My main problem with staff, damage and rotations aside, is that for some reason in the middle of a fight I decide to start break dancing. Now if it was supported by being able to turn my ballcap backwards before a fight and then /e popnlock afterwards then I could see myself doing that.

You can also write your bio from another person's view. I wrote my Thugs MM characters bio as an interview with one of her thugs. -

If you have to get to level 50+ and fully IO'd out and incarnated before a set becomes good then it sucks and is poorly designed. You can IO the crap out of dog poop and claim it is awesome, but its still dog poop. -

Very few ATs can have every resist maxed and few players of those ATs will have them maxed. They however will have little to no def resist and what defenses they do have will fold easily so more defense buffs will help them. In reverse, the defense sets will not have maxed resists and may not have full DDR. They can be taken out by auto cheese hits so extra resist buffs will help. For anti mob support, a lot of AVs and GMs will head for the hills as soon as someone drops a defuff on them, so stacks of immobilizes on them help. Enough control will work on AVs and GMs. Though easily used on the move support is generally better in this modern day "We need to be done with the mission before we have fully loaded in mentality." -

The TW mechanic is like watching paint dry and turning the fan on for 5 seconds periodically.

I guess it depends on the combo system and your tolerance for it. I pretty much ignore contaminated on my rad melee tank, but find myself staring at the orange circle on a recharging attack wondering if it will go away before it recharges on my db tank.

When poison first came out, I made a character named Phlegm Fatale. -
To me, FA isn't about how much accuracy it gives you, its about how much debuff resist it gives you. You can have all the accuracy you need, until something takes it away from you.

I changed it to the inner will emote and now it does the emote and changes the costume, but wait 3-5 seconds before fly kicks in. Then once the timing worked correctly. -

I just tried it and the same thing. boil emote, go up into the air and float and then 5 or so seconds later costume change. I may try a different emote to see if it is the boil emote. -

I use two text files for a character. The first one changes her costume to one with wings using the boil cc emote and activates fly. The second one swaps her costume to one without wings using the cc boil emote and turns off fly. The second one works they way I want it to. The first one however activates the cc boil emote, turns on fly and about 6 seconds after that her costume finally changes. I am not sure why. Here are the two file commands. f "cce 1 CCRapidBoil$$powexectoggleon Fly$$bindloadfilesilent D:\Games\CoHBinds\FluxFly1.txt" f "powexectoggleoff Fly$$cce 3 CCRapidBoil$$bindloadfilesilent D:\Games\CoHBinds\FluxFly.txt" Is there a way to fix it to where it activates the cc emote, changes the costume and then turns on fly?

I think how great regen seems to be is colored by the perception of what you paired it with. I have a thread on the brute forum where I am testing an ice/regen doing +4/8 radio missions on the test server against Council, CoT and CoS and never died and never had to use MoG or IH. I rarely had to use Reconstruction except when the CoT debuffed my regen into the red.
