Sorry, I should have specified this was for PvE (do people actually PvP in this game? 😜). Without FA and slotting everything else up in Mid's, my ToHit is at 80% and Accuracy is 78%. Oddly enough, when I swap in FA for CoF and slot it up, Acc goes up to 98% but ToHit goes down to 67.88%; I suppose the set bonuses I had in CoF were better? All I can see there that affected it was the Siphon Insight proc, so perhaps that 80% wasn't as stable as it appears on paper. Still, the FA slotting is less optimal for my Def/Res numbers, so maybe just sticking with CoF and OG is the way to go.

No. You linked to the wiki reference of the "Pocket D VIP Pass" power. This no longer exists in game. It is now the "Long Range Teleporter" power. Pocket D is now one possible destination of many to be unlocked with this power, and the Gold Club Member badge is still there, but the VIP Pass power is gone. It is if it violates the CoC, which is where I think we need to focus. The HC team has laid down the standard for what names are inappropriate. Names that violate that standard need to be addressed. Names that do not, we just deal with. I'll leave the determination of the appropriate disciplinary action to the GMs, but I hardly think they would go straight to a ban if such an act was a player's only offense.

If there are parts of it you're not fine with and you don't agree to, you can always go somewhere else. Whether you care about anything on that list does not change that those are the rules. But don't try to speak for everyone and claim that "no one" cares, because clearly someone does.

I'm working on a Savage Melee/Dark Armor Stalker, going with Body Mastery to try to offset some of the heavy End cost of DA. In making my power selections, I'm trying to shoehorn Hasten into the mix. In order to do this, I need to leave out one of the following: Cloak of Fear Oppressive Gloom Focused Accuracy I was going to go all in on DA and leave out Focused Accuracy, but I got to thinking that I really want to make sure my hits land as much as possible, so maybe I should keep FA and leave out one of the other two? Any feedback/input is appreciated.

They're not unrelated; they're both rare salvage. All salvage shares a pool based on rarity. All common is lumped together, uncommon is together, and rare is together. Meaning if someone puts an Essence of the Furies on the auction house, and you bid on a Synthetic Intelligence Unit, that Essence of the Furies will be transformed into a Synthetic Intelligence Unit for you to purchase. The AH doesn't care what the salvage is; just what the rarity is. At the time you captured those screenshots, there were 10,007,319 pieces of rare salvage for sale, and if someone purchased 10,007,319 Essence of the Furies, that's what they would all come out as. Or, they could all be Synthetic Intelligence Units. This keeps the prices lower, not "artificially inflating" them higher.
