This is just my take - Miads is not as stable as it once was. I am definitely no expert, just an opinion. On the other hand it was never perfect and it is free, and it is good, and… wtf else are you going to use?

I have had some memorable bad times with MM and the uncontrolled pets. Hilariously funny looking back. At the time it was unfunny. But I never restrict what someone brings. I love that in CoH we show up with whatever archetype in whatever costume with whatever alignment and go suicide squad on TF/SF/trials. LOVE it.

Yeah it was weird. I was running a brute and doing normal brute madness. The team leader got pissed. But then anytime i was in game for a week ( i finally just went to excelsior) would send me tells or post comments anytime i used public channels. Funny, like little dog trying to kill you funny…..

The “timeline” of the game is about a year. Period. Yes, things have been added. Yes, you can use Ouro to “edit”. But, from one characters perspective, if you really do the content, the timeline is not “our” timeline. It is a “fixed in amber” “world in a snow globe” strange snippet of time. Based on the cars and comps and such…. From a mystical alternate timeline about 25 years ago. But just one year or so.

I have run a lot of dark armor. What is the benefit of cramming that in Dark Regen? Dark Regen is a “break glass in case if…” power. Panacea gives health and ENDURANCE. Which Dark hungers, … nay, thirsts for. You want that firing all the time. So we have determined it does not work in Dark Regen. There was at least one great theory why it does not work there. Now…. Tell Snarky why you were trying to run with scissors again?

was actually trying to get all ( all but the tips (lvl 20) and the lvl 30 mission) valentine badges. and i did it. by juggling my alt acct farmer to help and a few lucky pugs. also Ridiculous Girl stepped in a couple times to help! (Thanks! ... oder, vielen Dank!)

I find the pat auras... a bit much. even the "light" ones. if i could control bats I would NOT want them buzzing me constantly. A single bat pet that i could turn on/off w/o going to a tailor? More my style. So... How about a new vanity pet?

To commemorate my decision to rejoin the Forum I am restarting my completionist run. On a Dark Dark Corruptor. I am grabbing my signature name "Snarky" So, if you see a level 2+ vampire running around Excelsior... yep, it is me. I do not find "writing" a vampire in CoH/CoV particularly easy. But I think a Dark Dark Corr comes closest to it. Well, Stalker is closer, but I find melee dreadfully boring after doing it on Brutes forever.... 🙂

good luck. here is a spreadsheet i use. blue you have to eliminate contacts whose content is exactly the same as contacts with a different name. Wes Schnabel, for instance, is slightly bugged. but there are a couple contacts who offer his content who are not. so it depends who rng sends you to. i have not updated this sheet in a couple years. no warranties for errors. also, for blue contacts, i find the only way to get everything is doing everything at the bottom of their level ranges. tedious, yet the best chance of getting it right. contacts CoH CoV.xlsx

This thing pops off like a unicorns fart. This really kills immersion (for me and many villains) because .... I do not want to look like a unicorn farted on me. look, Dominators are VILLAINS, right?
