In regard to rebirth, @Techwright, I think it's notable to say that Wanda was listing out those rules in the scene which followed one with other characters were basically asking "how did she managed [to break THAT rule]?"

Since City of Heroes isn't optimized for first-person the way a dedicated first-person game is, I tend not to do it so often . . . but, yes @Gentoo. It is -definitely- an excellent feature to be able to do so! Now if only I could do a detached 3rd person overhead view, and play my Masterminds like it was a real-time strategy.

There isn't any dress code, no. BUT if someone wants to run a costume contest at the event, that could be fun and lead to some interesting outfits.

I realize a fair share of folks in here are just taking the piss, but . . . Yes? Yes. Yes to the idea of introducing some (more) dialogue tree content where you could actually negotiate with the NPCs. @holymittens did an AMAZING demo of this in the Rogue-only mission from Bobby. There's a mission where you have to interrogate someone, and if you get Clues from Glowies before doing so, you can leverage the information you collected to get the truth out of the NPC, rather than him sending you on a wild goose chase. It was an absolute stroke of brilliance, and I am so sad we haven't seen anything else from @holymittens since. I want more content like that!

Thanks, @rookery.. I'm happy to have this be a bit of a community potluck of ne'er-do-well roleplay and the like. @Ry has volunteered to be a ring girl as Mortar. If anyone wants to run the bar, that could be handy. Any DJs out there want to provide some tunes? Last time we had someone providing a set with lots of electro-swing. I think it could be good to have a pair of ringside commentators, perhaps. Write up a bunch of keybinds to give play-by-plays of the matches, and then dissect the previous match as sports commentators do. Maybe have them actually comment on an audio channel/radio for people to listen in? Judges for a costume contest or two would be good. And, of course, a bouncer and/or coat-check (where out-of-character this player could monitor who's coming and going; giving each attendee the rundown on the rules, and marking down the Global Handles so door prizes can be mailed out after the event). I'm also open to suggestions for other roles and positions!

Speak to Commandant Nongratis about getting thrown in to the cage to see if you can best the monkeys yourself! Perhaps, @Andreah. But I also give away large amounts of Inf, IOs, ATOs, and Salvage to random players and I intentionally list everything on the market at 1 Inf. Not going to try to knock your fun, but I do want to emphasize that a players doesn't need to be profit-driven to still positively contribute to the game in a prosocial manner.

I mean, if we combine just @Player2, @HelBlaiz, and I, I think we've got 1000 between us already. And I hear @Greycat is making some headway again, though hasn't quite cracked the numbers from Legacy/Retail. Who else out there is rolling in the hundreds?

Although . . . do we still have free, unlimited accounts? It would be an absolute pain in the ass, but I already have a spreadsheet for keeping track of my characters. I'd just need to modify it a little.
