Temporary power for Taunt/Taunt Aura that would work only when Soloing Content. And/Or option like Notorierty option. It would alter enemies' AI in a way that they will NEVER run away from you across the ENTIRE map like a headless chicken, and will always attack you until they (or your character) die, like in most other MMOs. That's already true for most Dev-added AV, like Battle Maiden, which are always confident and will attack until very defeat. This might be done in a way it would work only when soloing or prefer soloing for that. Because curretly AV's HEADLESS CHICKENNING IS A PAIN IN THE ***. That forces using root powers or take Taunt from presence pool. All of these powers require constant activation, and none of them are toggle/automatic, so they don't solve the problem. AE's AV always DO headless chicken for instance, so lTF AV's do. Additionally some Fear effects, like Caltrops fear might be made not working on Strong enemies as well, because l saw many times double caltrop puddle make most AV headless chicken out of them.

Shield/Electric maybe from what We heard 2 Ranged Nukes are going to be Awesome, and TW/Bio, but that one is getting nerfed. Shield/Elec, however, is might get stealthily buffed by the fact of Fixing /poweexeclocation command if that is going to happen.

l'm not sure but some players put on their firefarms powers like Overheat (or Heat Exhaustion) or Consume those drain endurance. Also maybe it's some fire attack powerset used for AE adds that deals -END to their target. My firefarmer uses Ageless +RECOVERY incarnate, l never experienced that and l was using Troll Cave firefarm FYI.

There's no point of not unlocking it. Unfortunately there's no big point of unlocking it eitha. HC team apparently has betta things to do. So it's not coming. In case you want to have it unlocked on your Private Server do following things: 1. Open file "%cohserverfolder%\data\bin\costume.bin" file in hexadecimal editor. Before that it's desirable to create backup "costume.bin" file to revert it in case you do something wrong. 2. Then inside it find following byte sequences: "00 42 61 72 65 00". 3. Once you find it (that's a string placed in file's header), you need to write down somewhere hexadecimal address of first "0x42" byte. For instance it might be 0x228AB. 4. Subtract hexadecimal 0x18 from it. It'll be 0x22893 for instance. 5. Transform that to address to the DWORD value the way it's in memory. The byte with lower order comes first. For instance it'll be "93 28 02 00" 6. Find aforementioned (e.g. "93 28 02 00") sequence of bytes. In case there is to be the lone byte "0x01" like 32 bytes after it - repiace it to 0x00, that's the NPC-only flag. That shud be 1 for males & 0 for females for Your interest - replace all of them to 0 to unlock the style for males. 7. Save file "%cohserverfolder%\data\bin\costume.bin". That's not all 8. In the folder with client game executable the in the "data" folder make the "bin" folder and save the another instance of "costume.bin" file there for instance it's going to be "%cohclientfolder%\data\bin\costume.bin" 9. ... 10. That's all. But do NOT try to trick Homecoming with it & modify clientside only "costume.bin" file. If you try to use that style and update the Existing character the serverside will reject the changes. If you try to make brand new toon with that style - it might be even worse, as the toon won't have even one valid costume and become not accessible because of that. -
Actually it affects on very lil' degree - a part of Poison Trap that is involved only on initial fountain, not the cloud. Generally l tried to find that animation, and unfortunately Poison Trap might use generic smoke/vapor animation, used in many places, such as for waterfalls etc. It might be (l'm not sure) yet: texture_library/FX/WORLD/WaterFill.texture in stage1b.pigg l don't have any toons those have Poison Secondary on them, but l do have Traps with Poison Trap so might have to verify it leita.

l can tell about Me personally - l stopped playing this game after Hyperkreator stopped working as it had been before Spring Costume Editor update. The Serverside rejection of costumes became harder, which crippled Hyperkreator functionality and make some costumes invalid and not being able to be updated. Can't even update power color options anymoa on these alts. Not every single alt suffered from this but plenty did. And because l was hosting some teams, like Architect Entertainment team, this might have led to Chain Reaction, producing cascade population decline as a result. But l don't think that's the main and/or only reason, also the fact that game was stalling late spring/whole summer/early autumn of 2020 year (even assuming there's respectable reason for it), getting none of Updates, fixing NONE of Bugs made it happen. If something doesn't develop, it does degrade, that's the law of reality. -

Why revert Eagle's Claw power changes? l have some toons with MA powerset those REILLY lack AoE's, so was REILLY look forward to this improvement. Ayway most melee powerses have at least 1 Cone AoE, and 1 Sphere PBAoE. So EC's improvement would bring that Set inline with others. It would still prefer Single Target damage more though. Why revert after all?! -

According to what l've found in the most recent "Costumes.bin" file, this symmetric style can be easily added by disabling its dev-only flag. Assymetric style, however, requires more work, but in case it was done at spring through some tool (for other boot styles) then it could be easier. An extra Geometry that is need to be added is called "MALE_BOOT.geo/GEO_LlegL_Flat". Also in the end of the file "%ServerFolder%\Server\data\server\db\templates\vars.attribute" the string "MALE_BOOT.geo/GEO_LlegL_Flat" needs to be added with an indeficator number before it, so server would able to save the new assymetrical style. This all is an info for Developers, however. -

l would like to receive extra customization level for Med Pack (temporary selfheal power with 100 charges), Resusciator, Recovery serum, and (if possible) made able to recolor jetpack & steampack jets. -
Shadow Shard is a dimension with distorted spatio-temporal continuum anyways, including so called "hortha vines", holes from which redwater pours out, points those anchor rocks those seem to float, gravity fall damage removing effects, teleporting back pits... You should NOT expect your teleportation work properly in all these conditions!

l can't wait for this to happen. Dunno if any of my alts would benefit from this, but l have numerous AE Arcs, with NPC inside those SURELY will. "Roman Sandal" style was made available in i25 update made by Ouroboros team, here (page 25): https://docs.google.com/document/d/11cLJiSYlfueJheOumRywG8Evip2Mjmu_30Y6ePaetqY/edit "More Roman Sandals: Boots" So that means prior to shutdown that style was NOT available for players at all, both Male & Female character. Ouroboros update note doesn't mention, however that style is to be unlocked for Female only, not for Male. But it de-facto it was unlocked for Female bodies only. While it's easy to fix on Private server, it's impossible to fix on Homecoming. Please do this! Because more options is always better than less. -
Previously Beta Decay (in a form it went from i25 Score Client) had its effect last 1.0 seconds before 1.25 and because of that it did not differ its primary target from secondary, granting player +12.5% recharge time for each target. I.e. 4 targets would give 50% rech bonus. After a while it was fixed (it's also fixed in i26 Score Client), and it started to grant proper values. I.e. 4 targets would give 10%+2.5%*4=20%, like it's intended. The thing you described above might be. A: still not fixed Rad Armor's Beta Decay for some class (Brute Perhaps, but l think it should be fixed already for Brutes. For Tankers it is.) B: Tooltip error, this happens sometimes. At certain seconds it gives values far beyond actual, but it doesn't affect combat effectiveness, it's just server/client desync or something. l think sometimes l encontered things like that already (auras granting 2 bonuses per each add: like 2.5% and then another 2.5% for the same add).

Well, Traps T9 looks like a total lackluster. l was going to suggest once replace it to Damage boosting power, that would work similar to Farsight or Overgrowth: Tier 9: Targeting Uplink Click, PBAoE Affects Friendlies within 25' sphere Has 4 minute recharge, works for 2 minutes. Increases ToHit chance and Damage. +X TOHIT for 2 minutes (Unresistable). +X DAMAGE for 2 minutes (Unresistable, Ignores Buffs and Enhancements). Accept Enhancement Sets: ToHit Buffs -

At last lemme introduce a power Pool that will surely be implemented somewhere across the Multiverse. So, then, it is: Quantum Physics: T1: Tunneling (click). Targets teammate, teleports you next to that teammate. Very long range (10000 ft), Interruptable. T1: Wavefunction (click). Extends your wavefunction, which grants you very high Movement Speed boosts, Recharge speed boosts. After a while this power crashes as the wavefunction collapses, immobilizing you and debuffing Movement. Long cooldown. T2: Entanglement (toggle, targets single enemy). Entangles your wavefunction with that of some enemy, causing Untyped damage to the enemy based on your health level (the lower your current health is - the higher damage this power deals). Alternatively this power could debuff enemy's Damage Resistance/Defense/Regeneration based on your current health percentage. T2: Reality Shift (click). Shift to another universe, in which you haven't engaged adds, fully restoring Health, placating all enemies around, making you untouchable, intangible, invisible, and only affecting self for a short while. T3: Eigenstate (click). Enters an eigenstate, in which you are untouchable and cannot be defeated by any means. When this power crashes your health level is set randomly to 0%-100%. -
It's interesting that l have Hack that lets Me do this on both Score & Homecoming, but can't put it here. Yeah saves a lot of mouse clicks.

Power Pool: Armor T1: Tactical Armor (autopower). Self +resistance to Smashing/Lethal/Fire/Cold damage. T1: Health Monitor (click). Temporarily boost Self Regeneration +resistance to Toxic damage. T2: Dampener Device (toggle). While toggled on provides Defense against Smashing/Lethal/Energy/Negative damage. T2: Concussion Pulse (click). Deals PBAoE minor Smashing damage and repels enemies, also has a fair chance to Stun (Disorient) them. T3: Emergency Stimpack (click). Heals Self to 100% health, and gives Mez (Stun/Hold/Sleep) protection for a good while. The Cooldown may be lowered to the point these protections could be made permanent. This power can be used while mezzed. -
Alas, HyperKreator has been wrecked beyond its restrictions back before Costume Creator Updates, because the server now rejects costumes, that were not rejected initially. l can't update some of my characters' costumes, because they're now considered to be not valid. How to make these costumes socailly responsible even now, when l can't update!
