i think Brute ATO should proc something like Fear, or Stun. not DPS, but damage mitigation and something thematic. No one expects a nearly unstoppable damage machine to be thrown into melee with them. it is a real morale killer.

No legs “hover disk” leg options. One of the freaks has this from a soecial event or newer mission. Missing legs but has a waist with jets coming out the bottom. Seriously cool for tech theme/robot/freakstahs

I am a dedicated Redside player. I will go hero or vigilante for badges, and rogue. Any lie i need to tell for a badge is justified. But i am true RED. I dont gave not want your stinking PvP in MY PvE game. Redsiders have it tough enough without being hunted just for trying to run jobs. You say we will be hunting Heroes in Red zones. But the truth is PVPers will be the only Blue in Rogue Isles. With PvP builds, and PvP experience. I encourage you to form a group/discord to promote PvP in the established PvP zones. When i black hole Devouring Earth the emanators go intangible (and any swarm). Do the buffs the generate stop working for DE? Or did i just armor their buff machine? I am guessing they are cut off from the buffs, but it is a guess.
