  1. Temporal Armor. Can use lots of animations from Time Manipulation and even SR for some armor toggles.
  2. So you want melee/support that hits like a wet noodle, and has to be in melee range, without mez protection?
  3. I feel a Melee/Support that does Scrapper level damage would be fun, with some sets. I'd love it with Energy Melee or Street Justice/Time Manipulation. Though, all they really need to do is make a Time Armor set.
  4. Is it possible to get it so one can use the cybernetic arm and still use the jackets/shirts? Would be nice for those civvie identities!
  5. I main an EM/Regen Brute (it's be a Scrapper, but they don't have Energy Melee). However, you're right, I was wrong. I was going by just that 50% that wasn't and I thought Resilience didn't. So, let that other 50% be enhanced. That still doesn't stop the rest of my suggestions from being okay and Resilience having Psi Resist makes me really wonder why MoG doesn't.
  6. Resilience add 10% Defense All and Psi Resist (to go with it's 10% Resist All Except Psi). MoG give defense to all and add Psi Resist. Allow Integration to be enhanced or double it's regen. Reduce the cool down on IH a bit. My thoughts on it.
  7. I love the animation, but it does have a slowness to it with the rest of the set.
  8. I'm sure the OP meant Regen Brutes instead of Tanks. My guess, is the only reason for Regen's nerfs, is PvP. PvE wise, as a EM/Regen Brute myself, I can tell you, it's not as tough as anything I've done with other secondaries, like Electric, Dark, Ninjitsu, Willpower, Ice Armor...and I'm pretty sure if I got my Fire Armor finished IOed, it'd be tough too.
  9. It's been noted about the pools with AOEs over Cones already. However, it's Swap Ammo I find the meh power in that list. I'd just give Scrappers Lethal or Fire/Lethal and call it good.
  10. I'd go with Bullet Rain for the Ranged AOE over Empty Clip's cone.
  11. Fly and Ninja Run are my two favorite travel powers. Super Jump is good if you're the hulk I guess.

  13. Which, I recall the original CoH devs were talking about doing, when they buffed all the other sets that had a snipe. However, the game then got shut down. The HC Devs then buffed the snipe even more and the other sets still didn't get improved. 😕
  14. What do you mean can't be negated with reduction? The nukes take End Reduction just like every other power and they don't have the end crashes anymore.
  15. I don't want to give up my PBAOE on Dual Pistols.
  16. One set has a Purple Level Damage Proc, so that's good. The other is Mez Resist, but having not made a Blaster, I couldn't say how good that resist is. Sounds terrible though. I do wish they both gave 5% Range defense, instead of 5% and 2.5% (which comes with 5% Energy/Negative Defense). Now, personally, for me, if the set gives a Purple Level Damage Proc, I'm okay with the proc. I'm not sure I find the +3 Fury Proc all that useful and I'm not sure how good the End/Regen Proc helps me, but I figure it's helping my End on a Regen 😛
  17. Agree. The epics suck. They don't even fill needs. Where's an Epic with Physical Perfection, Focused Accuracy and Superior Conditioning? ATOs do suck. Proc's are meh. Just go with Purple Level Damage Procs. It's a DPS AT. Also, 5% Range Defense instead of 2.5% please. I was thinking on the Inherent. Let the bar build and build, and then one can click it (like Domination) and get +50% Crit. Keep the 5% -Resist that all Sent's can stack. Or one could tie it to the click. Either or really. I wouldn't know how long to keep the Crit Buff active or whether it should be permable like Domination is. Was? No idea if it was changed in HC.

I'd probably keep the Toggle costs down. I know Hibernate is close to Time Phase, and that ability is last in line on Ice Armor, but it's basically a Phase Shift clone with +Rec but available later than Phase Shift is. A Defense + Regen style Armor Set. One would have to build for End Reduction and Recovery and I'd keep the Defense Debuff Resist low or none at all, allowing the -To-Hit to cover that.
  19. While one could just as easily use one of the existing defense sets and call it Time related, I'd love to see a Defense set that uses Time Manipulation as a template. A nice mixture of Defense, -to-hit (which would likely give it little or no Defense Debuff Resist), I'd mix in Regen toggle and a clickie heal, a Revive, S/L Passive, Regen Passive, and a +To-Hit Ability, though it could be tied to one of the passives and then give it's tier 9 the same treatment that Time Manipulation has, possibly at lower numbers. I'd also make it so one of the passives always put them under Time Manipulation Accelerated condition.
  20. A bar away from level 47 on my Em/Regen Brute. IOs (attuned) on all but the melee attacks that I plan to have purple or winter sets in. I feel my StJ/Nin Scrapper does more damage, but being a Scrapper, I do feel that's how it should be. However, plenty of Brutes do Scrapper level. EM needs to be ported to Scrappers, and maybe then they'll actually look it over, but it's slowness on it's two attacks, don't only hurt when on teams but it hurt me in getting my clicks off on Regen 😛
  21. True. It however, was still not well known, regardless of you knowing of them. As for the switching of ammo. Been done before in lots of media. Changing up the damage type was also a new novel gimmick.
  22. I highly doubt Dual Pistols was made with Star-Lord in mind. Pistols was released in 2010. GotG film was released in 2014. The comic version was hardly known by anyone, including Marvel Comic fans.
  23. Well, last I recall from live, Dual Pistols came in dead last in terms of DPS. That was with the old Snipe change. I'd say the new snipe change likely continues the trend. Agree with Piercing Rounds always applying the -resist. Maybe that would be the change that actually helps the sets DPS. Though, I may have preferred something different with the ammo types. Keep the DPS the same on them all. Different DoT for the ammos. Lethal, Cold, Toxic, Fire DoTs, with each set giving different secondary effects. Fire w/ -Resist. Ice w/ -Spd/Rch. Toxic w/ -DMG. Lethal w/ KD. Fire ammo would still do more damage due to the -Resist, but with good damage on the other ammo types, could be a better reason to switch ammos based on some enemies who may actually have a weakness to them.
  24. I'm not a fan of Rage myself. I don't care for the crash. Whether it's good or not, I just found it annoying. 😛
