Stuck enemy and no CSR online irl storms irl family terrible team makeup. as your suggestion stands the people who grief others with knockback, repel and teleporting of various types have all the power and the person bullied out of the team takes all the punishment city of heroes has always been casual since its introduction and these punishing things dont fit
  2. elec/energy is a nice pairing and quite end draining thanks to how elecs aim works paired with power boost. slot attacks for end drain and watch those bars drop rifle/energy is one of my favorites since its just a gun with some utility. all it has is the default, buildup and conserve energy fire/energy is the classic powerhouse since fireball and buildup before level 5 or 7 ice/energy used to be the pvp king but i stopped caring like shortly after issue 4. i guess with power boost and frankenslotting you can get some mileage out of those holds. with 4/6 basilisk gaze and two 50+5 dmg ios + that one alpha that has dmg/hold thats kinda purpleish. or i guess some of the lesser used hamis like dmg/mez or acc/mez and whatever other else you want to frankenslot with
  3. I didnt read the thread but if someone said Convert to Threads, disregard unless you have a T4 already. If you scroll down on the right side of the incarnate window crafting you can see other recipes for your alpha, normally shards. The power gap of T2>T3 alpha is huge. the gap between T3>T4 is not as big. I said this to let you know its ok to wait on making your T4 while you get 3 more notices of the well The weekly Notice of the Well + some shards is a quick way to get to T3. Use Threads for t1+2 alpha. After that, just let your shards build up slowly and get in future WSTs to make another T3(1 notice) and your T4(2 more notices) Its just strait plain every day bad math to convert shards and shard accessories into threads. Unless you already have your T4. And for the incoming anecdote about how the incarnate system is complicated: If you can craft regular inventions you can use the incarnate system no problem. or you are being melodramatic for memes sake.

  8. Sounds like it would be dynamic or a really low number per target hit. a tier1 attack is what, 12-15%? fireball would probably be 1% per target hit
  9. My advice to you is that 99.9% of Power Pool based characters I make always end up getting deleted or rebuilt to not be power pool based. Somewhere down the line Provoke always having a 5% chance to miss, 5 targets max will eat away at you. and when you find out -75% range sounds amazing but most enemy ranged attacks are 80ft and oh god math calculator app no wait google thats still 20ft after the debuff which is still pretty big and you wont be herding up enemies for your pets cones and aoes. But your best bet is probably bot/ff. your bubble(20), their bubble(12) will get going early enough. id recommend traps but sometimes FFG likes to herkadunkadiddlyderp and not always be near you or just be far enough away to rage.

  11. the sticky in the hc launcher subforum has like 12 steps when i actually switched it was basically just download, save your tequila settings and wait. thats what put me off from switching for so long, the 12 steps
  12. I think the damage list goes as such: Minor Light Moderate Heavy High Superior Extreme Psi Shockwave was High, now its Light. But I think that list is getting phased out, new sets dont have those words and updated sets lost said words. any word you pick it got hit hard
  13. fire armor everything, color everything black fire/dark melee fire/staff fire/fire fire/ice fire just fire armor everything ATOs in burn for maximum recharge even at low levels

  15. T1 - Stun Stick, whatever stabbing animation you got. Moderate damage akin to Jump Kick. 100% chance for mag1 stun. The reason for mag1 is to stack with various other stuns like Beanbag, dark pit and so on T2 - Cardiac Regulation Fiber Mesh Underlay Weave Something Shirt - Toggle resist. numbers can be anything. But a toggle power pool resist ability without deep investment had to some from somewhere T3 - Run and Grapple Gun. Basically Infiltrations run+jump numbers but no stealth or defense. popup short range teleport like Jaunt. add a new mechanic if you want that increases in range but only when you aim the targeting reticle upwards. I was ganna call this Parkour but I dont think we have a Natural pool yet and that name will probably be it T4 - Overcharge Shirt - gives hefty resist for a few seconds then starts to decay over time. damages your end over time

  20. knockback will ruin your day. sure with proper slotting you can get 70%+ resists in your pets but high knockback villain groups will take you out of the fight

  22. Slow storm cell and repel on jet is holding it back from being an amazing set
  23. hitbox sounds kinda right. not sure how this effects attacks and tab targeting works as normal(does not target medic)
  24. I lack the words to properly describe it but When my back is turned and I am far enough away from someones Medic and I click target something, I always target the medic. Facing the medic this does not happen The medic right behind me this does not happen It has to be a solid 40-80ft distance behind me, off camera and kinda either off to the right or left.
