Speed TFs Excessive caltrops/rains Slow pet movement Hamis. Most of my pets follow this general slotting formula, each set is different in some way, however acc/dmg hami acc/dmg hami acc/dmg/end IO/ATO 3 procs/globals, generally whatever is needed Going through how I slot each primaries pets is going to take way too long. even then for recharge intensive pets I go 4/6 ATO1 and focus on acc/dmg/rech, and 2/6 ATO2 to fill out the rest to really max out recharge on said powers while still raking in two 10% rech bonuses

Area Wide Web grenade Web Cocoon Merc Spec Ops Web Grenade Mace Mastery I may have missed one or two variants but these would help each one of these a little bit but mercs tremendously. Area Wide Web Nade for Wolf Soldiers would keep them competitive to their Crab counterparts. While all 3 Soldier specs still have access to it, redraw will be an issue for crabs and banes Web Cocoon for Bane Spiders would help then a little bit. a single hold is just not that appealing to a mostly melee spec Mercs single target damage is crap, but giving them toxic/fire damage on their web grenades will help, and even upgrading said power to an AoE with damage would also help the set Im not going through every AT that has access to Mace Mastery's area web nade, but cant hurt anything to add a minor/moderate DoT.

Its not really mass. the current ingame version only hits 5 targets. Also unsure of its mag or if it stacks with itself since I personally never took said power. but I do like the idea of it possibly doing damage.

I am sure you can read this thread for others who wanted to contribute.. versus what you are doing and have done in the past. Maybe your idea on what this forum is about is off. You do not have to reply to everything, you do not have to give only negative feedback. You can just... not.

eh? I asked if you and others were because it would explain a lot. The taking the suggestions part of this forum way too seriously. You act as if you have a say in whether or not it even goes to the test server. it comes off very abrasive and antagonizing.

And pretending to be one while disguising it as conversation is insulting because it sounds like you were not aware of it until now most sets have a 1.5% s/l resist bonus which is super easy to max out. 2.25% is relatively underused fire and cold damage is.. pretty uncommon, meanwhile most healing set bonuses have this. energy resistances is what I really wanted from a new healing set, anything from various willpower alts to corrs. from posi to itf.. energy damage is there. And it took a few alts that accidentally stacked enough +dmg for me to notice it to want more. And the 6th set bonus being also an uncommon recharge bonus is there, but 6 slotting a power just for this will be tight enough for the player to make a choice. or not, if its a unique proc. Kensai mentioned a -regen resist maybe a flat 5% max hp maybe a 5% max end cant think of much else without stepping on other procs, but that didnt stop Impervious Skin from getting a Regen added to it

i think there is already a baseline on how sets work with little variance end/rech heal/end heal/rech heal heal/end/rech a proc, but we already have a regen, regen/recov, recov, a raw heal and an absorb proc already so ganna leave this blank but open but yeah, i just wanted a healing set that just does not suck

Im sure there is a formula for IO stats and stuff by now so ill skip the set bonuses 2 piece: 2.25% s/l resist 3 piece: 1.5% e/ne resist 4 piece: 1.5% c/f resist 5 piece: 3% damage bonus 6 piece: 7.5% recharge The Basilisk's Gaze Hold set has 7.5% rech and does not interfere with LOTG procs, so just keep that in mind before nutting. Also the thoughts behind this is that all healing set bonuses are kinda crap. +healing bonuses do not do much at all, even for emps who can slot a lot. +healing set bonuses does not effect regen, so regen aura, AB, painbringer, etc just flat out do not benefit from this. same goes for dull pain, true grit and so on While this does sound like another Regen thread, there are plenty of Armor sets with healing or health boosting effects out there as well as entire archetypes like corruptors who want to do a little more

Mesmerize - Bump it up to High damage Lift - Add a Mag1 hold, to stack with Dominate to hold a boss quickly Dominate - same Confuse - add a chain/jump effect up to 5 targets. This is to set it apart from Forts, Dark and Illusion Mass Hypnosis - unchanged Telekinesis - use the Singularities new draw-in effect for this on a target. Now assuming the effect would still stay on even after defeat like /radi or /dark toggles just imagine all the usefulness that toggle debuffs would get Total Domination - switch with Mass Confusion Terrify - add a -tohit debuff to this, the fear alone is junk and the psi dmg is meh Mass Confusion - same, but at level 18 Now, since Mass Confusion and Total Domination are both 4 minute cooldowns there should be no difference in control abilities at low or mid levels, but stacking confuse effects at a lower level would make Mind Control feel different than other sets Now, while this was typed with a Controller in mind I may as well talk about Dominators Mesmerize being High damage this can allow for some ranged only builds for Dominators Lift wont be much except a mag2 with Domination up. Sure it might stack up to be something And the Telekinesis change would be extremely helpful for bundling up for melee aoes

First time leveling and taking your time? /dark or /time Got a firefarming account ready to power you to 50 so you can get all slots and enhancements? /traps, /cold /dark and /time are just powerful to keep your pets alive and they all have something greatly overlooked, and that is a snarepit. At level 32 your assault bot has a bigass burn patch that spawns per enemy hit. fear effect takes hold and they scatter. dark pit, distortion, caltrops and sleet/snowstorm comes into play. Now, traps and cold are great but you need hamis and as many slots available to really cram in enhancements to get as much DEF as you can. cytos in prot bots, ribos+3 defs in fog, maneauvers slotted up, etc -

as long as they toned down the crystal spawns im in. motherfucking cysts stopped a few posi and synapes in their tracks -
staff/wp to remain 'natural' as possible. staff/fire to stack those dots staff/bio for stance dancing while you stance dance. but not really. red staff stance and offensive stance 95% of the time.

I been screwing around with earth/nin for a few days. Feels very jedi consular-like minus the footstomp. dark consumption animation when infiltration to mimic force speed combat teleport to get in and out of melee quickly i tried kinetic melee/sr scrapper. torrent felt very force pushy, other attacks leaned on the Teras Kasi side of things Hell and depending on what era of Star Wars was your favorite a Pistol/Martial blaster can work. remember Mira, Disciple and Bao from KOTOR2? Force speed, dual pistols and enough DEX to land hits and it was a flurry of blaster bolts. [Burst of Speed], some melee, ki push

Stalker is your best bet if you want a good time with Kinetic Melee. km/bio stalker is not bad 100% Burst crit chance from hide/placate/ato1 proc Forcing Conc Strike to 'crit' to sometimes have up to 30 seconds of Build Up. But brute/scrapper its really fucking bad. In a burst damage world it just has no place. You either wont have full Siphon stacks for the current group, and you will have stacks drop off traveling to the next group. Energy Melee is better in every way possible

I care so little about the debt badge because anyone who really wants it goes to The Hive and racks it up anyways. So at the P2W vendor, [Indebted] should be available for free or a cheap price and not available or usable by people who are level 50. It just strait up gives you 5 bars of debt. I am seeing a surprising amount of people who want to level slower to go through contacts oh wait Ouro is a thing nevermind.

I dont even know how to word this flying's evasive maneuvers has 75% resistance, nothing else listed acrobatics has a flat mag protection but also has the word "resistance" in it stuff like practiced brawler has a high 10,000% resistance I wanna be a hover dark armor and maybe fiery aura, will Evasive Maneuvers alone be enough?
