  1. The Knives of Vengeance buffing lore pet has a power called Rallying Cry that gives a number of buffs including status protection. This also includes Teleport Protection and Teleport Resistance. Other similar buffs like Increase Density and orange inspirations just give Teleport Resistance so that the buffed player or pet can prevent being teleported by an enemy. However the Teleport Protection in Rallying Cry prevents self teleportation. I discovered this when lore pets were used at the last hami raid on Everlasting, only to find myself unable to teleport back to the monsters for the second round. I was able to use Teleport, but my character wouldn't move. If Rallying Cry is supposed to be a buff, and an AoE one at that, I suggest that it is a bug for it to include Teleport Protection.
  2. I don't think vidiotmaps has been updated, but there was a replacement map for Siren's Call floating around on the forums. They basically just took the vidiotmaps one and rotated it. The text was sideways, but it was usable.
  3. Experienced Marksman is a PvP set. I believe that there was concern from PvPers when they changed quick snipe from a tohit bonus check to a combat check, that snipes were going to be unusable in PvP. Hence Experienced Marksman was the compromise. The reduced range for quick snipes probably hit PvP more than PvE (I wouldn't know since I only enter PvP to get badges).
  4. Switching sides is supposed to award you the equivalent accolades for your new alignment (High Pain Threshold will grant you Freedom Phalanx Reserve Member, and only the FPRM accolade power would be in effect). I'm wondering if you switched under some specific circumstance that would have prevented the game from realizing that it was supposed to do that.
  5. While this would be really interesting, it would also take a lot of time to do this for every single group. They do seem to be working on something like this for the Warriors, and maybe they'll expand to Hellions, Skulls, etc. This process just wouldn't be done any time soon.
  6. They dropped level requirements from hazard zones because people were doing arcs with sk'd players, only to run into a wall when the next mission happened to be in a hazard zone with too high of a requirement for the sidekick. I don't think normal arcs will give you a door in RWZ, so I don't think it wouldn't be an issue if it were locked to 35+.
  7. If we're talking about a newish player who has been doing a few task forces as they level, they should actually expect that they shouldn't run a task force at the minimum level. Try running Synapse with only level 15s, just to find that enemies still spawn at the maximum of level 20, or running Manticore at level 30 and fighting level 35s. Of course Frostfire doesn't do that as a regular story arc and Positron for whatever reason isn't considered "signature", but the point here is that the pattern should be to expect to fight enemies at the top end of the level range. Honestly the weirder part is that only Hamidon is level 50 and not the whole task force. I would suggest adding a warning to the start dialog, but I don't see any reason to change the task force itself.
  8. It's been doing this on my poison defender since I made him last fall. It is specifically the sound when the power affects an enemy. The sound doesn't fit the power, but I've gotten used to it.
  9. The fact that Illusion does not have any source of AoE containment outside of their long recharge Flash and the tiny radius sleep on Blind means that they would greatly benefit from Spectral Terror helping them out. In fact those two powers are the only ones in the set that can cause containment at all. It would be nice to actually benefit more from my inherent.
  10. Sweet, that's would even better than I was hoping for. Thanks Faultline. My current badging character eagerly awaits the day he can get that badge (he has to wait for some Christmas badges I stupidly forgot to get, so I'm not exactly in the biggest rush).
  11. There's been no announcement that I've seen. Last year the event was held twice: once in April, as kind of an April Fools thing, I think. I figured that would happen again, but it didn't. The other time was over the summer as part of their opening up all the various events. But I think that was only as a covid distraction, so I don't think that is going to happen again. It would be nice if we could get an actual confirmation if there's any plans to hold the Nemesis Invasion event again.
  12. He hit 5000 a couple weeks ago.
  13. Except Team Transporter doesn't work for "Board Transit" missions.
  14. Yeah, I do agree that removing the temp at completion doesn't really really help anything. It would be less intrusive to just leave it as it currently is considering the chances of an actual issue is so low, but if it is as simple to have it grant stacks as you claim it is, that would be the best route by far.
  15. Oh, I'm sorry, it does reset. After nearly 3 hours (specifically 9999 seconds): https://cod.uberguy.net/html/power.html?power=temporary_powers.temporary_powers.dimensional_grounding_ray
  16. It is probably way easier to just have completion of the TF remove the temp power than to try to change the temp power itself to allow stacking charges. That being said, seems like a fix to something that wasn't really a problem. You only require one usage of the Dimensional Grounding Ray since the invulnerability doesn't reset. Even if the only person to go in the fourth mission to get the temp power already has it, that means they have the one charge that's required.
  17. Max doesn't give a reward. Probably because you can immediately jump to the last mission. This also means you can run the last mission through ouroboros immediately, unlike the rest of the DA contacts where you would have to run through the entire arc.
  18. You don't need to beat around the bush like this, its not like its any great secret. On Everlasting, we've been using "charge strats" to get Preservation Specialist for a while now. The league leader has everyone group up with them outside the bomb's range and then charge at the bomb to kill it before the timer runs out. The bombs die fast enough that this very rarely fails. In fact we almost never fail unless someone is not following directions and runs ahead of the league leader. While I also mourn the loss of range on the fast snipes, it will not make Preservation Specialist unobtainable.
  19. I second this, if only because it would make the "Defeat x Outcast" and "Defeat x Trolls" less annoying when all the outcast and trolls spawns in the early areas have been replaced with Lost.
  20. Yeah, I have no idea what changes happened between live and homecoming, so I'll have to take your word on it.
  21. Market Crash and the Crimson Prototype didn't exist on live. Apparition is basically saying its been that way since it was created.
  22. They don't have resistance to psychic, but the defense still applies.
  23. Even the Seed of Hamidon is soloable. I have done so on both my namesake stalker and blaster. It's just a long and tedious slog that I only did to be able to say that I did it. The reward was definitely not worth the effort.
  24. You may also have been to all three locations, but the badge won't award unless you are a hero or vigilante.
  25. Based on scanning him with Survelliance, we found that Tyrant is actually completely immune to -regen.
