Ithink that what this clearly chows, is that IH needs to be made a toggle again.

Is it possible to add the Incarnate powers that effect Regen, Def, and Resist. In the case of the Destiny powers, just showing the base that is added. I.E. Rebirth Radial Epiphany gives a constant 200% buff for as long as it is active.

This the discussion seems to have veered into one of what changes Regen needs, I gotta say I agree with what @Bopper worked up about a year or so back. The thread has been closed, as it was a weekly discussion.

Totally agree with this. I hate having to log into alts to see how much inf they have. Would be so much easier if on the character select screen.

I'm hoping it's one of the things they're looking at. I mean, this issue is called second chances, after all.

There are a few /ea builds floating around that skip the invis power and still manage to get softcap. I believe @Linea posted theirs. I'll see if I can find the thread.

That's a nice looking Tank, I'll swap it around to Brute and have a look. I honestly haven't decided between /Inv or /Ena yet. I may do both and start one Goldside. You happen to have a spare SS/Ena build lying around as well?

have a Em/Rad Scrapper that I love, was just wanting to revisit SS since I haven't played since beforethe Servers were shut down. Cross Punch was definitely part of the plan. Well, in the idea box. Don't really have a plan, yet.

Until Scrappers and Stalkers get SS, I think the AT with the best chances of pulling off decent ST dps (no, I have not heard about this beyond the thread in the Scrapper forums) would be the Brute. Unfortunately for me, (and my investment portfolio) I am no good with numbers. What attacks from SS are mandatory, and what would help the most? I'd like to avaoid Patron attacks, if possible, but am open to other pool powers, including LBE. Everybody needs a Kryptonian, right? Anyone have anyone attack chains lying around?
