Yeah I think Cole was using Hamidon for his own aims, whereas Statesman was busy with the Rikti war. We know Cole made a deal with Hamidon, and Hamidon broke the deal after Cole decided to invade Primal Earth. If Cole hadn't been so controlling his world wouldn't have fallen to Hamidon. Hamidon saw the war preparation and decided humans were too unstable and aggressive.

This is why I prefer dogs to people. I ask people if they want to go out and I'm waiting for ages for them to get ready. I said 8pm people, not I'll be there at 8pm and you can start your bath routine then. Dogs, all I have to say is "walkies" and they are at the door with the leads in their mouth before I finish putting my shoes on...... Then again, as a 200 year old dead person I'd have thought you'd have learned patience by now π

Hi guys, when you report a thread could you put a description of why you think it needed reporting? Sometimes it's obvious like spambots, other times I'm looking thinking "Why is this reported?". If you think it's in the wrong section, or it's off topic, or you find it outrageous and need smelling salts (or poppers, I'm not judging!!) a quick description would help us immensely. Even one word is better than nothing π Thanks everyone. This message is brought to you by the letter C and is sponsored by Why_are_you_reporting_this.com Big hugs, Crumpet. P.S. we do appreciate all the reports people put in π

soul extraction not producing enough spirits

Why do we have two guides sections?
GM Crumpet replied to Scarlet Shocker's topic in General Discussion
Guides is for anything that helps a player with something, so how to use X, where to find Y, best ways to level up a Z etc. Fort Trident is for TF/SF and end game discussion only. I think it's to differentiate the help and guides to make things easier to find. -
soul extraction not producing enough spirits
GM Crumpet replied to Ridiculous Girl's topic in Bug Reports
Sounds like a glitch rather than a bug. I love my undead MM and unless the minion is dead or too far away soul extraction works as intended -
Michiyo removed that function as she reached the goal, It'll be back up again soon I imagine

I think that's a problem in all long running MMO's. New mechanics are added, new currencies, new anything really. Try World of Walking from 10 years ago to now for instance. Every update makes changes and it's not that friendly to total newbies. Stuff added to make players lives easier can appear complicated if you haven't been introduced to them gradually.

Out to EAT : A look at Epic ATs - what is, could have been, and never was
GM Crumpet replied to Greycat's topic in Guides
probably because it's so easy to get them wrong. Well slotted and a handle on the powers and they can be amazing, but as I know from experience they can feel very underpowered until you have a lot of inf for good enhancements and a good guide to how to play to their strengths and weaknesses. I only got into them after chatting to Laucianna and she helped me really get my head round them. The VEATs are a lot easier to work out. -

as I said to Shin, be nice. Pointless snark is beneath you. For some reason I expected better off both of you. I've very disappointed in both of you right now, -

be nice. If you can't be nice be silent -
I have to agree with you on McFadyen and Corrin. They both did excellent jobs fleshing out the characters and not being boring ciphers. Zawe Ashton in the Marvels was kind of there, and chewed the scenery as required, but had no great screen presence. I was watching an interview with Corrin and she was very involved in creating the character, and she and the director both decided her portrayal was wrong so they went back and came up with the much more understated version we eventually got. Her first thought was an over the top, scenery chewing maniac, but dialled it so far back she was a lot more scary with her gentle manner and soft voice. She came across as someone so powerful and confident she didn't need to bluster or threaten. showed she could have ended both protagonists with no effort, but they amused and entertained her. They were never a threat. "Boys are so silly".

It was a shock to the system for all of us. I logged on to my favourite meteor map I used for relaxation and died almost instantly. I was so used to just standing there and soaking up the damage like a god it was quite humbling to realise I was now just a squishy π

Not too sure but I think the crafting table is just an interface. The table has a timer to summon the window but once you have the window open it's open until you close it. That way if you are doing a lot of crafting you don't have it close till you finish

It's great fun though π

The launcher has all the changes built in, Tequila and Sweet Tea don't. Binds often don't save for instance as they are now saved in a different way. It's why we don't support third party launchers any more and will stop providing a manifest at some point. Due to operational reasons and code changes it becomes harder and harder to keep compatibility

HVAS is useful on Hami raids when you want to take Hami down fast in a hamigeddon, and MSR where they last all through the riad unless they die. A Hamigeddon (if you don't know) is where you ignore the Mito's and go straight for Hami. Tanks taunt the Mito's and the league slaps the jelly till it explodes. Most times it's done before the EoE runs out. You can get 4 or 5 hami slaps done in about half an hour.

I love Palladium games. A very underrated company.

Saw it a couple of days ago and absolutely loved it. Was the plot pretty basic? Of course. Was it a lot of fan service? Oui mon cher. Emma Corrin was adorable and actually had character development. I hope we see her again. If you know the comics then you know her fate in the movie is a minor inconvenience. As for the rest, I wasn't expecting it to be so brutal. The opening sequence made my jaw drop and it only got better from there. I had a lot of "I can't believe they went there" moments. All in all I'd recommend it if you enjoyed the first two. And after watching some shocked YouTube videos. . I know Deadpool is fun for kids. But this is not a kids movie. Don't take little Johnny and Chantelle. not unless you want to accelerate their education in adult vocabulary π
