  1. I'll have to be honest, the resist end drain and slow resist, seems to be more about "Resist every negative" Double up on QR instead of putting end drain protection. Yes, sappers suck. Some enemies should be problems we go after first. 🙂
  2. I don't care for the idea of giving Regen, Recharge Resistance. That seems like the weakness, that can easily be plugged and I'm not sure it goes with the theme of the set. I do like the idea of QR being doubled, as yeah, Regen is no longer that set that keeps on going, compared to others. I do feel Resilience should be give +3 Defense All (just as Regen makes you a bit more resistant to paid, it should make you a bit more limber) and it's Resists made to all (this includes Psychic). MoG should also be given Psychic Resist and Defense to All and increase that duration maybe to that 20 seconds mention maybe up to 30. But 15 seconds, goes by quick! Integration should be able to be enhanced. It's at 50% Regen. Why can't this be enhanced? If anything, it should also be increased. I'm not keen on adding absorbtion myself, but I know others are. And I still would like for either Resilience to get an increase in Toxic/Cold Resist or Reconstruction to get an increase in Toxic Resist. But that's theme for me. Regen should really laugh at Toxic damage in my mind 😛
  3. How about allowing us to actually enhance the healing of Intergration? Also, why add an absorbtion to Reconstruction, when you could just add it to Integration?

  5. Let's not forget, in the mission clearing test, the set ranked a D+ 😛 I mained WP/EM back in Paragon Studios until the nerf happened. Wasn't the same. And no matter how much I loved those pink pom poms of doom, was so slow, it was just meh. Loving it now! I'm sure I'd love it on a Tanker, if I didn't prefer Scrappers. Got the port we should've gotten back when Paragon Studios was around.
  6. I liked having so much done at once myself. Though, smaller things, more often isn't so bad either. And how much did the jetpack cost? 25k?
  7. The division is in how the ATS play. I'd say the problem there is a simple one we call Brutes. 😛
  8. I think the whole idea of thematic feel based on AT, is in the eye of the creator. Rogue (Classic Ms Marvel Powers), for instance, to me, is a Scrapper with Super Strength. Colossus, however, would be a Tanker with Super Strength. Even if it might get argued Rogue is just as durable. I could see both Wolverine and Sabretooth as Scrappers and Brutes, with each leaning slightly more to one side than the other. Batman, there's those that say Scrapper, those that say Stalker. If I was going to go with, "Unable to take a Super Strength Punch" I'd lean towards Stalker. 😛
  9. It's 15 minutes (just ran it last night). It also doesn't grab everything on the map. What it does, is once you kill the spawn coming for those performing the ritual, a new spawn emerges. However, if you don't kill all the spawn, a new one won't emerge. I killed the big guy, left one little guy, and stood there for the rest of the 15 mins as he attacked me, and let the timer run out.
  10. My EM/Regen is at 50, loving it. Not as survivable as my /WPs have been. Maybe it's the build, but I am at, just over, 44% S/L Defense.
  11. So, is it the -Resist, -HP, or the -Regen Interface that does the best? Is the -Regen even in the running?
  12. Lacking a taunt aura, means the enemy is afraid of you. Having a taunt aura, means they think you're a warm cuddly wimp. 🙂
  13. Well I wouldn't be opposed to it, and it'd just have people doing +3 instead of +4 if they wanted the same diff.
  14. I wouldn't be opposed to it, but you only get one level shift on the normal content, so think it's really that big of a deal?
  15. I haven't checked out my TW/Nin (ENERGY MELEE!), but from what I've heard from a friend who mains a TW, they like the changes and from what I've read it's still top tier tier. High ST DPS still, while looking at the numbers 2 seconds off of clearing the test missions as fast as the number one set.

  17. One can say "This may be overpowered" and not be asking for a nerf. 😛 The question was asked. You can answer the question yourself with "These powers are not overpowered" or "these powers are not unbalanced with each other" Let's take Interfaces, I'm taken ones based purely on concept. I liked my Energy Melee/ using concept to have End Drain in the concept, but I'll be honest, that End Drain did nothing extra and damage wise, the Interface lost out to Fire/-Resist and I believe to Toxix/-HP. I can't remember where the -Regen/-ToHit one sat. However, I did use the -Regen/-ToHit on my Water/Time for instance, for a little more -Regen (Time being weak in that area anyways) and I felt concept wise it worked the best. Now mind you, when I say this, I can't do to much about those Damage Procs in IOs and look the other way there 😛

    Frozen Aura is a must. It's not about the Sleep, it's about that PBAOE Ice Damage. Though the sleep will help with initial attacks if you have no other PBAOE. If you do, it's still a PBAOE with... More Damage and Faster Casting than: Whirling Axe Whirling Sword Typhoon's Edge Burst Eye of the Storm Whirling Mace Faster Casting than: Spin (Claws DPA Loser) Thunder Strike ( Electric DPA Loser) Fire Sword Circle (Fire DPA Loser) Mass Levitate (Psychic DPA Winner) Atom Smasher (Radiation DPA Loser) Rending Fury (Savage DPA Winner) More Damage than: Lotus Drops (Katana DPA Winner) Dragon's Tail (Martial Arts DPA Winner) Loses to: Spinning Strike (though it's a Targeted AOE with smaller radius around target) Whirling Smash Based on MiDS damage and cast times (arcana time option) However, the real point is, you wouldn't skip those PBAOEs on other sets would you? Also, I left out the two teleport AOEs.
  19. Destiny's I feel tend to gravitate towards faves. Possibly for concept reasons. Could likely be toned down a bit for normal play at any rate. Interface, I'd like to see some new ones added, that allow me match up with concepts a bit more. Like a Cold Damage Proc. Not sure how even they are, as those seem to be pretty much 1 of 3 for most people (could be wrong) but I've taken the Negative Energy/Immobilize on my Tanker and Energy/-END for concepts, so I'm sure others have too. I have no issue with the crafting system. Would like to see more Judgement ideas. Like a Psy Judgement. Alternate animations for them would be nice too.
  20. Power Crash I wasn't to fond of myself. I would've preferred a targeted AOE like Spinning Strike from Street Justice, rather than a cone. Just didn't feel like I hit enough with it. That could just be my playstyle, I don't tend to herd. EA, I'd take everything but the tier 9. Tier 1 or Tier 2, pick your poison on EM. Many would also skip Confront.
  21. The build I posted has 32% Psi Resist. However, get rid of Confront, Assault and Fly and replace them with Arcane Flight, *pick a power* and Rune of Protection. What I don't know is how optimal the ST DPS of the set would be, as I haven't done the math on what I can get with it. Would have to wait for EM to be ported over to MIDs first as I'm not going to be the one to go in game and figure out those numbers there 😛 I'm pretty sure it's over 200 ST DPS though, just not 100%. Also, not sure if one would want to skip Power Crash (I will) but they could replace Soul Storm with PC and get Ranged Defense from Eradication IO set (think that will keep you at 45%).
  22. That Fire Melee/EA Build was using Fire Melee as a substitute for Energy Melee.
  23. I'm rolling EM/Regen! If I faceplant more than those other stronger secondary sets, that's what Revive is for!
  24. And I believe I made a suggestion earlier as well (Urban Assault, I believe I called it). However, as I looked at making a Dom, it just dawned on me how much more we need such a set 🙂
  25. I really feel Dominator's need a weapon set! Urban Assault - a mix of street justice and dual pistols! Switch Ammo - Load you pistols AND your punches with various rounds for a variety of effects! 🙂 Or skip Switch Ammo and just give it lethal rounds! But really think Doms need a good weapon set!
