I do not run Rad so do not have a build. You HAVE TO look at Hyperstrike’s builds and templates (he has an Invulnerability for every AT that gets the set) just plop in your Rad to the Tank Inv template and fill in the rest. Or find a Hyperstrike Invul/whatever or search for a Hyperstrike Invul/Rad. He regularly responds to build requests and there. Is a 99% likelihood he has already posted one. You can do your own research, then if you want the best go get a Hyperstrike build

My main uses of Ouro; 1) Flashback badge collecting 2) Goldside (all) when doing a Red/Blue/Gold all content completionist run 3) Unlocking KHTF 4) Random badges 5) travel hub 6) incarnate vendor 7) zones that cannot be reached except thru Ouro for badges/merits/teamming

The inspiration was a Blaster I invited to a farm. My Brute was grinding away, this Blaster was doing Alpha strikes and fly bys the entire time. Only died once or twice. I was like.... hmmmm Works best (farming) on a large outdoor map like city blocks or carnie tents. In regular content is a vicious burst damage dealer with 3 "oh crap" buttons for getting out of any situation alive.

My ultimate Dark Ranged toon ended up not being a blaster. I went Corruptor. This gives away up front damage for some of the meanest tricks in the book. Of particular note is how Dark Pit works with Oppressive gloom to create a mag 4 stun area. In this niche you can drop Soul Drain, Blackstar, and then lash out with ST and cones. The Stun, Fear, To-Hit debuffs, and wonderful Corr Damage does the rest. To me this is the ultimate Dark non melee. Able to use all those PB powers without much of a care. WW2 was a Nemesis plot. He wanted a global military industrial complex he could control. And got it.

I have combed Redside damned thoroughly over the years. I cannot recall anything important mentioned about WW1 or WW2. There may have been some flavor text or a clicked on message box that I am missing/forgetting. Now keep in mind CoH was nicely written with a decent world backstory. Many of the big organizations have been around a long time. Some for millennia. Other big organizations were obviously inspired by real world organizations of past decades. All of these “spicy ingredients” can be pulled from the supply cabinet and thrown into the jambalaya of your own storytelling. Family in WW2? CoT? Midnighters? Silver age Heroes and Villains? You get the idea.

I have said a hundred times there is one simple solution for Synapse. Keep everything the same. Except….. You ever do a Synapse and luck into the small maps every single time? Goes fast doesnt it? Code the MFer to not be random maps. Just default it to the small maps. Tah-Freaking-Dah. Synapse fixed.
