    Considering how crazy powerful my NW is I cannot support these suggestions.

    Nonsense. We might get it. HC does all sorts of stuff, they just save it up for individual content releases instead of doing little bits at a time.

    I'm not sure how it is on the male body types, but on the female faces you can have a Barbed Wire Wrapped detail, a Barbed Wire detail, a Chain Wrapped detail, and a Chain detail...but no Wrapped detail without chains or barbed wire. Would be nice to have.

    Yea, you shouldn't put it on any "don't use" lists because it's a very good set. Any enemy you can eliminate with your Sniper attack isn't dangerous enough to care if it gets to attack you once. Against harder enemies, bosses, elite bosses, monsters, archvillains, giant monsters, Proton Volley is very good dps and doesn't need any changes.

    There's no "chance" for anything because it isn't Combining anything. It simply automatically changes everything you have slotted to +3 levels above you.

    What I want is for T9s to be useful across the board, but I accept this isn't really the place for that discussion.

    I still think that question makes no sense. Yes, I would be willing to have Unstoppable be severely nerfed in order to have it be a crashless power. I don't know why addressing that requires talking about PvP DR.

    I don't remember for sure, but I think canonically T'Challa IS the wealthiest superhero in Marvel comics.

    Also, correct me if I'm wrong, I don't think attacks get 2 defense rolls. They only get 1 and it is always against the HIGHER of the two defenses. That has been my understanding.

    But Divine Avalanche doesn't grant Smashing defense. Only Lethal and Melee. You can deflect arrows and bullets with a Katana, but you can't parry an Energy Blast.

    I don't like pvp. I don't play pvp at all. Development time spent on pvp does not benefit me or make the game more fun for me at all. But I recognize that there are others for whom dev time spent on pvp does make the game more fun, so I don't say that it's a waste of effort. You see how that works?

    Some folks just don't understand that different devs work on different stuff. The devs working on travel powers are not the devs working on power sets, so one does not take time away from the other.

    If we're happy with them you hope we enjoy them, but you think it was a waste of time and resources. So things YOU like are not a waste of resources, but things that OTHERS like are a waste, got it.

    If it's "meaningless" then why do you care that travel powers were made faster? It doesn't effect you since you always have TT, right??

    I believe the current balance of the set values the damage debuff secondary effect higher than many players do.

    Every travel power is now faster than before. If the fact that they are proportionally slightly different makes it less fun then I'm sorry, but that isn't a reason to change it.

    Anyway, no one in this thread has raised any points that were not raised, considered, and rejected during beta. The conversation has already been had and the current balance is what was arrived at after much debate and testing. You would have to raise NEW points to have an adjustment be seriously considered, but no new points have been made.
