Have you ever (serious question) used LRM Rocket (Blaster Arsenal Mastery) or Meteor (Seismic Blast)??? One of the big issues with these powers (although fun) is their long activation and possibility (probability...) of the fight having completely changed by the time this "lands" IF (big if) you call in an Airstrike... There is NO WAY it makes sense for it to be a fast activating power. Even if the footprint was larger than any AoE in the game and did more DPS than any AoE in the game.... It would likely be a piss poor choice.

I would like to see Galaxy come back. I never really used it….but….. when you try to run a “completionist blue” you have to weed through all these “here but not here” contacts for Galaxy. Plus…. Why get rid of content? Like we have stuff to spare?

Yeah i cannot tell from mids if Arsenal is the same as Illusion with respects to invisibility. Mids has been going thru… well, you all know. And i do not have the time to field test a bunch of stuff. I think i am going with Illusion. If the team rolls that way. Odds were 90%+ a few days ago bit votes are shifting. I give it an 80% chance of a stealth team now.

So, today I made two new villains. I did Breakout on both. The first did the whole thing, everything went like it always did. The second time I go talk to the Arachnos pilot. I enter mission. I defeat two longbow, rescue Jenkins. i defeat the three guards. I head to the bomb and.... out pop 3 hellion poisoners spoiling for a fight! anybody else seen this?

do you not need to be able to target the creature to TP it? and isnt that the problem with it being in the wall in the first place?

yes i said it wrong. i should have said "true invisibility" but... i didnt. experimenting with a bane now. will look at boards to see if it is what i want. i still may go ill/psi/psi dom or dark stalker. but Bane has 55 stealth with Cloaking Device

not real stealth on Shinobi. Needs to be Invisible. i just levelled one to 10 thinking it would work. Es ist nicht so gut. also, i am sending you a bill for my wasted time of the test. i am thinking 9 or 10 figures. have to get out my calculator to check it.

i dont follow the minutae of CoH as well as i might. evidently there was a mod to Fortunatas stealth. not sure if you are including that. but the people setting up the team says that works. not really sure if the bane also counts.
