  1. I would love that backpack! I had a concept in mind for an ex-Carnival of Whatever (hadn't decided Light or Shadows) but without that backpack I was just so meh on it!

    Fire/WP?

Fire/WP is pretty straight forward build, but looking at the statistics, not a popular combo, likely due to concepts. WP often seen as the Natural set would likely be my guess. If you know Fire's best attacks. Then looking at other WP builds (3rd most popular WP defense set) will likely lead you to a good build for it. Go for S/L/E/N Defense. I bet one could get S/L/E/N/F/C all softcapped and a good +RCH for a good ST DPS. I personally never cared for Hasten with WP, as WP has no use for +RCH only the Primary would, so I'd try to build without Hasten in mind myself.
  3. Yeah, but that would be more in line with a set with a Toggle Shield and then a Click Mind Link. Is there really any other Epic with dual shields like that? The other multiple buff powers are basically "Buff Stamina" on the melees.
  4. I don't so much mind the weapon on Ice Melee (even if I took Frozen Fists over Ice Sword on my Ice/ Brute :p) but I do agree, I'd love some non weapon versions of those attacks.
  5. I would love Illusion Control on a Dominator, just for concept reasons. As far as I know however (not a big time Dom player myself) Illusion would be terrible for Domination. So, if things had to be changed up, I'd be okay with it, as long as I got the ability to use Illusions 🙂 I've used it as a Troller back on live and I just feel it'd be more fun to use with an assault set. 🙂
  6. Moonbeam would be more damage than Dark Blast.
  7. I've made do in solo play with no AOE at all. I've made do in team play with no AOE at all. If you're looking to farm, yes, you'll want AOE. Yes, AOE will help clear missions faster. You want a PBAOE and natural, have you thought of Staff?
  8. AOE is important for speed. I suggest going Ice/Ninja and saying the Ice is Chi based or you're an alien and the natural theme will work 🙂
  9. I think it's the sets for Dominators. No tech feeling sets for instance. Then there's the fact that some sets are or are considered bad for Dominators (Gravity for instance).
  10. I'd guess we'd get an update on player choices in March. The March 2020 one, was a year after the last player breakdown.
  11. My idea was trying to look at the other sets, but then replaced Immobilize with Knock Up. I actually feel the order of the set would be best like... Lift Propel Telekinetic Restraint Mass Lift Personal Force Sheath As I like the Patreon Epics orders better. I'd also make Propel do decent damage, maybe even treat it like a Snipe. Though, it doesn't have to be turned into a Snipe, but I've always thought the blasts should do good DPS to be made part of one's attacks, and for Stalkers and Scrappers that generally means, make it a Snipe. Though they could just go through the Epics and give them some damage.
  12. Since I don't recall my previous version and I had been thinking of it a little more... Telekinetic/Gravity Epic Pool (for Scrappers/Stalkers) Lift (Just like Gravity Control) Telekinetic Restraint (Gravity Distortion, but with Soul Storm's Animation) Propel (Just like Gravity Control, but decent numbers) Mass Lift (Just like Lift, but targetted AOE) Personal Force Sheath (Passive +3% Defense/Resist All)
  13. I was told, that the Power Transfer +Heal Proc was equal to 3% Resist across the board, so I use it in my EM/Regen build. I use the Preventive Medicine Proc, but the Heal and Absorb Procs in attacks, I'd personally go for the damage.

    Dual Blades?

    They're the best option!
  15. How much do you need that 2.5% Recovery? Preventive Medicine Heal in High Pain Threshhold with the Absorb Proc, would give you more HP (lvl 50 Heal IO vs lvl 40 Heal IO) and 2.5% S/L Resist. Then put that Miracle in Health. In Stamina, if you replace the Performance Shifter End Mod with the Power Transfer End Mod you can get a bonus of 6% Regeneration, instead of +Speed. So better survival. You're WP Scrapper, so why put the KB Resist IO in Super Jump? Winter's Gift +Slow Resist would seem the better choice. WP has nothing to slow down, but your attacks won't get slowed down as much. Unbreakable Restraint Damage Proc over Ghost Widow's Embrace (Purple Proc being the better proc), and you could replace the RCH/+Absorb proc with DMG, DMG/RCH, or DMG/END Hecatomb to go with the Hecatomb Damage Proc in Freezing Touch, for more damage in the attack and you get a REC set bonus for the max of 5 +4% RECovery. The chance for Heal Proc in Frozen Aura, you could replace with a Fury of the Gladiator DMG/END/RCH IO, for better damage on Frozen Aura, and you get a 3.75% F/C Resist bonus. I'd replace the Bombardment ACC/DMG/END/RCH IO with the Annihilation version of that same IO, so you can get the +END Bonus over a 5% Range Increase bonus (which is giving 4ft to the range attacks and 3ft to Water Spout itself).
  16. Superior Reflexes. Spider-Sense. Sounds like a Defense Set to me. 😛 Scrapper with a good Epic Set (Blast, Hold, Immobilize, AOE Hold, AOE Immobilize) 🙂
  17. Spider-Man has gone far past the 10 tons lifting. Though, that can be the writers being terrible at math. Stopping a train for instance is way more than 10 tons. 😛 Or any heavy object and put some speed on it 😛

Haven't Catalyzed the Avalanche set, obtained the Apocalypse set, or put in the Winter's Gift IO in Fly, yet. Been doing good! Don't use Web Grenade often, but I grabbed that for the rifle/concept more than anything else.
  19. You have Hasten in the build. Dark Consumption filled with Procs. A basically free PBAOE attack that does some good damage. 🙂
  20. I'd like a Crab backpack with the spider symbol removed.
  21. Nope. It's T9 can't be enhanced for Recharge either. Only on Stalkers, does Recharge help with WP, and even on Stalkers, it's one power.
  22. The issue there, is WP has no powers that are helped by Recharge. Your attacks may get help, but I'd look into if you really want it on a /WP.
  23. I don't find it to bad myself. It's nothing compared to the other combos imo. However, yes, I would've loved for ET to just be at that fast speed. My guess is the EF was the way of getting PC and the set more AOE without taking away the ST.
  24. Musculature Radial is my favorite for the Damage, End Mod and Run Speed. The Immobilization, Defense Debuff and To Hit Debuff may or may not get much use, depending on power choices. Agility, last I recalled, hurt proc builds. I used it on a Ninjitsu Scrapper before, but I switched to Musculature. I use Spiritual on my Regen Scrapper, but that's a matter of trying to up the survival on my Regen, or else I'd go Musculature.
  25. I can say, I have corpse blasted a few, but not as many as before. 🙂 And with Barrier, I haven't been the corpse as often and the just shy of 45% s/l defense has helped. Still feels pretty weak compared to other sets though.
