I have a Titan weapons Tank that looks like a nutcracker army man

I would kill for a robot toon with shoulder mounted weapon animations substituted for any power in the game, but especially for AR, Beam, DP and the epic weapon sets. Bonus points if there were two shoulder mounted options with different weapon poeces and you could choose which powers fired from which shoulder Look! It’s a miniature giant fighting robot!!!

Interesting. Blueside any baddie = all baddy, so you are them. Redside...no. Much like the Rikti Redside is very faction specific. Almost positive a similar tactic would not work Redside.

I have not run Rad armor but I have run a ton of Dark melee, usually with Invul. They key is ..... Recharge and Accuracy. Chase your recharge and accuracy bonuses and things start to tighten up. I honestly really appreciate people joining my team. I mean if they knew me they probably would not lol. So I try to take the first 8, if you send a tell “i want in alting to Space Cadet” then you get a space. Now if you do not show up for 5 minutes that may change. It takes about a minute to alt even If you have to search the toon out of the thousand spaces allowed.

These responses help a lot thanks. Here I thought I was complaining pointlessly (a hobby) because most folks on the boards know to go the extra step. But you folks gave me the tools to work around the ….errrr tools

I have been leading some TF SF and mostly it has been great. Recruiting is something I have developed patience with. If a team member is so itchy they cannot wait 5 min for recruiting then good riddance. One issue that keeps recurring (and getting under my skin). “I want in! Let me alt!” This happened three times last night on a TF….NONE of them told me who they were alting to. I try to save a spot but I am a vampire not a F-ing Seer. Then I am asking the people coming in “is anyone here that alted?”….crickets, bit it was the three stooges who alted come to find out. Like pulling teeth to get info So I try to be fair but it is like if I am downtown and you are just sitting at a stop sign on a cross street I am passing. I stop. I wait. I go. No control if you do not know the rhythm of the road

Exactly. If you turn off experience and solo repeatable content you are safe in,with patience, you will have an “i/o edge” in all future content you run. Just take some time up front to improve your odds on the back end

Also even if not picking a Brute or Tank with a little planning the content can be trivial. Pick an enemy group to focus on and take a Corruptor that works well against that group. Dark Dark is insane against most normal mobs. To hit debuffs are real. The heals are insane. Armor? Kill everything and heal off their dying bodies as you go

I never got a clear answer on how/if the AH could be used. Like we can buy there but not sell there? Or we can do anything there?

Taken this Dark / Fire through all low level Task Foces Strike Forces up to and including Hess Citadel and Oper Renault. This is just about one of my favorite combos. I ran Brutes for soooooo long. Then on mostly Blasters last year or so. This is like a cross between the two. Played smart it has the survivability of a Tank. (Play like a Blaster, always know what you can do) but has a PBAoE attack chain that is practically a farmer style clearing machine. Granted at lower levels you can only Alpha a room, but that clears so many TF rooms and then everything recharges as you move to the next combat area

Dark's to hit debuffs add another layer of defense to Invulnerability's already mostly stellar performance.

Yeah. I have many a starless night to my credit. I have developed a pretty smooth recruiting pattern. I watch the team build for people alting and take great care to let people side switch if they want in. I load the team by the first seven tells and exercise patience Does make me irritated when other team leaders do not do this. A lot. If i ask a team leader for a spot and they say yes, then i reply side switching only to find my spot is gone. Grrrrrr

I have started leading TFs. Nothing difficult, +0/x team size for 1-45 TFs. I do this as part of my new strange obsession to take a toon through every TF/SF in the game in level order. So that means if the TF I want is not running I start one I was leading a Synapse and we got the bug of repeated “Defeat Long Tom”. After the second run through I put in a petition. In almost no time, less than 2 min definitely, there was someone on scene to help. ( they told us to everyone log off for two minutes, which works) On a Holiday weekend this all volunteer staff is willing and able to keep Paragon city lights going. Thank you. Thank you all! Dark Invul is the most tankiest combo there is. The synergy is insane. We all know Invul needs to be considered in "tankiest" armor contests. When paired with Dark and build a certain way you just get laughably strong performance.

O. Ya. A lot of this Brute Dark Fire enhancement set building is sideways to the way you would build it in a "normal" use of the powers. The thing plays like a ghetto melee AoE Blaster. With a buttload of armor and health. It's closer to farming than running regular content. Just burn it burn it burn!!!

One of my big issues with costume weapons in game is they disappear. For me I would never run it, just due to that factor.

you want a huge staff? is it enhanceable?
