  1. Lol! What? I didn't confirm that at all. I was trying to confirm if the change to Full Auto would make a significant impact on Merc dps. Anyone who did a lot of testing with proc-less, old Mercs and saved the data, would need to retest with the update to know for sure. The only data I have are proc heavy pets. My Merc dps is very rng dependent with 2-3 damage procs slotted on each pet. I have screenshots of each proc doing anywhere between 6-25% of a pet's total damage. I also have screenshots of the Medic doing more damage than Soldiers and Spec-Ops thanks to proc rng. The same pylon time is pure coincidence and doesn't mean pets stand around doing nothing due to quicker cast times. I did check the animation/combat log for a single soldier and he does use another attack quickly after his AR Auto Fire ends. Soldiers have a couple attacks that recharge fast. ASMG Burst (3s) and AR Burst (4s) so they should have an attack, ready to go, at all times.
  2. It was just a single run, rng likely plays a big part in it. The run with the Full Auto change actually did worse. The old run posted, only one pet was in Leadership range so 5 of 6 didn't get the buffs.
  3. For some reason I can't open both builds posted in this thread. But for a pure regen build, make Dull Pain perma and keep it on auto. Slot Dull Pain with as little as possible and with it active, should be just enough to cap your HP (2410 hp). After basic stuff like recharge and endurance management, pour the rest of the slots/IOs into regen bonuses. Try to get five +10% and +12% regen bonuses. As many +16% as possible (Will need to split Apocalypse set). Pounding Slugfest and Power Transfer are great for +6% and +8% bonuses. I would skip the +4% bonus but you can probably squeeze a couple in your build, maybe the Triage IOs. For pure regen, I would go with Soul Mastery or Body Mastery. Soul has Dark Blast, Moonbeam, Soul Storm and Summon Widow and with split Apocalypse and Soulbound, adds +64% regen. Body Mastery with Apocalypse in Laser Beam Eyes, and aggressively slotted Physical Perfection, will probably get around +110% regen. Though imo, SM has more useful powers during gameplay. Pure regen is actually pretty playable, especially with incarnate powers. Instant Heal with a 50% up/down time, Melee Radial Hybrid with a 50% up/down time, Regen Radial Destiny 100% up time with diminishing return. I skipped Shadow Meld and don't use MoG at all, but it's paired with Ninja Blade and has some defense/resistances built in. I'm pretty much the only one who doesn't flee Marauder's Nova Fist in the Lambda. Slot Superior Avalanche and/or Overwhelming Force procs into Fire Sword Circle to add a bit of KD mitigation. Also the Ragnarok proc if you took Fireball, Energy Torrent or any of those other TAoE Epic/Ancillary powers. Also slot the Panacea unique and as many Power Transfer procs as possible. I did some testing and their heal per second averages out to be better than Numina and Regenerative Tissue/Impervious Skin uniques. Data chunkies for all the builds, please.
  4. Merc damage seems pretty much the same with the change to Full Auto. Just did a run on Beta, only Merc pets. Got the same dps as 1.5 years ago while testing. Both 211 secs, 310 dps. New: Old:
  5. I remember making a similar build, the goal to run AS-Ab-SS-Ab seamlessly. Ab needed to have a recharge of 1.28 seconds. Global recharge of around 240% + 100% recharge through slotting, got it there. In the end, the dps was lower than I expected. Sacrificing procs for recharge resulted with less damage. Running AS-Ab-SS-NS might produce equal or better results. Less recharge is required to run so more procs can be slotted.
  6. Yeah, Traps is pretty awesome though I would disregard it from Group Fly + range pets style of play (If that's what the OP is planning with his Bots). Several Trap powers can't be activated more than a couple feet off the ground.
  7. Weird. Both your builds crash my Mids'. I'm using v2.6.1.25, database issue 26, 20.0515.
  8. It's been awhile since testing it so retried. Here's a vid of slotting a second Impervious Skin with the Combat Attributes windows up. Regen stays the same but status resistance shows a double Impervious active.
  9. It's not a unique and multiple can be slotted but the regen portion only applies once. The status resistance stacks though.
  10. Tough and Weave buys time. Time to regen, powers to recharge, time to click your "oh crap" button. Personally I wouldn't go without them though I think it would still be playable if you did. All the regen IO set bonuses 4%, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 16%. Five of each. But I think it's impossible to get them all but if you could, that would add up to +280% regen. Regenerative Tissue +25%, Impervious Skin +25%, Numina's +20%. That adds up to +70% regen. Spiritual/Vigor Alpha to enhance Fast Healing, Integration and Health. Melee Hybrid for the passive +30% regen. I think Unleash Potential provides +150% regen unenhanced; +300% enhanced, but can't be made perma. Also add in the Power Transfer (multiple slotted if possible) and Panacea procs. They provide quite a bit of healing. Did a 20 minute data test, one PT averaged +3.95 hp/s; Panacea averaged +3.23 hp/s. Made 3 Regen builds to try to figure out which I wanted to create in game. Stalker has a 75 hp/s passive regen, Scrapper has 93 hp/s passive regen, and Brute has a passive 118 hp/s. Those are with perma-Dull Pain active giving them max HP. I went with the Stalker. Including Power Transfer x3 and Panacea, it has a passive regen of around 90 hp/s. | Copy & Paste this data into Mids' Reborn : Hero Designer to view the build | |-------------------------------------------------------------------| |MxDz;1569;777;1554;HEX;| |78DA6554494F535114BEAF7D055AA8B494520A9D28604B4B0B75488CA8248A28430| |D5026D1A456FB280F9A96B47560E1C25FE14A133746E2B071E9CA1FE1CE38FC0094| |C4C48DD17A7ABF036DD297BC7C67FEEE3DE7DE9B7C34D5F1EEDA9349A158AFE433E| |5723A55C9E477B4525BF27E2553D18B05A3A0AF957E377BD2492DAF69F11B7A613B| |934E3D2C96B29E23CF94B6A915CA5A7C49CB6905AD24F38565A158CCC753BB9A96B| |54A715ACF6D55F442AE536AF35A26AB95CA5BFAAE5DEA3385077A59BFABE7F5CA9E| |FBEAAE7E2F7EB998DD4B2733E58A56DA3B5A5E2F2D284EFF4BB3E0AF6A129B04095| |5187235340BC316745567DC06B6EC00976BB98ACC5545B722735A9CC0B6BF64F6AA| |A2ED9751C65AE6802B94A320C7A47860EBB8A4C8D80E1FF4137EC68051D6B20D405| |FA55C23D6AA1853E0E95D06BE229F89EB9A3E21BE376490D81736C898BE11E89E08| |744F14FABE1903A25CD1BA0FDF1AD9CCA8A79897C0E163CE2005B7B3AF3D8A5EF91| |815F25951CB60BD8E1EF866808159E03AD5EEE4B5762E2A720D8125C61470609971| |059C03ABD05F53AE5D36B06AB27B3187C13BE01EFC47182234903FA48AA12CEC438| |F55197793721DE0353A7C8A8C1DF2034F0619BD988591F6E144ACC1E9AAD9C897C0| |3C42A7D05F95625CDC07970DEB0CF1FCDF10979BCF95FB33E2431FA9B70E558C7C8| |13EF295F11B30F21DB841B9FD3CE77EEE7984E76C274E2F737ACF12A8461161CEB7| |94E7674EFF39CC7674123547CF63AEA313B0C72E408F5D84AEDA850872DDE021FA1| |5FB0DBC4D7587F97C0C3BD1DB168A0FC3A6869F610E63CF19C751732C014CBC80BD| |9572A2CC11951C6691600E2BED2BCEBE38F732E1C4CC6F11FF38F38F1F603FFDEAF| |1BDAD7AEAB222F8CC59F8CC45EABE5A68952A3459124D96D34D96334D9679F5F8F6| |0B3181492CA86C229B12C0AECD36BAB588AB1E588E6FBF5062F0FFB434BF08362FB| |08B5F842E7E11BAF945E89EC5147E34D60BA3DE61DD6650B8CB3DDCE59EA798C8A2| |45F64AAE69AD415E6F90371AE46917A5B1FCDE413277FE43B06EFFD35397E722F5E| |9FC07BA4BE8B4| |-------------------------------------------------------------------|
  11. Cloud Senses proc is pretty horrible on Spec Ops. Their only power that can activate it is Flash Bang, and that has a 2 minute CD. Achilles' or Lady Grey procs will provide more dps since Burst and Heavy Burst are used so often.
  12. Add Shield Breaker to Soldiers and Spec Ops.
  13. Concentrated Strike isn't bad, I like it a lot. It can be proc'd out to increase it's damage and provides a controlled BU recharge. I was getting 120ish second pylon times with it integrated compared to 140sh seconds without. Since CS's cast time is so long, a miss would drop it's dps significantly more than other KM powers. The video is a year old and the attack chain used probably wouldn't perform as well today with the snipe changes.
  14. Bodyguard mode is active while pets are in Defensive + Follow/Goto/Stay commands and within Supremacy range. Only the Attack My Target command kibosh BG mode.
  15. You're welcome! The way I understand it is... -Status Resistance counters Mez Time. -Status Protection counters Mez Mag. Mez resistance reduces the amount of time your character is mezzed. 100% resistance would cut mez time down by half. So if you're hit with a power that typically holds for 10 seconds, you'll be held for 5 seconds. 200% resistance would drop mez time to 1/3rd of the time, 300% resistance would drop mez time down to a quarter, etc. On top of mez, there's Status Protection. The higher the number, the more mez mag you can handle (If that makes any sense). Yes, Sovereign Right and the other pet uniques affect all pets except for Soulbound Allegiance. That only works on the pet it's slotted into.
  16. Clicking 'View Active Sets' in the Mids' window opens a pop up that lists IO set bonuses in the build. Anything highlighted in red isn't doing anything for the build. The Dire Wolf has 6 different attacks. Two of 6 attacks apply a -def debuff with each having a chance to trigger the Lady Grey proc. Five of 6 attacks apply slow with each having a chance to proc Impeded Swiftness. The T1 and T2 pet attacks are all melee. They seem to take longer to take down a moving target as they chase, stop to bite and by the time that animation ends, the target is 15' away and then they chase again. Most other MM primary pets have some ranged attacks to take down running enemies. Imo, Overwhelming Force and Soulbound Allegiance are more important than the 4 Superior Command of the Mastermind set. The +4% damage is small as it only applies to the MM, not the pets. +4% is probably equivalent to +2 points of damage for Hawk and Ravens. The +10% recharge can probably be picked up elsewhere.
  17. -The build is over the 'rule of 5' for LotG +7.5% recharge. -Mids' has Call Hawk toggled on, so it's adding Force Feedback's +100% recharge to the totals. Alot of the powers will be recharging slower than what's indicated. -Impeded Swiftness proc would activate more often than Lady Grey in Dire Wolf. -I think Cloud Sense set bonuses are better than Dark Watcher's in Darkest Night. -Web Envelope would probably work out well with Beast/Dark. Immobilized targets wouldn't be able to run out of Tar Patch, keep them tight for AoE attacks/debuffs. Also Beasts perform better vs stationary targets, imo. -Build will probably have endurance issues especially if Call Hawk/Ravens are spammed. Theft of Essence proc in Twilight grasp might help with that. Also adding some slots into Stamina. Or maybe Victory Rush from the Leadership pool. Though I'm not sure how much endurance it provides. -I recommend slotting Soulbound Allegiance and Overwhelming Force to your pets. They add a considerable amount of damage and mitigation. It's a solid build. Even if you ignore all of the above advice, it will probably still perform very well. I like the totals you reached in S/L/E def and resists. I think they're really good for an MM. Awesome job!
  18. I noticed it before but when checking, it was just a visual bug. Their costumes changed but when checking their buffs, they still had both upgrades listed.
  19. My Merc/Storm pylon runs aren't great. Built for damage but survivability is pretty minimal. Only +33.5% def to S/L/E. Dps is high but I was popping skittles to survive. Someone once commented on a post to, "Slot Gale up and put it on auto." That's what I did and it's amazing. Overpowered vs anything with little to no KB resistance, which feels like 90% of the game. Get recharge down to around 3s and you can knock targets down repeatedly as soon as they attempt to get up.
  20. Don't expect Leadership Assault to perform miracles, +10.5% isn't a lot. Couple additional misses from one run to the next could negate that bonus. I recommend just hitting a pylon a few times, with each one of your attacks, with Assault on and off. Then do a damage comparison from the logs. It would eliminate rng from your assessment. There's also things like BU, crits, Achilles' or other debuffs you can try to test/factor in.
  21. Definitely Mercs/Storm. I have quite of few characters, five are MMs. Mercs/Storm is my most frequently played among all ATs.
  22. The +10% ATO is only for AoE def. Not sure if it's better than Edict or Call to Arms which both provide +5% def to everything. While leveling, slot it anywhere. But when close to 50, and you're finalizing your build, slot it in Oni. He should have the most free IO space. This is probably how I would slot the pets at 50, it would only change if paired with Storm. | Copy & Paste this data into Mids' Reborn : Hero Designer to view the build | |-------------------------------------------------------------------| |MxDz;779;359;718;HEX;| |78DAF3AD70E159E7DE68CFC028E09C93585C1CEF9B585C925A949B9997C2EA9B989| |E99CCCC0004EC402C8190890F2ECDCDCDCFD3F3CBCCCB4A2C964792702A4D4BD373| |CECF498977C9070A249664E6E7310806E4E7E7E879E6956516672665E66496548A8| |0455C2B0A528B327353F34AC0EA78C1826E99E919259979E9DC105E0E882BEC5A90| |99ACE79C9158949E0A7560A504D0499A40BC9195010AFEB3327C0652869C0C4C5F4| |1340B0353180B986679C80CA19D99C0345B24443C4713AE178880004C60055B81D6| |7043ADE1865AC3130A3186E711D058591606BE2F10E3F92220E20207817C6116DC8| |682C176A0C99250932543203AA58E421C2CF50C28ACCEC220130E11977909E1CB9D| |84C8FF2705C8B0A0FB560B43C40043C41043C41843C40443C40743C41721F23F00C| |86684CA3282653905181898A1B26FB980B28CC8B2EF3144DE61887CC01071D442D8| |E8A4058FBEFFCE5AF000FFEF230C0C4788AEFF007DE70FD1| |-------------------------------------------------------------------|
  23. Agile, Dodge and Lucky provides scaling damage resistance to S/L/F/C/E/N. The more hp you drop, the better the resistance. They stack with one another but is unenhanceable. I think the resistance bonus only kicks in when below 70% hp. Max resistance is +20% per power, so +60% total. If you're using Mids', there's a slider to see how much resist they're providing. Need to slide each power separately.
  24. Let's take BS, Slice for example. 10'/19 °. Including hit box, it would be 13'/21.5°?
  25. Thanks! Updated the screenshot with Rad and EM. Not sure if I understand what you mean by hit box. How does a target's hit box affect a player's AoE range?
