  1. Nothing wrong with a few TFs being high level only.
  2. To my knowledge there is no such thing as "Accurate End Mod" sets. End Mod sets go both in powers that buff endurance and also powers that drain endurance, many of which need accuracy. It might be a good suggestion to create such sets, but in fact, no, there are not Accurate End Mod sets, hence why End Mod sets have Accuracy in them. They are slotted in things like Short Circuit, Shock, or Consume, which need to hit.

  5. Yeah, a lot of bad changes were made during the score years, and a lot of the changes so far in HC have been to smooth those rough edges (Blaster secondaries, I'm looking at you).
  6. I completed the mission Rescue Dr. Francois and upon exiting the mission I found myself on the same mission again! I didn't retake it, it was just automatically started over immediately upon completion. I've never seen anything like this happen before.
  7. Actually they don't just hang motionless, they sometimes bounce up and down in midair. And this is in proximity to the CASTER not the target.
  8. Spore Cloud seems to make bullet casings hang motionless in midair, which is weird.

  10. If this goes well, maybe look into making ALL zone event mobs level-less. The Praetorian zones, Brickstown, etc, etc.

  14. no, that clearly won’t happen. But Arachnos invasions of paragon and Longbow invasions of the rogue isles sure seem like a fun idea.
  15. Villainside arcs are mostly shorter than the Heroside arcs that were out at the time when Villains was released. IF evening out the sides is a desired goal, then yes, I agree. I'm not certain that it is, though. To some extent, Null the Gull (or simply the existence of Rogues and Vigilantes), makes it unnecessary. I can understand why that might be frustrating, though.
  16. In a way they do have better rewards, because there are more efficient arcs, so the Merit/minute ratio is probably better (that's a guess). The villain side also offers the Patron pools which is often, though not always, a better reward than the equivalent Epic pools.

I've been teaming up with a RL friend doing arcs with collaborative missions on and although we never have a problem with missions completing for both of us we have noticed, repeatedly and for both of us, that often only the Team Leader will get the XP reward for completing the arc. We both are getting all appropriate Merit rewards, just not the XP bonus for arc completion. Last week we completed one of Marchand's arcs in Brickstown, I was team captain, I got the arc reward and he did not. This week we did Montague Castanella, he was team captain, he got the arc reward and I did not. I don't remember it ever working this way before, so it seems like a bug. I would, personally, describe it as a pretty serious bug, so I hope it gets looked at.

  20. Remember the old CoH Splasher mod that let us customize splash screens? Would be cool if something like this was built into the HC client. Not necessarily the personally customizable aspect, but the HC team could include among the screenshots selections from those submitted by players.

  22. It was clearly designed that way, but realistically it is not. If it was then Heroes would have to help Villains as often as Villains help Heroes in the 35-50+ game.
  23. Currently when a Mastermind leaves a zone their pets all die. Would it be possible to change this so they use the Dismiss animation (run away or whatever) instead of the Release animation (fall over dead)? Would be a nice change, imo.
  24. I like the idea, but it has to be recognized that despite what the original devs may have intended, Red and Gold sides are in fact effectively side content/increased challenge and alternative starting areas, NOT separate but equal factions.
