  1. It did seem a bit rushed to go Inferno/Goblin Queen. However, they're also not following the comic anyways. I don't recall her having any powers when she was with Scott and if I recall she didn't know she was a clone either.
  2. As I would love to see Kinetic Melee improved, I have thought, why not keep it simple? Concentrated Strike. No reason this shouldn't crit for more damage on Stalkers and Scrappers. Let it critical strike for normal crit damage. No "1/4 crit" HOWEVER like it can now, it still recharges Power Siphon on a separate crit check, which they can give to Tankers and Brutes too. Focused Burst. Yes it's a ranged attack, but why not give it close to Total Focus level of damage? Focused Burst is a 2.244 animation. Total Focus is a 2.772 animation. That range aspect isn't that big of a deal when you're a melee class likely to use it in melee range anyways. Could give it Hold to allow it to use Hold Procs to up it's damage. Or combination. Such a nice animation, would love to see people using this attack more, including myself.
  3. Not the same, seeing as how it comes with stone covered fists and stone mallets.
  4. I can imagine Rogue and Supergirl doing those moves and they have super strength. 🙂 That said, I agree, it's as I've said for why we need more Defense Sets...the feel! I want a SS/INV Scrapper who's hurling a boulder! Maybe Scrapper's version of Super Strength can have it were it's considered a must have attack 🙂
  5. The problem with that, is the claws.
  6. Episode 3 did rush it. Makes me wonder if they'll rush to Scott and Jean travelling to the future to raise Nathan or just ignore that storyline.
  7. Tier 9 needs a Summon Dragon. Tier 1: Healing Bullet (ST Ally Heal) - Pistols Tier 2: Hulk Bullet (ST S/L Resist / +DMG) - Dual Weild Tier 3: Healing Barrage (Target AOE Heal) - Hail of Bullets Tier 4: Phoenix Bullet (Target Defeated Ally and Rez's them) - Piercing Rounds + Phoenix Rising Tier 5: Necro Bullet (Target Defeated Enemy to create temporary spirit ally - Equal to Necro MM's Blast Pets) - Suppressive Fire Tier 6: Suppress Target ( ST Medium Damage, Light -Regen, Hold) - Empty Clips Tier 7: Self Inflicted (S/L/P/T Resist, +Regen, +DMG, Mez Resist) - New animation Tier 8: Destroy Target (ST High Damage, Heavy -Regen, -Recharge, -Resist) - Execution Shot Tier 9: Summon Dragon (Shoots ground and summons a stationary dragon that rises from the ground and blasts enemies) Can always rearrange them...
  8. I think the problem with the casting of the unknown, is can they find the unknown who can act and really fit the role. Think of one's main character and try casting it? Can someone who isn't basing it on an actor already?
  9. I kept the +Resist buff up on my Stalker, I don't see why it wouldn't stay up on a Scrapper. It lasts for 10 seconds I believe. And yes, you're building up +DMG with the Procs, but I don't see why you'd want to keep them. Three combo levels into Sky Splitter gives you +Resist and extra damage to Sky Splitter. Then you build the +DMG stacks again. The idea tho is to keep the +Resist going. Yes, Mind gives the +Recharge, but just like the +Damage, you're going to keep resetting it when you use Eye of the Storm or Sky Splitter. Could get the +Recharge from a Force Feedback Proc in Serpents Reach
  10. o.O The Marvels (and I enjoy the movie and have watched it multiple times) did not lack for diversity. So I would want to know what he was smoking.
  11. The problem there, is Rage with it's name and flavor text, is just that, a name and flavor text. One doesn't have to be all "My concept is RAAAAAGE!" with Super Strength 😛 Rage is just that sets version of Build Up.
  12. I don't know. Casting choices has started to make me think twice 😛 But yes...Gambit and Jubilee AND they can become the new IT couple in MCU! *continues to ship these two*
  13. I'll check it out, but sounds kinda meh without Batman.
  14. Just remember, whatever they do, they're likely to mess it up. 😛
  15. A top tier ST DPS set! Destroy enemies!
  16. Those look good if it's just one mission and no combat. Part of my list was also getting mission badges with them 🙂
  17. Form Staff Fighting and Regeneration, I wouldn't go Form of the Mind. Form of the Body offers more damage AND +Resist. That almost 10% Resist, imo, helps you more.
  18. I'd go Ninjitsu.
  19. Still not keen on replacing the voices that are still around. Alyson Court couldn't do the Jubilee voice work anymore? What about Catherine Disher as Jean? She can do Valerie Cooper but can't do Jean? Lots of needless VA changes when they're still using them in the show. That said, I have to say, I loved all the action scenes with Cyclops. Honestly, he very much felt like the X-Men's Captain America with that action. Meh on Magneto, but it's really to early to judge what they're going to do. They look like they want to take the X-Men 97 to more current storylines, so I hope they give us Emma Frost with a better look than the opening sequence.
  20. Welcome. Glad to see people have found it useful 🙂
  21. The other day I was thinking that one of the remaining Incarnate slots could be passive... Tier 1 +1% HP Tier 2 +2% HP or +2% DMG Tier 3 +2% HP/+1% DMG or +3% HP - +2% DMH/+1% DMG or +3% DMG Tier 4 +4% HP/+2% DMG or +4% DMG/+2% HP Something akin to this...but the combo of different passives...+END, +HP, +DMH, +ToHit, +Def, +Resist, +RCH...lots of options.
  22. Yeah, needs to be in a travel power. I just do the habit of putting it in Sprint and turn off sprint. However, Ninja can put it in the Mez Protection if wanted. Of course, there's a Jumping one and you can put it in Combat Jumping.
  23. I would think not, as you can only talk to SF contacts, not regular mission contacts as a Vigilante. Same in reverse, Rogues can start TFs, but they can't start blue side mission arcs.
  24. Rogue or Villain to run the mission arc for the patron pool powers. 35 or higher for level.
  25. I would've put the proc in Build Up, but I left it in FA because you had it there. Also, I couldn't quite remember if FA allowed for the build up to proc more often, like it can in Tactics when you're teamed/with pets. The proc damage is static how often they go off is based on other factors...their own proc rate, but also a power's recharge (the more recharge enhancement in a power...so not counting set bonuses/hasten) with have the proc go often less. Also, if I recall Lightning Rod being a pet doesn't proc as well...so kept it for set bonuses over more procs. Lightning Field won't proc well either, so it's a great place for the full Scrapper Set with the +3% Crit Chance (as that's static and not really so much a proc) You looked to be going after capped Resists. I've done many Elec Armor builds, I'd suggest taking the hit on Toxic Resist and just holding onto Resist Inspirations when taking on Toxic damage. And as stated, I'd forgo Havok Punch and go Mu Mastery and grab the Snipe myself. Also wasn't sure why you took 2 travel powers. So could make changes there.
