  5. Agreed. Love Ninjitsu. It's almost perfect for what I want in a concept set. While I don't recall on INV or Shield, was WP's taunt aura pretty weak, especially so on Scrappers?
  6. Time/ and Dark/ I've done quite well solo. Rad/ I personally didn't like running solo.

Okay. Made some changes. Put a +RCH Proc in Executioner's Shot. With the hope that it would go off, often enough, to keep Piercing Rounds recharging fast. I was thinking I may be better off with the Recovery bonus. I'd use Decimation's Dam/End, so less recharge enhancement in the power, to help the procs go off more often (or maybe it wouldn't make a difference in Pistols). With the +RCH Proc, hoping I can maintain Pistols > ES > Pistols > Swap Ammo > Piercing Rounds > Swap Ammo for the ST, while hitting the hard targets with HT. Not sure if Twilight Grasp should be used often for the -50% Regen. Would it be better to put it in the attack chain? Is that -50% Regen better than a second Pistol attack?
  8. Well, I didn't mean the build spec itself, but just, what was the Primary he used on his Regen Scrapper.
  9. Love self rez powers, as they fit so many of my concepts, especially my main, but I do agree they could be improved. However, the only improvement I feel they need, is the ability to survive the reviving if used in the middle of a mob. Not be a need to run away, and hope no mobs are near you when you fall. Whether this be complete invulnerability or just extremely high resists and you slot for an amount of health to be restored, or what have you.
  10. I'm curious to see this build, as I've never seen this. Or is it, it was something akin to Katana/Regen, so it had Parry to carry it?
  11. Going by statistics, Regen would be one of the best, I don't recall it being regarded as such.

  14. I thought the reason people did radio, was so they could pick Council as their enemy group 😛 Peregrine Island for instance, has plenty of contacts that keep you stuck in PI. While I don't recall, I believe Talos did as well.
  15. All I ever wanted from Dark Armor, was more Negative Energy Resists. The ability to cap Negative Energy Resists all by itself.
  16. Yup, you're right. I missed that because I didn't notice the 1.5% in Crushing Impact, which I went for the 5% Recharge. So, yeah, I'd switch one of those Red Fortune's with LotG of the same type, for the Regen and HP bonuses.
  17. Regen never feels tough enough and WP can feel meh to play, or have other issues with theme. Sometimes you just have to go with another defense set, even on concepts that you'd like to use another on. As for the OP. Kyoyo only needs 1 or 2 End/Rch IOs in it, and +5 them. On my StJ/Nin (also an immortal concept *high five*) I went down from 2 to 1 and it works out just fine. However, you also have Dark Consumption. I'd think I'd likely go with something close to this. 18. Do the combos still work even if the rings don't? I never needed the rings to light up to run BF > Attack Vitals. I just ran it.
  19. I'm curious on that test too, as the set was low on the list of damage back on live and I don't recall seeing many changes to Pistols on HC. And if we can't give it more damage, how about lowering it's recharge. Though, I still think the pitiful damage it does, needs improving. Dark Blast's hold has same recharge and does way more damage. Electric, tiny bit more damage with faster recharge. Ice has two holds both with faster recharge and lots more damage.
  20. Can we give this the Sentinel Treatment? This set lacks a snipe, it's one of the lowest damage blaster sets, and it's be nice to have a reason to grab it for more than it's Hold aspect.
  21. Telekinesis Epic (for Scrappers/Stalkers) Shield Other (+Def All: Other) Propel (Blast) Lift & Crush (KU and Hold) Same Animation as Lift with target being KU, but they end in a hold, possibly spinning around like Soul Storm, then being slammed back down. Or just lifted like Soul Storm and spun around. Psionic Tornado (Targeted AOE) Dispersion Bubble (PBAOE Defense Bubble) Same level of defense as Maneuvers, may or may not have the status protection with it, either .39 - .52 End/Sec cost. Some might see the Dispersion Bubble as adding to much defense to Scrappers, but seeing as it would be same level as Leadership toggle and would need 2 power grabs from the Epic first, it wouldn't seem to far other there for me and it works with the theme.
  22. Scrappers also need it in an Epic Pool Telekinetic Pool Lift (Knock Up) Propel (Blast) Crush (Hold) Psionic Tornado (Targeted AOE) Dispersion Bubble (PBAOE Defense - Maneuvers level defense) And now that I type that out (just trying to come up with Epic for Propel...I'll have to add this to Eco Thread).
  23. Have you tried the musculature with the END MOD component in it?

I had made a version of KM/Nin for my main, for the energy aspect. I liked KM, but went back to StJ with Atomic Aura on the fists, purely for the animation reasons. Not that KM has bad animations, I like them, just for this character I liked StJ better 🙂 I don't recall KM being weak, just some powers aren't that good to take, but some of them also imo aren't meant to be part of the always use rotation.
  25. Can we get a change of, "Make it a strong enough attack to replace most attacks in the Dom Secondary"? 🙂
