Blaster it up by making its initial damage higher while having a low buff or following the DoT nature of negative energy damage for even more dot stacking

When you were doing those runs/tests were you using Invention Enhancements or Single Origin enhancements? because this game is tested and built around SOs

pain/sonic always sounded like it had potential. assault leadership, world of pain, -resists thermal/fire is thematic but none of the secondaries really stack with thermals thing. maybe pistols with toxic ammo for -dmg and thermals shields? consider demon/thermal mm if all other thoughts fail. its cliche because of that pulp fiction girl in the rogue promos but stacking demons innate resists and frankenslotting pet IOs with resist auras can stack to healthy ammounts

Been suffering from this shit since like 1993 or so. FF6(3) snes wanting to keep using different characters all the time or using many types of pokemon or different starters or or or or and everquest was bad. my guild wanted me to focus on one character so i stopped giving my newer alts names to my old guild members and spread out super hard. even in planes of power i was raiding with like 3 or 4 different guilds oh man and warcraft, at the end of MoP i was playing so many alts regularly and blasting ass through the material farms which made me more gold than i knew what to do with and LFR raids and i can fill this fuckin chatbox with all the characters I have across all bethesda games. finding a fallout 3 mod that restored cut content/weapons that spawned like 4 or 5 alts. finding out the best way to play Oblivion was not leveling past level 5 or 10, or finding a mod in Skyrim that changes the way Conjuration weapons work, or finding out that Chillrend was a thing, or downloading a mod that buffs unarmed damage in a natural way that does not break the game or an enchanting mod that gives you additional slots sooner and even something like Practiced Basics mod that lets you temper Iron, Fur and other unclassified stuff before. and finding a special weapon in new vegas. my current build is not suitable for it and as i am playing THAT game i am thinking about SPECIAL stats for the next game for that weapon i found as well as perks and and and this many hours happened. im not out of time or anything like that but i cant think of a weapon or weapon type i didnt play with. 1str/9cha maria or compliance regulator to wait this isnt fun to read and all of that wanting to play differently with the game 100% happened with city of heroes

4/6 unbreakable guard in resist toggles+tough and healing flames touch of death in melee obliteration in melee aoe maybe a kismet somewhere to make up for touch of death's lack of acc im sure you can put something together on your own. maybe a third build for ranged/energies defense using mako's bite, eradication and something for resists

As for an elec blaster 1. its ok with just a base slow/snare or recharge, its basically caltrops tier damage. generally paired with oil slick 2. im going to say no, you might get some use stacking with tesla cage if you have it but i dont take it 3. last i remember flash arrow for blasters is like 5-7% tohit debuff,. not worth it for me 4. no, robot enemies are too rare 5. use glue arrow with this since some enemies just book it. i dont use it for procs and the sets i use for it are ATOs or Bombardment or artillery depending on what you are slotting for

No the leader was right to kick you. Not only were you selfish you were also fucking with EVERYONES Muscle Memory. If someone is acclimated to Combat Jumping to move around then being caught up in someones Group Fly is annoying as hell. /psi is just great in general pistol/psi, extra cone, extra pbaoe energy/psi, same thing sonic/psi, same thing fire/psi, same thing dark/psi, same thing but DoT stacking with subdual>gloom>stare thinking about a storm/psi at the time of this post. psi cone can give me something to do while waiting for storm cell

dom sets generally have 2-3 melee attacks no one really knows what to do with pistols outside of pistol whipping and pistol whipping from another angle i guess they can have a point blank shot and use executioners shot animation

i dont know if other mmos have precise timers on reward cooldowns, just at a certain time of day/week. sounds like a fuckin nightmare to have specific times for each task and each character listed

I love groups like that. people playing together, characters getting stronger, almost a dungeon crawl feel.

i dunno about that but i use my phone to take a picture of my enhancement screen so i can blow past a respec in like 5 minutes nowadays

The main - play it when i can/want. run it through a firefarm to burn off 10 bars of patrol regularly The super fun to play characters - take them as far as i can tolerate it. most stop getting played in the vet level 50 area or when tier4s have been achieved The majority - take them to vet level 11-15ish and stop playing The extreme few - strip and repurpose enhancements, name or costume for something else

I personally do not play MMOs for the difficulty. Adding something new is risky because while you might think jumping through multiple hoops is fun, it also will become tedious if done daily. Which MMOs are known to do. I personally hard quit FF14 because they were getting way way way too mechanic and one-shot heavy with content past the third alliance raid in Stormblood. It got worse after that. I deleted my WoW account in the time travel xpac because there was too much focus on having a main character and sticking with it. the grind for the legendary ring thing was brutal. as someone who had 10 or 11 active alts that stopped in.. dunder or something. iron horde. the thing after MoP. Please stop adding incoming crowd control enemies, please knock it off with self rezzing enemies, please stop with extreme high acc or defense debuffing enemies

eh? i slotted it, fire cages and bonfire for damage for more dots. with other pbaoes from martial it worked out for me super well
