Possibly, but i pair DM with DA. Now, Dark is great on a Tank…. But so good it is near wasteful. Whereas on a Brute it just squeaks into top notch. No waste. Then the fact that it has non suppressed stealth. Not the best option for a Tank. Perfect for Brutes

WoW. I still have an account there. I spent a month or so there about six months ago. In my opinion they have smoothed many things. They have also made the game complete boring to level. Unless you are a rabid discord oriented social league player end game content is near impossible to get into. So… you get boring or you invest 40+ hours a week ( plus a large up front investment) to play “ current “ content. A true shit show. As a side note i do not love the handling of undead race or shadow powers nearly as much as the time they invested into them should indicate

Much as I love Dark…. Well this is a challenge…. You will be pretty screwed on End nearly all the time. SS crashes slamming a Dark built with SOs? This is not so much a challenge as an exercise in masochism. Unless you do not build your Dark with its auras, which if you follow my thinking is the height of stupidity

Yeah, i look at the focused accuracy as a huge loss. I still run a +tohit/+acc heavy build. That took it to the comfort zone however. It is a playstyle rhythm to be sure. Watching your end bar and knowing whether you need to make a blue or have time for your end drain to come off cooldown. And a dozen other interesting corners to get around. Once you get the feel it is beautiful

Adding Soul Mastery Darkest Night to my Dark Darks. This will drop some more end, which no doubt can only be solved with Alpha slot or judicious use of end drain / refill power. (Which i am good at watching). It will reduce incoming damage by more to hit debuffs and flat out damage reduction. I need to play teat that too

Actually i run mag 4 on my tank and brute Dark. Except against a very few opponents it is fine. And i mean very very few

I hate the mids of last couple years. How did they screw it so hard? Yeah, I havent the changed version. End was a concern but not a huge concern. I did lose the physical epic group but i was running accuracy toggle on it. I’ m guessing end us slightly worse. But i was having zero issues. Have to test it out
