lowbie squishy types. Don't recall offhand what the protection mag is. It has been even longer since I've looked at Kinetics but as I recall Increased Density offers Knockback protection as well. And I'm still learning about Incarnate powers but I'll bet one (or more) of them offers protection.
  22. This is a build posted up on the Live forums around i23 by Arcanaville. The net recovery, health and regen are very solid numbers. They should be a very good place to work in more recent sets or otherwise adapt to your own play style. Violet Rumble_Arcanville MASR (i23 Incarnate) - Scrapper (Martial Arts).mxd
  23. I haven't got an i26 HC build but I might be able to find a solid slightly older Live build to post up Tuesday. Won't have some of the current sets and special IO's but should give an excellent base to adapt moving forward.
  24. Been having a blast running Cloud Song when I can. She got her Atlas Medallion this last weekend along with completing all the TF's up to Manti while reaching level 35. Still hoping to connect again despite weird hours. She seems to not have massive end issues but looking forward to level 38 when Heat Loss should make even a hint of trouble disappear for her and her teammates. Anyone suggest a good name for my Fly Trap?
  25. This I know the only way I could tell on my scrapper was in the channel. It did not show on my window which displays my recovery and end consumption, defenses, to hit etc., which did show the Miracle and Numina's procs working
