  1. I've seen talking enemies do this with pets that they are aggroed to, but I don't think I've seen that happen in captions before.
  2. Tyrant is supposed to become untargettable and transform into his regular sized version at 10% health. If your league does enough damage that you take him all the way to 0 health before the untargettable status takes effect, he's dead and can't transform. Just try not to kill him too fast next time.
  3. Interesting that the control set that is balanced around doing more damage is also the set with the fewest damage powers (only two with Plant having three and all others having at least four) and the only control set that has zero AoE powers that do any damage. Spectral Wounds may seem powerful, but keep in mind if you factor in its heal-back, it does exactly the same base damage as the single target immobilize (or sleep in the case of mind) that exists in every other control set. The only way it does more damage than them is just in the oddity of the heal-back not being affected by enhancements. But even then at the ED-cap on enhancement Spectral Wounds only manages to tie the extra powers of Lift from Gravity and Levitate from Mind, except Spectral Wounds also doesn't get the full benefit of containment, so it actually loses to both of those. That's not even mentioning that Spectral Wounds has no secondary effect unlike all the rest. Of course, you could say that Illusion does good damage thanks to Phantom Army, but you're the one claiming that the set shouldn't rely on having it up all the time.

  6. I'm not seeing how you think Core works. Testing on my mastermind who has Support Core T4, I got the following: This was from using Tame Beasts on my pets in both cases. The endurance discount also doesn't show in combat attributes. I only have discounts from enhancement set bonuses.
  7. Support Hybrid is supposed to give a passive endurance discount, up to 10% at tier 4. I decided to test it out using my ill/rad controller using EM Pulse's crash to get accurate numbers on how much endurance was used. The in-game numbers on EM Pulse for me lists an endurance cost of 14.88 with and without support equipped. Using EM Pulse on the RWZ dummies with Assault Hybrid equipped and no toggles running reduced my endurance from my max of 110 to 95.12, exactly the 14.88 endurance cost expected. Using EM Pulse again with a tier 4 Support Hybrid (which again is supposed to give a 10% discount) resulted in exactly the same result of 95.12 endurance. So, in conclusion, Support Hybrid does not seem to give any auto endurance discount.
  8. What set a bonus comes from doesn't matter, only the numbers. This means you can have 5 recharge bonues of 10%, 5 of 8.75%, 5 of 7.5%, etc. Do note that the luck of the gambler special enhancement is not a set bonus, so while you can have only 5 of them, they do not clash with the other 7.5% recharge set bonuses. I don't know why Mids is giving you a different amount. Given that the difference between expected and actual is 8.75%, that looks like you're not getting credit for the 6-slotted preventative medicine in kuji-in sha. The only other bonuses you have are 5%s and a 10%, so those don't look like they could be the problem.

  12. Definitely happens on my stalker, but its rare. It always catches me by surprise when I expect my target to have died and I'm selecting my next target but then no damage happens.
  13. When making a new costume on my Sonic/Time blaster, I noticed that the names on the alternate animations of many of the sonic attack powers are not displayed properly.   14. As my main is stuck at 1511 waiting on the spring event and the May anniversary badges, I started another badger just for that satisfying "Badge Earned". Took soloing the Abandoned Sewer Trial today to get my secondary badger to the 1400 milestone. A large proportion of what he's still missing are day job badges. Hard to earn those when the character has only been around for less than 2 months and I've been so active on him.
  15. The tips themselves don't care about your alignment, though being able to reach the recipient might require going blueside. Its just you have to be redside to get Zev's arc and his is the only one that drops the tip. If you're farming it, Rogue would be the most convenient to use.
  16. When you switch builds it automatically puts all powers on cooldown. The P2W teleport powers have a 30 minute cooldown, so that's what you're seeing. There's not anything you can do about it unfortunately.
  17. When creating a new character, there is no option for Stalker.
  18. Soulbound Allegiance's proc is a little weird. It both affects the caster when the summon is used and it affects the pet when it uses its own powers. On Trickery Girl, I have it on my Phantom Army, and I always get a boost up when I summon the decoys, but I can see the boost up randomly appear on the decoys in the pet window too as they fight. I can't comment on Tornado specifically though.
  19. Day jobs complete! Only badges left now are event badges, the two gladiators that rely on event badges, and of course Bug Hunter (not holding my breath there).
  20. If you are confused about the tip not appearing, you are probably looking for it before leaving the ouroboros arc. Call Zev Scalamore or quit the arc and it should appear.

  22. There are 16 Anniversary badges. I have the 15 year one Excelsior. I am missing Celebrant, Reveler, Pursuer, Merrymaker, Entertainer, Jubilant, Exultant, Lucky, Rhapsodic, Torchbearer, Unstoppable, Perseverant, Indomitable, Timeless, and Everlasting. More specifically, I can guarantee I'm at 1494 badges currently. Along with the 15 badges above, I don't have the day job badges Scavenger, DUST Ranger, Psychologist, Survivalist, and Cold Hand of Death, and of course I don't have Until the End of the World. That's enough for 1515.
  23. The event monsters that Piyerus had early are the currently available Eochai and Jack from Halloween. From my own counting, I will reach 1499 after finishing the day jobs. Adding the 15 anniversary badges I missed in May, that would put me at the same 1514 badges currently possible. As far as I know, the Nemesis Plot badge is simply unavailable unless a GM decides to spawn the event, which hasn't happened. Edit: Realized that I was leaving out the Until the End of the World badge. So, I guess 1515 is possible.
  24. With the latest patch, I might as well give an update. Got all the Halloween badges and the new mission and exploration badges. Now until the next event, I have 9 day job badges and 2 day job accolades left to get, which will leave me....exactly one badge away from 1500. Gah, not having all the anniversary badges is such a thorn in my side.
  25. I'm currently sitting at 28 event badges. If I had the 14 anniversary badges, this would put me at 42. I'm wondering if you are missing the Valentines badges Missed Connection and Match Maker. If you run the villain mission Zev Scalamore: Wedding Crasher through Ouroboros (Level 50, arc 11.09), you will receive one of the valentines tips upon completion. Note that the equivalent hero mission does not work, so this is probably a bug, but whatever works.
