With SR, if you didn't need Weave, that's just a another power pick. 🙂 You could still grab Tough. My thought is WP comes with Regen. Nice to have healing.

Love Dual Pistols, but as I've kept finding, on Blasters, for some reason, I don't have as much fun as Dual Pistols on Corruptors, Defenders and Sentinels. Yet some how I've enjoyed my BR/Energy and Archery/Tactical Blasters. I have thought about a DP/Tactical Blaster, ignoring the first Arrow attack completely (maybe an IO set mule) and going for Gymnastics and Eagle Eye. 😛

Resilience on a Scrapper/Brute starts at 9.38% On a tank, I'm guessing 12.5% to start. That's taking the Scrapper/Brute version of Grounded, which has the same 9.38% resist and seeing the Tanker version at 12.5% and likely enhanced to 14.13 (Steadsfast +Defense IO) - 18.71% (2 lvl 50 Resist IOs), just to be on the lower end of the max resist the Tanker would likely get. Then easily another 8% from the +Resist IOs and another 6% across the board from IO sets at minimum across the board. So, that's at 28.13 - 32.71% Resist right there. Likely to grab Tough and some purple sets for the +RCH to get Dull Pain and Hasten up fast. So, there's another 22% for S/L (not to mention ATO would likely add another 6% S/L) plus the likely hood of 24% more to F/C Resist when all is said and done. There doesn't look to be a big difference in heal percentage, so the difference there would come from Tanker's having more Health. I likely wouldn't make one, as I like the scrapper damage, but it does seem like it would survive a whole lot better than either Brutes or Scrappers. This doesn't include it's ATO Procs for more Resist (to all) and it's +Absorb Proc. 60% S/L Resist easily. 50% F/C Resist seems to be a safe bet. 28% every other Resist easily, and none of that includes the +Resist ATO, as I don't recall how often it goes off on my own Tanker.

Ran an all Stormie MLTF with my Elec/Storm Troller. Why would I want to get rid of the repel? It's not something you're going to toggle on and leave on (usually - maybe solo?) but I found various times to use it. For sure love to turn it on at City Hall in Posi 1. 🙂 AVs who can't be repelled? Hurricane is going on!

Clarion...mez protection. Barrier...Defense/Resist. Right there, one doesn't have to feel obligated to take Clarion. Control and Melee Hybrid also give some form of Status Protection. Also, isn't there some Blaster Secondary Sets that give status resist? Not all, but some. Atomic? -
I like the Scrapper inherent as is. However, is I was to make a suggestion as to how to add to it... First, Kinetic Melee's Concentrated Strike needs to be able to get some extra damage. All attacks on Scrappers, imo, should do more damage when they crit. Then, after that, maybe go the route of something similar to Concentrated Strike. When it crits, it instant recharges Power Siphon. So, what I would suggest, is when the Scrapper uses their tier 9 (or single target big hitter) something like KM's CS crit happens. Doesn't have to recharge build ups. Could auto crit the next attack for instance. But I will say, I don't feel Scrappers are any rough spot or in need of buffs. They're pretty awesome 🙂

Should I be using Explosive Arrow in ST? According to mids, it's better ST than the tier 1 and 2. Electrified Net and Glue Arrow also look to be better ST damage in Mids. Is this accurate?

Well, I'm sure when it comes down to it "It looks cool!" is what they're going for. Or one could call such instance of those extreme times of strength as being power stunts or spending that hero point. 😛 100 ton strength level, the writers are likely thinking, "Oh, well that weighs 50 tons" or some such and don't add in the other factors.

Awww...I sorta feel like I'm supposed to feel bad for most my characters being ageless (the weak immortality) by being tech/part of their powers or just truly immortal (like my main is). 😛

Toggle Defense (3-5% All Positions...more ground covered than S/L but less % is my thought) Grant Cover (passive defense for team, none for hero, but gives defense debuff resist) *something else here* Shield Charge (spring jump level likely) Hibernate Clone, but with shield using animation.

Personal FF you can't attack with. Force of Nature has the crash. Indomitable Will is mez protection with defense to psionics. I don't recall if it can be made perma. Hiberante you can't attack or move. Which is why I'm not so sure how Shield Epic would go. Though... Which sets would you like to see for Domis / Trollers?

I do realize the double +RCH benefit would be nice. I do wonder if an idea would be to move Phantom Army to Tier 9 (still keep it able to me made permanent) and add in a new ability that gives Domination build up. Maybe an attack animation that conjures a phantom to single target attack the target and then disappears? Not sure if such an animation would work, as it might be sort of pet based instead of just the animation of the attack, and I'm not sure how that would work with domination, if at all. -
This is a good change that should be added in when they give Propel to melee ATs in a new Epic Pool! 🙂
