  2. For some reason I can't find my /rad build... I also have an ice/ build, but Idk. Note: The absorb from particle is pretty hefty... 🙂 Anyways, I would just get 45% melee and call it a day... I don't use anything but musculatures on Stalkers, so I'd end up somewhere like this
  3. Outside of that, it looks good - I would just put a decimation BU proc there 😜 . I think Poison Trap still uses accuracy though so that might need 1. Either way, Im gonna do another poison build from this... moving away from my lovely Corruptors for it this time I think... but I can't pass up sonic on a defender so I just converted it over to a Poison/Sonic, lol. I'm not totally sold on Paralytic Poison/entomb. I'd maybe consider dropping the goal of 45% Negative in favor of getting the 8% +scaling resists, which I'm pretty sure will increase your survivability more than 2.5% Negative... probably would have to take SJ with Blessing though and move some slots to Maneuvers to bring the ranged back to 45. YMMV, maybe you're trying to use Entomb for some self preservation stuff - though I hear it is pretty good in PTrap. Love to hear thoughts on that choice. (Oh, and move your +max hp over to Elixir of life instead of Tough)

  11. Yup, but figured Quills is the easiest from the get go because it currently does work by itself!

Hi, Currently, Quills - when activated without activating other Spines powers, will cause your character to maintain its spines - this includes through things that dont use spines, like Cross Punch, but also just when idling around. However, once you use another spines power, that spines (which has redraw/gets put away) will take over and then proceed as normal -- you'll put them away if you Cross Punch, they'll disappear after X seconds, etc. So.. Suggestion: Make the Quills perma-spines look stay active over the other spines, so you always display spines when quills is active. 🙂
  13. 1. Its a targeted AoE + Root 2. You can 'phase into it' to attack things in it/etc 3. Its a toggle so you can shut it off when needed It's got some quirk/weird delays, but it's literally a dimension shift.
  14. Regardless of fringe cases, all of these outside of Gravity’s is a nuisance of a power and should be changed. Whether they become toggles or completely new powers, they need to be changed.

  19. Outside of Rad's damage aura, do you put procs into PBAOE toggles. Thinking of building out a non-granite stone dude... it's still an end hog with Cardiac, but yeah.
  20. 1. Brawl description states it will decrease enemy. I think the power.info is wrong, since that seems different. I can Power Analyze and see it do the -20% recharge on enemies. 2. Nope, 10%. 3. Each target hit (in the cone) gives a flat +10%.
  21. When you switch sides (which you can do freely now with Null) you get a Temporary power called a Countdown. When you switch to red, you'll get a Countdown to Frenzy. Once that countdown ends, you get a perma-power while on that side. For doms, that power happens to do a full refill of the Dom bar. You have to play Red and stay Red to keep the power.
  22. I almost always end up with 5x S Avalanche 1x FF in it.
  23. I'm afraid Brawl isn't +100% recharge to you. Cross Punch gives the +10%, but Brawl does not. Tested too just to be sure. Although, CP is actually +10% per target hit... I got +40% from hitting 4 D;
