Co-op zones would include Striga Isle, Cimerora, RWZ, and Dark Astoria, which would make no sense for Praetorians to have access to as they have not yet crossed over to Primal Earth. Ouroboros was originally limited to Primal Earth only because it was for time travel for Primal Earth. However, SCoRE/Resurgence opened that Pandora's Box by allowing Ouroboros Flashback to Praetorian story arcs, so I could see allowing Praetorians access to Ouroboros, but Ouroboros only. Also, people definitely play gold side. However, they play gold side solo, because teaming gold side is a royal pain in the rear. The original six Praetorian zones were specifically designed for solo play. It's not really meant for teaming. When I play gold side (and I do, frequently), even on Indomitable, I see quite a few other people running by me, or training... but we're all just ships passing each other in the night. None team. That's just the way gold side is, and that's the way it will always be. Regarding Incarnate slots and abilities, Praetorians can do Incarnate trials. The only limitation there is the other players. I know that Incarnate trials are overwhelmingly formed in Ouroboros on the Excelsior and Everlasting shards, but that is not the case for the other shards. They're formed in Pocket D and/or Echo Plaza, both of which Praetorians have access to and can join just fine. Blame the players. To be fair, that is entirely on the players who are so limited in view that they focus entirely on heroes and ignore two thirds of the game. There's tons of other content out there, they just completely ignore it. Then get bored and wonder why the game is so easy.

I have no horses in this race, but apparently the Final Fantasy XIV art community is stringently anti-AI and a lot of them are on Bluesky. They were crap talking Homecoming something fierce several months ago over how much AI art is posted on the forums and Discord server, and for allowing AI art at all. A few mentioned that they won't play because of it. So, there is something to that.

Yep, everything is resolved using two tables. There's also a wide spread as it's designed for the DC Comics universe, where you have characters ranging in power from Batman to Cyborg to Superman co-existing. And yes, making your own characters is very easy. There's guides on how to make a street vigilante power level character, a Teen Titans or Legion of Super-Heroes power level character, and a Justice League power level character. Also, the entire DC Heroes product line from the 1980s and 1990s is being reprinted at the end of the year as part of a Kickstarter campaign last year. My wallet still hates me.

Group Fly isn't a legitimate complaint. Sure, new players may not know about the ability to disable Group Fly with Null the Gull. The issue is that the biggest complainers about Group Fly are people who have been playing the game for years, if not decades, and know danged well how to disable it. They're just too lazy to do so and think that they shouldn't have to. Not my problem, nor the problem of anyone else using Group Fly.

Essence of the Earth inspirations only protect Mastermind henchmen. They don't protect Controller and Dominator pets, nor Lore pets. That is intentional.

That's what global channels and Discord are for. Not everyone can be on the most populated Homecoming shard. It's just not technologically possible due to the way that City of Heroes was developed, and Excelsior has been under incredible strain the past four years or so with the Homecoming player base conglomerating on one shard. I'm just surprised that the Homecoming developers didn't lower the thresholds for the Excelsior player population limit earlier. The carrot of trying to get people to move to lower populated shards with double XP obviously failed as it wasn't a strong enough incentive.

That's 35 threads (including this one), about Group Fly (either directly or indirectly), over the past six years. Not to mention numerous discussions on the Homecoming and Closed Beta Discord servers. Tl;dr: The developers are aware of the issues with Group Fly (and Team Teleport). Disabling Group Fly, Team Teleport, and Speed Boost cannot be made an option in the options window, as a token is required to disable the powers and only NPCs can grant tokens. Now, this token can be granted to other NPCs like trainers or so I have been told, and/or Null the Gull copied to other zones, but I also hear that certain developers are strongly resistant to the idea for various reasons. So nothing has been done, and very likely nothing will be done. Until something changes, your best course of option is to lead teams/raids/trials yourself. If someone complains about Group Fly, explain to him or her how to disable it. If he or she continues to complain, /kick. People need to grow up and take responsibility for their own inaction to spend two minutes to disable the powers in Pocket D. Or an additional ten seconds while changing alignments.

Sure there is. Bonus XP simply isn't enough of a carrot. Seems to be a bit more of a stick approach ATM, between lowering the no multiboxing limit to 1,100 accounts and, from what I hear, queues are now starting at 1,200 accounts. Failing that, disable character creation on and character transfers to Excelsior. Increase rewards on other shards, whether that be reward merits, INF, prismatic aethers, or some combination.

It's almost like the developers are trying to encourage people to play on shards other than Excelsior. Huh.

Welcome back to Paragon City and the Rogue Isles. Does your computer have a dedicated graphics card, or is it using integrated graphics? "Most programs I ran in memory caused this problem" - how much RAM does your computer have? I can't recall any missions where objectives can't be found. Do you remember the name or contact of the mission? The LFG queue, or the LFG channel? If the queue, don't bother. No one uses it. It works just fine, but it was added shortly before the live servers went offline, so the City of Heroes player base never got accustomed to using it, so everything is formed the old way via the LFG channel.

I put $,$$$ into Ship of Heroes between 2017 and 2020, so I will be there.

I see it on Thugs all of the time, since live. It's resulted in quite a few character defeats over the years, due to ambushes at the door and unresponsive henchmen who need to load in three times.

I mean... no? It's a fundamental aspect of World of Warcraft and World of Warcraft clones, but believe it or not, MMOGs existed before World of Warcraft! There is also no power growing in Guild Wars 2, and in Elder Scrolls Online from what I hear.

Nope. It's not really possible. Unless you get a static team together that you micromanage to the extreme (which I have actually been doing the past couple of months), Praetoria just isn't conducive to teaming. Too many branching paths, and solo missions that interfere with team play where you have to break up the team, and then reform. Praetoria is more for solo and duo play than team play.

It's the latter. A second The Hive or The Abyss opens right up once the zone is full.

It goes to all sides. Red, blue, and gold. Generally if not blue only, "red side" or "co-op" will/should be stated.
