  1. This is an example of a person I one star and simply don't play with going forward. I recently created an Energy/Storm Corruptor, and this is absolutely my plan with Tornado.
  2. I bounce in and out of the PvP recipes because it's been my general experience that they are crowded niches. But Panacea has been holding steady. Jumped in a bought 20-30 various Shield Wall recipes a few days ago and they all sold for like 12-16 million. I was kinda surprised, but didn't complain. Most of my marketing is converting in set for Luck of the Gambler, Miracle, and Numina.
  3. I think 200k is too high. 100k would be a more reasonable price in my opinion. Based on the price of seeded salvage, I have no reason to believe that seeded converters would be anywhere close to what I typically pay for them(82 k).
  4. I once bought one for 3 billion.
  5. I slot them after I get to level 50, but I farm my way there.
  6. Mace is significantly better. Which is why I'm not a fan of this suggestion if there is any potential negative impact to War Mace.
  7. They should have left the DA hunt, that could have been interesting.
  8. From May to November I was converting 20-100 Lucks a day to the +Recharge and listing them for 6.5 million each and selling out daily. Took a break for a month and the prices Rose to 8-9 million. I was running incredibly tight margins and moving a lot, so perhaps I was helping there?
  9. Kinda. If I wait until 50 to buy purple sets, and I almost always do, I'll way way overpay to have it nao. But for reasonable people, you are correct.
  10. Last two times I've done Numina for some reason I volunteered for the Vahz hunt and it was terrible.
  11. Yes, the Dom's base damage for Seismic Smash is 218.3 and Scrapper base damage for Crushing Uppercut is 218.8 and Seismic Smash has a shorter recharge and activation charge.
  12. I love the Hess TF, 3 for me. But it's also easily the most disappointing because we never get to fight the damn giant robot.
  13. I like this idea! I think the Windfall temp power would be a good reward for this as it increases drops and other stuff for an hour at a time.
  14. I have no problem increasing rewards in radio missions, as that would help players with either no or minimal negative impact on others. However, I'm not convinced increasing influence would really do anything. I think the best change would be recipe and rare salvage drop rates being increased a good amount. Both per mob and end of mission rates. It would give the players drops they could potentially use immediately or increase supply which could eventually lead to lower prices. And would encourage more random teaming.
  15. I'm all for this idea. But not for another 16 days. I'm about to finish them all for the first time on a character and I need to happen first. So for now, I vote half yes. In 17 days that will be a complete yes.
  16. I imagine the numbers will need to be tweaked a bit because Seismic Smash on my Dom hits extremely hard.
  17. And Stone Melee. We need Stone Melee too. Might as well also throw in some sort of Stone Mastery secondary for Blasters too.
  18. Drink more beer, always seemed to help me. From what I remember that is.
  19. I think that's a mistake. I just one star them, then leave a team if I happen to run across them again. If I just block someone I may not realize it as learning or remembering the names of people like that is something I consider an incredible waste of time and effort.
  20. Fair enough, looks like I read too much into your comment. My apolgies.
  21. I think that's a Fire issue with the lack of secondary mitigation. Try Ice/Fire Blaster and you can do some crazy shit. Or Ice/Most Things.
  22. Looking at the list again, it does reaffirm that I don't think it's particularly informative on what posters give more mechanical type information. I think Bopper is a good example, their work with procs and understanding has undoubtedly helped a ton of people directly(many of us here on the forums) and others indirectly as such information gets passed on and four or five people down the line aren't aware of the various posts and data work Bopper has done.
  23. When I was posting more I would check that out a couple times a week for shits and giggles. I definitely noticed that dev scores tend to spike during announcements. Mine would be higher on days in which I was heavily involved in some of the KB and copyright and other combative threads. Not sure exactly how I feel about that, but it was something I noticed. I actually try to participate less in those threads as a result of that observation. Funny comments also tend to get a good amount of rep as well. So my conclusion is if someone wants to have high forum rep, be funny or argue. Or just post a lot, at least last fall the higher reps and high post count lists were extremely similar.
  24. I like this idea, sounds interesting. Would give me a reason to finally try really give some time to my Energy Blaster(assuming something like this was made game wide). This is a compelling suggestion to me. I haven't looked much at the numbers, but I would like to throw out that if a change would require multiple respecs on multiple characters to retain current effectiveness, I'd prefer the respec system be rebuilt completely before such a change.
