Totally viable human only. It just doesn't have the same level of utility. Seems to have decent status resistance.

There is nothing wrong with a player who does not play as much wanting. Why wouldn't they? The issue is expecting something for nothing or the perception that some shiny is a requirement to have a great build.

Before Troo, there were two others. Gy & Tru Gy, a super strength / invulnerability brute that was great to learn the game with. Gy got to keep the two letter name until shutdown. Tru, a radiation blast / dark miasma corruptor. This was the one that took the game from like to love. She was the one folks wanted for teams or base raids. Troo these days lurks behind the scenes pulling the strings while crafting and crushing market pvp. Someday the Energy Transfer foolishness will be reversed.. someday.

Not all super heroes can be the best. Much less the best they can be. Flaws are present throughout the genre. Again, this simply isn't troo. FullEclipse, you've played a bunch, you know this not to be the case. A super reflexes character can softcap well before 50 just as many can get high resists. Many of the best unique IOs are available early in the game. I don't want to slam FullEclipse. I get wanting to be casual. I'm just saying the expectations should match the level of effort we put in. If we were buds in game I might just hand you a purple set. (I would not do that if I thought you'd never be around again, that would just be a waste) FYI - as a casual gamer you totally need that XP after 50 to get your incarnates going.

Friendly fire would be awesome if not for griefing. The idea of needing to be aware of are of effect powers and teammates sounds great. Would the same or reverse also apply to buffs? "Dude, you just speed boosted the AV!?"

Maybe an Honorable mention would have been a compromise if it was an honest or one time mistake. That said, if "that player" has exposed thier history of exploits and hacking, immediate account termination is appropriate.
