Ran my 1st 4 star LGTF last night. There is a LOT of MEZ in a 4 star. For those unfamiliar there are no break frees to use and the crowds will mez you in a snap. There are also bubbles (huge) to avoid as they are mez zones. But you stay together, run barrier, and 95% time are okay. Props to Cygnus and crew. Got my Bonk! -

Peeps run melee/sentinels partly for stun protection. So… in this haymaker swinging thread you are adding “please nerf tanks, brutes, scrappers, stalkers, and sentinels mez protection.” So they can have a “challenge?” okay. This will make the discussion more “interesting”. and….GO -
it is a scaling TF like all the others. i never run TF/SF at lower levels, but they do run easily down through their range. not sure on this one what happened.

been working a lot. but i logged in today. nothing looked interesting. someone was recruiting for a posi 1. i joined. they were level 8, and passed the star. the new leader could not figure posi 1 from posi 2. i asked for the star. we kicked off. i am on my fire fire blaster. the team is having regular difficulties staying together, and staying alive. we get to the final mission. i type....(before i set mission) we will do this different. 1st msg we will not rescue heroes 2nd msg we will kill around front of city hall 3rd msg everyone follow me 4th msg it went about like you would expect. we sort of stayed together. mostly. and one guy camped the 1st hero we usually save. when we got to that last guy he said "oh, we always start here" *blinked twice and suppressed all comments i wanted to make we went to the door. they were not great there. 2 deaths. we go inside, 2 more deaths we form up in front of shadows. i eat 5 med purp, a med red, and pop a team large break free. i walk into the group and start AoE. i killed at least 5 of them myself...slowly. that fight lasted 2 minutes. it was a shirt show. 39 minutes completed. it was so bad it was good.

An Enchancement refers to a enhancement that drops by chance. This person is playing while just using drops. Which explains their great difficulty in playing… anything. Let us now lobby the GMs to 1) increase the rate and quality of dropped enchancent 2) make the game much much easier so the players who only use enchancements have a shot at surviving -
well i still need like 7 master badges on my current project lol. it was just nice to see Excelsior rise to the heights i have seen in the past. (thx to Cygnus & co)

I just lucked into a MoKeyes. Led by Cygnus. Props! All the badges in one run and Master as easy as it gets. This with a league of 11. Skill and leadership are everything. Cygnus has that. Would run on anything they run anytime.

Very hard (not hard mode) Master of. And only hard … for no reason i can tell. Cosmic council and TF junkies used to crank these out non stop and at a sprint. Now we crawl through and wait patiently for someone to agro everyone on the map and die. They are long slow tedious and unsuccessful. Hard.

master runs are the original challenges before incarnates. a TF (usually 50) with no temp powers and NO deaths. All you get extra is the badge. oh, and no incarnate powers.

obviously you are using knockback wrong. all the knockback advocates here say you should knock opponents as far apart as possible and let the scrappers chase them like puppies chasing toys.

my work/life balance shifted. so many more bodies to disappear.... now my limited gaming time i am mostly on a Fire Blaster i am badging with. and getting nowhere on Excelsior Master runs. I have made so many attempts ( i join pugs forming for them) today i did 3 attempts at MoMLTF, each seemed okay...then... sigh. i miss the old gaming groups. they seem to have all moved on. now we have peeps that cannot get through a standard posi 1 without making it look like the most difficult thing since multi variable calculus.

...my fire fire Blaster is insanely powerful, I regularly jump in front of teams to be first into a spawn. Including on a recent 4/8 farm with 2 Brutes and a Tank. They get bogged down, I leap at the next fresh group for big DPS ... my Dark Dark Blaster is a breeze to run. What exact changes have made my life unmanageable?
