  1. I wouldn't say her comic was popular, so they probably need to stray from the mark. I think that could be a part of the reason people thought Tony's daughter should've become Iron Heart.
  2. Saw it on Thursday and yup, going to see it again. Fun movie. Want a sequel.
  3. Forgot to mention that it also does the Fear effect. Of course if you use it strictly as a revive, then it gets a much more powerful fear effect (using Memento Mori AFTER death, not the 45 second window version).
  4. I wouldn't skip the t9. Not only is it a revive, it's an emergency self heal. The more around, the more it heals, and if it doesn't keep you standing in that 45 seconds after use (I believe is the time) then you still get the revive aspect of it. I haven't +3ed it yet, but it's great as a 1 slot HEAL/RCH D-Synch (could go with a +5 IO, but then you lose about 5.2% enhancement 😛 And even with just 1 D-Sync it's .2% better than the +5ed IO. As for Aura of Insanity, it's for sure a life savor. Not sure if the mag is actually being increased with the slotting myself, but I did recently change the slotting from 6 piece Cupid's Crush to 4 slot with 2 ACC/MEZ HOs (+3ed), Purple Confuse Set Proc and Purple Stun Set Proc (not sure how much the -ToHit Purple Proc is helping but others have told me it procs often in the power and that -ToHit will stack with the power's -ToHit when it fears an enemy). But yes, all the powers for the best survival.
  5. Yeah, I wasn't going to argue it, was just questioning it when I saw the build and mentioning somethings that might help their build (like replacing Tactics with a Kismet IO for a ToHit bump)
  6. You skipped Aura of Insanity? That's a corner stone of the set. Why did you take Tactics? Precognition gives you +Perception, Psi Armor comes with Confuse and Fear Protection, and the +ToHit you get from Kismet IO and Build Up. You may actually be over the 75% Resist Cap on Lethal with those set bonuses.
  7. 6 slot some purple sets and use Titanium Coating?
  8. Are these with Mids numbers or in game numbers?
  9. Love the set. Works for my concept too, so that's nice as well 🙂 EM/PSI/SOUL In the end, my Resists look like 75% Smashing 65% Lethal 53% F/C 57% E/N 64% Psi 32% Tox (all rounded up) 44% Melee Defense Aura of Insanity is slotted 2 ACC/MEZ +3 HOs, Absolute Amazement: Chance for -ToHit Proc and Coercive Persuasion: Contagious Confusion Proc. Memento Mori is slotted with 1 Heal/Rch D-Sync not currently +3 yet. Haven't found the Lethal Resist to be an issue. I have soloed 4/8 Warriors in KW. If I give up some of the Melee Defense bonuses, I can replace my Unbreakable Guard 4 pc sets with Titanium Coating for more S/L Resist to get Lethal to closer to if not hit 75% Lethal Resist. Devour is easy enough to keep up, I don't always notice Psychokinetic Barrier is down, but when it's stacked and going, I have 95% Slow Resist total (35% from IOs) Scrapper (Energy Melee - Psionic Armor)2.mbd
  10. I did like that they called her out too. Not sure I'd say it's as good as Hawkeye or Falcon & The Winter Soldier, but those are two of my faves. Haven't seen Agatha's yet tho.
  11. I'm wondering if she'll be central to Armor Wars or put on Young Avengers myself.
  12. I do have to say, that really seems to be people's go to complaint whenever anyone doesn't care for a show/character. You had to preface it with "nothing against women, dark skinned folks, or any other minority" I think the real issue however is the their plan is never to bring back the old characters. Bringing back the old characters is their back up plan for when they try to kill them off and fail. Marvel basically ruined X-Men when they decided "We lost the movie rights. Let's crap on them and make the Inhumans the new X-Men" It didn't work. They got the movie rights back. And the only reason they didn't completely destroy the X-Men, was because they knew they couldn't get rid of their comics, as they were a big seller. Also, there's the vote with the wallet thing. People say that what to do, but then hate it when you do it with something they may like 😛
  13. Okay. I have finished it! As I watched it, I still couldn't help but wonder if the show has ignored the Blip happening. Did she get shot during the Blip, so they survived it? The timeline of the show just feels off. I get it that they're moving on from it and how the people are adjusting from the Snap and then the Blip. The show isn't terrible. I just didn't really come to really care for Riri. Maybe that's a limit of the six episodes?
  14. I recall replying about how being an assassin for a government agency means they weren't a criminal. Said something about her wanting to get red of her ledger as if that means she was a criminal? Soldiers can have red on their ledger.
  15. In that, she has the armor. She wants the funding because she wants to mass produce them and people are just pointing out that she could've easily got funding. The only thing that getting kicked out of college seems to have meant, is she might have less control on it's construction? Maybe? We never see her try and fail to get a corporate/government job to fund her. We don't even see her try to go to another college. MIT throws her out. She goes home. She takes up the first offer of crime thrown her way. Also, people on forums will throw out flaws of movies all the time. I think the difference that has some here upset is that some pointing out the flaws are also saying "This show sucks" and people want to disagree with that statement.
  16. I wasn't complaining. I was merely pointing out the flaw. And as stated, her origin matches a lot of Spider-Man's villains. It did make me want to see Spider-Man show up in her show tho. To bad she's in Chicago and not New York.
  17. I think you're complaining to much about the breaking the law thing, as if people are attacking your favorite character (which, I'd wager she isn't...could be wrong, but odds I believe would be on my side). Yes, it does run on solar panels instead of the more powerful arc reactor. But she can't invent an arc reactor. And you're right, it would take billions, she's not looking to be stealing billions, but rather millions. She could work for companies worth billions, I did mention Stark Industries. I can't imagine they wouldn't want to hire her.
  18. And not reading the rest. She's done nothing to prove she's smarter than Tony, but they're having others say she's smarter than Tony. She hasn't done anything to prove it, is the point. However, they could, admittedly, be saying it to just boost her ego. Riri going through questionable means to acquire funding and resources (which hasn't been closed to her, as we never see her even try to get into AIM, Stark Industries, Hammer Industries...etc In fact, what she's doing is also the origin story of a lot of Spider-Man's rogue gallery. I'm sure by episode 6, some how, she'll be redeemed. However, that still doesn't mean "What was she thinking?" until that point.
  19. Tony didn't commit any crimes. Him making weapons, is not a crime. Hell, Riri is wanting to make a weapon, with her own Ironman suit. I say this as someone who hasn't hated on the show, just pointing out, she's making some terrible choices for a genius who has the world handed to her due to her intellect. She can get a job and she can get funding. My one thought tho, is them trying to say she's smarter than Tony, without her saying it and saying she won't rip on Tony. She's copying Ironman's suit. Hasn't made anything new like Tony, who invented a new element, the arc reactor (and a mini version out of a box of scraps in a cave), time travel and yes his suits. Don't think he'd have access to Wakada tech, so figure nanotech to his level too. I will say, I thought her WF armor looked more anime inspired.
  20. Government agents following orders. Right? Not to mention, military does train some of their people for targeted elimination of high value targets (aka assassination).
  21. That all goes back to feeling guilty. Assassin for the government is no different than soldier. Yes, they all had moral qualms with what they did, hence the feeling of guilt. If however we go with the idea that just building weapons makes one guilty, then any who make weapons are free game on being taken out by those morally opposed to their weapon making (Quicksilver and Wanda), and yet they didn't go after the factories, which would've been far worse for Tony.
  22. By your logic, every soldier should feel guilty and be a criminal. Natasha did her job for her government. She later does the same things for another government and she's a hero. Tony built weapons. That is neither illegal or criminal now is grounds to be guilty, or else you have to say everyone involved in the making of such weapons are guilty. Tony felt guilty seeing what those weapons did first hand and because they got into enemy hands (biggest reason). He felt responsible because he didn't control his own company, Stane had more control of his company than he did, due to Tony trusting him.
  23. More, o Peter Parker wasn't required to help. He felt guilty for it because he could've easily stopped it. He however, was not guilty of any crime. Being a weapon manufacturer isn't illegal, criminal or evil. Tony seeing what his weapons did to those on his side and innocent people, had him feeling guilty. He was never criminal. I'm not saying genius always make good choices, but the one she's making is obviously bad. She knows it's bad, but she's doing it anyways, because she's under the misguided ideology, that it's okay to hurt and rob others if it means she gets what she wants.
  24. Irredeemable? No. Of course not. Still, her reasoning for a genius is terrible. She's not someone without options. She's someone with options, she just doesn't like the speed of those options. Though, that said, Peter's redemption, he really didn't do anything wrong (though, I don't think MCU Peter went this route). Tony didn't do anything wrong either. Just because he felt guilty, is a different thing, but everything he did was legal and he didn't personally fire the weapons. Scott was Robin Hood, stealing from a company that stole from it's employees, then went back into crime, to get an item from a killer. Natasha worked for her government. Bruce Banner, has he had deaths, not sure that's been shown in the MCU, however, the property damage is usually linked to him getting attacked and him getting away. Harlem? That was him cleaning up Ross's mess.
  25. And Tony didn't fire them off, did he? Not to mention, Steve says they're fighting for their country.
