That's my entire point. Mechanically it's slow. No need to defend the set or be contrary to those who feel the set is slow, because it truly is. Balancing it by not having everyone blasting the same target? That's not balancing it at all. That's avoiding the subject and blindly defending a power set choice.

So if everyone attacks the same target at the exact same time, KM will likely end up corpse-blasting due to your explanation of how the set works. Sounds like everyone's description of it being slow is mechanically correct due to the results of such scenarios. What would you do to balance the set?

Pretty sure I've seen KM being the slowest set in tests for taking pylons or maps or whatever, making it one of the worst melee sets if not THE worst.

Haven't read it yet (about to go eat) but I would think KM's main problem has always been slow animation/activation. I remember it was best on Stalkers due to the AT set.

You can proc bomb Acid Mortar and Poison Trap as far as I recall - Acid Mortar can get a put a Ragnorok Acc/Rech in it and then slot 5 procs. It fires 10 times with an AOE splash. I think one of my procs is Achilles but I admit this is on my mastermind. Poison Trap I have 4 with one being the Lockdown one. Seekers can too but I only have the Cloud Senses one in there.

Yeah I am curious what is causing this as there are thousands of players without this problem. Your PC specs is a good place to start.

Yeah the end issues are understandable considering how many AOEs are in the Control set and how weak the AOEs are in Assault. Finding it a bit hard to have a decent rotation. I just hit 47 yesterday so it's time to nail a build.

Ignite is pretty good damage, I wouldn't skip it.

Weird. I'm running a 3080 and have everything cranked pretty much except FSAA (8x is plenty.) Running 551.61 as of today. I haven't crashed at all.

They updated the visuals slightly during development - it was a direct port but after requests for it to be better they made it the 3 barrel version you see now.

Tri-Cannon is a very good pet. It deals great damage and is very tough, plus it actually has a mag 3 taunt built in.
