  1. Null the Gull support would be good. I have heard, though, that if you have Mystic Flight and disable it via Null the Gull and respec/change builds, that it will carry over to Mighty Leap (and presumably Speed of Sound). Not actually tested it so don't know if that's accurate info.
  2. Why do you assume that was the person that silenced you? Did their name begin with "GM"?
  3. Is this your first time ever trying to log in to the game? You're using the username/password you put in on the Account Center -> Game Account page? Try resetting your game account password, in case you typed it / had capslock on / etc
  4. For saving your current build there's /buildsave and (IIRC) /buildsavefile, which create a file in a format that Mids can typically read most of (I'm not sure if updates have made it work better, it wasn't 100% at least a few months ago and Mids lose a large chunk of the build when loading). There's also a character "builder" being developed by the HC team, which would be able to directly pull your characters builds from the game. The initial version is planned to be read only though (IIRC there was no mention about modifying your actual character, just maybe being able to make/edit builds in the web ui a la Mids).
  5. No way in game. The closest you can do is see their current stats using the analyzer (it'll temporarily replace your numbers in Combat Attributes). Out of game, there's the articles on Paragon Wiki, which is probably the easiest source of info currently. My Index Obscurum tools include access to the full details for every power/powerset in the game, including NPC powers, but that's not really in a consumer-friendly format yet (the website might one day have that info, but there's still a lot of work to do to just nicely display just player powers)
  6. Shit UX How do you know when to reapply? Notice when a tiny icon in a sea of icons start flashing and disappear. No timer showing time remaining, no obvious visual (SB is the most obvious, and even then it can be easy to miss other people not zooming around). On my Grav/Emp, I try to keep Fortitude up on ~4 people constantly, Mystic Fortune up on everybody, and if there's enemies that like using mez, CM up on anyone that needs it (not quite high enough for AB), but CM is probably the hardest to maintain up time, because Fortitude I just cast every time it recharges (can notice that at a glance how long until it'll be recharged), MF has a long duration, but CM is in that sweet-spot-of-suck, with a short duration, quick recharge, and no good way to keep track (short of installing HeroStats and using that).

  8. There's also the animations issue. Shield Defense is incompatible with several melee sets due to animations conflicting, so that would have to be taken into account for all blast primaries (AR/Archery/BR would probably be right out, but other sets might need tweaks / new animations / need to be blocked). I'd imagine this is the reason it was initially excluded.

  11. 4-5 minutes should be long enough to make it less tedious to maintain on the squishies, while not entering "zone buff bot" levels.
  12. Have you switched computers/reinstalled? The notes & stars are stored in $CoHFolder/$global/playernotes.txt, not on the server
  13. How low are we talking? Soloing or teaming? By "easiest" what do you mean (fastest? safest?)?
  14. From both the live devs and current devs (IIRC), the Auction House code is bad. No idea if the devs have commented on any work on this, but it would certainly be nice to not have to perform various rituals to get (sometimes incorrect) history data to appear.
  15. Oh, I see, this: That's definitely an issue in the text, as it does 0.1666 scale damage boost, which is equivalent to a dual-origin damage enhancement. If you drag and hover it over a power's slot, you can see how much it'll actually enhance damage by (~16.7%).

  20. Just to confirm, after making your forum account, did you then make a game account (Account Center -> Game Account at the top bar on this site), and use those credentials for logging in?
  21. I've pushed 0.5.2, which includes support for boostsets.bin using the BoostSet struct.
  22. I've done a bit of work on this, I have it partially parsing, but ran into some peculiarities. I'll poke at it some more another time.
  23. IIRC, Mids doesn't show the base accuracy of the attack, but the chance-to-hit an even-con minion (which is 75% for a 1.0 attack), so both are correct, just showing different info. I don't remember how long ago the Tanker changes landed, but RubyRed's and my data (mine's based upon live data a few weeks ago, theirs is probably a bit more recent) both say the radius is 8. Can't check in the game atm though
  24. Check out the min_slot_level and max_slot_level values. One thing to note is that the Attuned version of the enhancement is distinct from the "Crafted" version, they're different "powers". How much the enhancement does would be under Effects, with the "value" being effects.attrib_mod.scale, multiplied by something (at least normal powers would use the values in your associated Class, not investigated to see what things like enhancements would use, possibly something in there also).
