  1. Not every set needs to be AMAZING! Why do people default to this? "It didnt knock my socks off." "I've seen other people do more with something else." Regen works just fine for the people who learn how to use it. Pre set bonus' I might have agreed with you all but you can do plenty with sets and IO's. There have been more then a few times, I've seen the whole balanced team go down except the regen scrapper who just stopped caring, and decided that if it was breathing he was going to make it stop.

  6. The others to me "meh" This one... THIS ONE! Rename it to "Bullet Time" and you have my vote! Though Duration couldn't be any longer then 2 minutes. (The group debuff might make it over powered, but at that point your in it to win it, You could give the enemies a buff at the crash, just to make sure they kill you!)

  8. The element that you are missing in your analysis is CoH was a living game with an ongoing storyline that evolved from issue to issue. Now they had to make a way for old content to still "make sense" So ouro was introduced allowing a lot of functions in the game that weren't there before, along with adding a new plot mechanism. Also the devs didn't "forget about Praetoria"! SPOILER: Not everything that is in the game is supposed to being going on at the exact same time! That's why as you level up enemies change things get tougher, and old enemies become trivial, so you can FEEL the progress and passage of time.
  9. But at that point starting at 10%, that the equivalent of ~2 IO's, which provides a SIGNIFICANT base for bonus' to stand on. If you want to plug the Psi hole as it stands it's pretty much possible. However to do it you have to make certain concessions.

  12. I understand I have trouble with robots on my dual blades, but thematically I'm still inclined to allow the turrets to remain after spawner death.
  13. I dont really see a problem, as the Cathedral of Pain used to be launched from the SG computer and raid teleporter in bases. So I would assume it's feasible

I agree with the first 2, I dont really have much problem with the auto turrets yes they are a bucket of health but they dont particularly hurt or have any major resistances that I have noticed. In the case of the first 2 they should defiantly despawn, in the case of the case of the auto turret, a case could be made that since it's a machine and not psychic energy or magic, that it should stick around after it's "master" is defeated. As to the reward for defeating... well thats a really deep topic that depends on how often they would be skipped and force despawned yadda yadda yadda...

Ok so here is the flat of it: If you want to be a shining beacon of heroic lump, you play invuln! if you want to be covered in hideous growths that make you super powerful even though you will never reach your max power because there isn't enough slots to go around, you play Bio. if you want to be like the hulk, you go rad. if you want to be like captain america, you go shield. if you listened to too much emo music in the 80's or 2000's, you go dark (but you'll only be cool if you were listening to it in the 80's)

  18. You are trying to make a "perfect set" please no! All great powers need a weakness, Invuln's is that it has a psi hole and you have to watch how you use your end.
  19. 45% (pure guess, for humor) As I will agree that it does seem like an antiquated set, Beyond maybe a little number tweaking, I think it's pretty solid. Tons of people love it, and the blending of resistence and defense. Get the job done 95% of the time. Is it truly Invulnerable? No. Should it be, No. I really think until a much larger portion of the overwhelming number of invuln players start complaining about something, I feel this set is "working as intended". Sorry being a negative nancy, but I dont feel invuln changes are needed at this time.

  21. I really just quoted you as the latest to bring up Praetorian issues. And while I agree that Praetorian contacts should act more like normal contacts and let you finish the arc you are currently working on, Choosing to limit your praetorian to just Praetoria is just that, your choice. And it is a choice that comes with a certain number of drawbacks, like the inability to go to Ouro, or 90% of the other content in the game. None the less it's a choice you are welcome to make.

  23. You had me up until: To be honest they could just add an Immobilize effect to spectral wounds and it pretty much falls in line with every other T1. Asking for a new T9 is a big ask!
  24. Correct as a Min-maxer, can confirm! I didn't care, then again I am also a Badger and went over redside for the shinies anyway. But new options are always good. as long as they are well thought out and well balenced.
