Set bonuses aren't impacted by power availability, only the level of the specific enhancements. If you exemplar more than three levels below that of the enhancement, then you lose that set bonus. Purple set bonuses you keep regardless of exemplar level. If the enhancements are attuned, you keep the bonuses up to three levels below the sets lowest level.

You lose Incarnate abilities when you go below 45. But all those slots and some of the set bonuses remain, so it's still significantly easier.

I think looking at individual powers on a case by case basis is an excellent way to go about this.

I think your only viable solution is to do the arc in Ouro and keep the farm mission.

Sometimes I'll offer 25 million a run just to doorsit while I do other things, on the market a person can make that much profit during a poop break. It's a drop in the bucket. So if someone wanted 25 million from 1-50 would I pay? Sure if I happened to have a new character and nothing else I wanted to do when I saw the broadcast. On the other hand, I don't charge for people to sit on my farm runs because then I'll feel obligated to finish or be efficient or something like that. If I let someone sit in for no charge, I'll go at whatever pace I feel like and perhaps not even finish the run since I do the large Freak farm map.

I haven't played this yet, but it's on my to-do list. PC Gamer named it their game of the year.

So been on a bit of a break since I got a new computer, tonight is the first time I've logged on in 41 days. First thing I did was check my main marketing toon, everything sold and only a couple bids didn't fill. One thing I noticed is the recipe prices for a majority of the things I was working have gone done, some by more than half. I don't know that's simply because of me, but that would be awesome if it was.

Agreed 100% I like this idea. It's my experience that tanks slow teams down more than KB and I just deal with it. I think the people that dislike KB should just do the same instead of complaining all the time. That isn't directed at you specifically because I don't recall any comments you've made on the subject. The Tank example was just a good opportunity. When I have teammates that irritate me, I find new teammates instead of whining and complaining and making suggestions about how they can do things differently to appease me since I'm the one that has the problem. It's actually not difficult.

"Asking" someone to go to Null the Gull would be (incorrectly) perceived as less of a dick move than "asking" someone to slot certain IOs in their build, so more people absolutely would do that. Though in reality it's just as much of a control freak dick move. Now whether or not "more people" is significant enough to matter is up for debate, but it would happen more often.

I also think it's fine as is.

What about at level 1 it cost zero end and increases every level until 15 at which point it will cost the same amount of endurance as it always has?

No, I one star the control freaks that bitch and moan anytime someone uses KB. Don't make a big deal about it, don't say anything to them, just one star and move on. My level of effort is a few button presses over the course of months. I don't even put in enough effort to remember their names.
