I'm noticing a pattern of something that needs to be mentioned, no one is using Ebon Eye despite it being so good. Ebon Eye does more damage than Shadow Blast when used in Nova form by the way (approximately 63 vs SB's 58 DPA in arcanatime, scaling higher with IOs because of a higher base damage {77.58 vs 66.98}). In my experience, generally triform is best to stick with D.Mire > N.Emanation > Well > N.Ebon > N.Emanation (the fact Dark Nova Detonation has a 2.5 seconds activation for no reason is a joke), repeat for single target unless you're only fighting 1 target then replace D.Mire and Emanation with Well > N.Ebon > N.Blast > N.Ebon. Despite what Mids says, D.Mire isn't that good of damage to single target because it's calculating max targets into the DPA. After 2 mires the group of minions and lieutenants are usually down unless it's +4 so Unchain/Quasar doesn't get used until the next group and even further still if you've been summoning your pets, there's only the EB or AV to fight now. Obviously you still want your Dwarf attacks to be good because unless you're immune to crowd control, you'll be in Dwarf form a lot against enemies that have holds and sleeps.

Sorry about that, apparently didn't see TT : Maneuvers and Stealth weren't active, definitely was undersold. Fixed it now, it's an impressive build.

Mace is overly balanced since it covers all the bases so it makes sense to add longer animations, but you're right, the redraw definitely hurts it. I think that build proves you could totally do a Mace only ranged Stalker though and it would be fine, obviously ranged stalker isn't optimal.

Why is Mace being left out by chance? It has a solid fast ST, snipe, and AoE with kb too if you need the +recharge. For you @Omega-202 Mace_Energy_Ranged_Stalker.mxd Only slotted Assassin's Staff as a mule since it's not ranged.

It's been a long time since I've played a kin and I don't think I'm a 'build master', but I made one anyway. Has 58.5% S/L resist, 30% F/C/AoE defense, and perma-hasten, still not too durable but that's a Kin and it sure does have heavy AoE nuke potential with Dreadful Wail & Thunder Strike to erase any group, but it'll cost like half your endurance so you'll have to transference after 😂. Empty slot at 49 for whatever you want, you can trade out hover if you want to take a new pool. EDIT: Oh and 70 range on Howl so it's not so bad. You realize Controller still does good damage whilst crowd controlling thanks to their passive right? You also realize that not everything is dead instantly, controllers already have things CC'd so you CAN go all out on them otherwise you yourself would be CC'd by things like Malta, Carnies, Arachnos, etc. unless you're IO'd and Incarnated out, you're not immune to them and that's because Incarnates and IOs are not very balanced, the dev team obviously never getting to finish them. Saying controllers don't have a place on a team and not taking a controller because you think that is just plain wrong. I think the main problem is, no one is paying attention to the control that's being provided and therefore ignorant of the job Controllers/Dominators/etc. do in the same way someone would dismiss a Defender or Corruptor for not healing. Another factor here is that while what they're a master of is not easily noticed, they can also be a jack of all trades depending on their powerset combination, being just like HEATs and VEATs because "you're not the best at this ONE thing." @blazingcoconut it seems like you're forgetting Controllers also have great debuffs and can do excellent AoE damage. Lots of small numbers instead of one big number is likely the culprit here, but try to understand that a Blaster and Scrapper have less AoE than a controller. The point I'm trying to prove here is: Any AT can solo the entire game with a full kit (I've done it and I'm not even good at videogames) and no AT deserves to be left out of content because they're "Not good enough for my standards" and doing so is just elitism that belongs in the same toxic category as saying "lol ur bad uninstall".

Added more builds and a new sort of directory to each AT's build list so you can skip between each one from the top. Hopefully this makes things easier for everyone (it does for me lol).

I've tested it and can confirm it only procs on summoning the pet, at no point did the pet ever summon the font.

The sad truth is, I think I min/max my builds more often than I actually play the build and am probably one of the largest consumers of respecs thanks to these forums and discord. I'm constantly learning new ways to improve a build even a little and I know for a fact I don't know half of what I probably should know by now. I'm now in an eternal war with PPM vs Set Bonus benefits thanks to things like: "Now I get 200 damage out of a previously non-damaging power" "But 10% global recharge" "But it completes my attack chain" "But 10% global recharge"

Finally got time to play again and retool my Cold/Cold Defender and well, it already has too many procs as it is, but I managed to fit this in. My only issue is Cold/ benefits from Recharge, End Mod, and Defense boosts a lot and that means Agility Core is the best choice of Alpha incarnate (also I don't feel like paying for a new incarnate), which then screws up the nice procs that Ice/Ice has, in this case Infrigidate loses about 20% chance to proc. I just wanna start by saying you've done an amazing job recreating the icons from such a tiny source. Not sure a whole template is needed except for things like Energy Aura's 2 different colors, but all you need to do to change colors is add a Color Overlay Layer Style in PS for each layer.

Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy to read your walls of text, the more information the better. I just don't want people to shy away from posting if they're only comfortable with posting a single line instead. I've been debating on posting an "All About Warshade" guide myself, but it's even longer (9 pages) and I don't think the MFing Warshade has changed enough since for it to be necessary for people to read that much. I know they can, but I've never seen anyone post an actual build for one, so thank you for that. I dislike Spines myself and absolutely love Rad's kit, feels like a smoother SS in my opinion with a fun minigame of proc'ing radiation. If I build another /Fire brute for general content, I'll certainly be using your build as a base.

Honestly I would like to stay away from gatekeeping and trying to consider what is a 'trash build' and what isn't. I know there are some popular, not optimal builds out there, but I want this to be a list where if you think you have a better build, you can post it and people can compare the two if they want to be better (and I think the "tags" part should reference that, but if it doesn't, let me know). I don't think a character that's designed to be paired with another should be posted without an explanation, but if you make a post anywhere on the forum with both builds together, I can pin that build and link to that post and tag that build as Partner Dependant, As it would turn out, there's a lot of requests on the discord for builds that work well together with spouses/friends so it would only be helpful to post such a thing. As of right now, there is no plan to make a specifically farming section, just to tag things as "farmer". If there gets to be enough farming builds outside of the farming topic by Warlawk (and they probably belong there more than anything), then I may have to make a farming section yes. Any amount of information on how to play it most effectively would be excellent, whether it's one line or a @Redlynne wall of text, it'll help the person that's using the build be better with it.
