    Have you ever wanted Dinosaurs in City of Heroes? Well believe it or not the Hamidon took it away from us! Destroying the Degen site in the Abyss before those kind scientists could make our beloved Dinos! In revenge for the Dinosaurs we are assaulting him daily! 5 times! So if you are level 45+ come along to the Abyss and help us kick his blobby butt back into the earth! Some things that help a ton if you can bring them with you: High ST Damage toons Nature buffs/debuffs Longbow Core Lore pets Vanguard HVAS Signature Tank Summons I look forward to fighting beside you against this evil fiend from the Abyss! (This is actually an event to harvest the power of the Hamidon and bring it into Kheldian control, assisting us is assisting the Kheldian empire)

    Lady Grey informs me that those dastardly Rikti think they are the top dogs in this city! So we are leading raids against their smelly mothership to prove them wrong again and again until they get the message! Daily Mothership Raid on Excelsior every day, same time. Any levels can now join the instanced version so even a level 1 can shove it in their faces! Hosted in either SG base: DIVINE-29035 or the RWZ Average of 15 Million profit if you have the Vanguard badge at level 35 ❤️ (This is a secret operation to defeat all alien opposition to the great Kheldians, making it easier to assert ourselves as the dominant alien species)

    I have noticed whenever I shift forms as a Kheldian, my vanity pet dies, which when you have the dog summoned hurts to watch 😞

    At the end of the day hun this is your post and you can set the rules to be whatever you wish them to be ❤️ I will say however I told you the exact same thing when you asked me my opinion on Divisions, as I personally do not see the benefit of most of them (But again, this is your post and your parameters). However speaking for myself, I won't submit times based on the divisions listed as I have not been convinced what they are actually testing, nor will I refer to times listed as examples of DPS as they are not honest results that can be translated into in game content 90% of the time and therefore, in my opinion at least, actually hurt the game. I know a few of us joke about Sentinels being top DPS now due to @Videra's video, but players in game are actually believing it due to the divisions listed and people quickly seeing: Pylon/DummyBest in showVidera (Sentinel): 00:24 / 1725.593dps If you are testing for certain things in each division, it would do well to make what it is being tested clear, you may of said it at one point lost in comments or on Discord, but all people see are Divisions and a bunch of rules. So I will wish you all the best in this but I personally feel it has become something that brings more confusion to the game then clarity in it's current state ❤️

    One of the biggest things I find people ask for when it comes to SG is how to show off your pride in them since prestige is old news. Presenting! A summon able SG floating flag pet, similar to that of a portable workbench that follows you around, whilst proudly displaying your SG logo and colours! It would allow those who wish to represent their SG when it comes to events or out in public, even if you have a mixture of SGs in an event it will signify an alliance between the SGs for the event which I think would be stellar ❤️ The reason I say like a portable workbench is so it can follow you across maps and doesn't restrict those who have a favourite vanity pet ❤️

    1: For me personally some of the divisions are not testing anything useful, either from being too precise or too weird. To me you should be tested the sustained damage of your build and the burst damage with things like hybrid active/destiny that is up a good amount of the time. Having both of those data points gives you a good boss DPS rating on your build, then you can take that build into other tests to see how it fares in clear times/survivability etc. 2: De-complicate it. Like mentioned above you only really need two tests when it comes to Pylons imo, I think @Beldath made a great example on why certain things shouldn't be included in divisions, as pretty much all ATs can get around that mark when using recluse, PB included (I got 28 seconds) which doesn't give any useful data other then Recluse = strong st. I mean these both in good faith and have openly supported this and pylon testing, but it is getting a bit out of hand and I think needs to be reeled back in to provide everyone with good testing results ❤️ I think it was @Ston who did the tables below which gives good data that is not over complicated to read, you could do something similar but just adding the AT at the start so you can filter by which AT you want when it comes to comparing: Powerset Sustained DPS Burst DPS Average DPS

    I do feel for me personally a lot of it comes down to self limiting factors, Pylons are good to test on if you know what it is you are testing, I agree using recluse doesn't give you a great number, but for me I like to judge the following: "Full Burst" Geas (Not recluse or things unusable outside of 4*) "Burst" Active incarnates used (Hybrid, destiny) "Sustain" No active hybrid/destiny, but things like build up are fine All using the same build and also running a office mission as listed and the more difficult one by @Ston (https://forums.homecomingservers.com/topic/51687-clear-speed-test-ae-mission-trapdoor-v20/) With those 5 tests all using the same build you can see what your character can do I find ❤️

    I didn't think of using the slot in the bind so that is super useful! I just stick with the power in mine but I do similar things with human powers especially things like Combat tp 😄

    To me I am sure all powersets want more slots, especially energy based attacks if you are talking for the kb/kd conversion. But Kheldians and VEATs are based around be harder to learn/build due to initially needing to be level 50 for them, and why when creating one it says not to for a first time experience. Personally I do not want all the difficulty of playing/building a Kheldian taken away from it as that is part of the charm of the AT, learning and mastering it to an extent where things that initially stumped you, you have overcome, using slots wisely is a huge part of that and it makes each build more interesting in my opinion as each player should value each slot they are given. So for me personally I would not want a rework to have a heavy focus on slots as that isn't what makes us weak, but simply a hurdle we learn to overcome and come out the other end stronger and more knowledgeable ❤️

    The difference between infinity and normal changeling is if you use human attacks as part of your normal attack chain ❤️ Everything else is the same. So if you use things like Radiant Strike, Cross punch: That is a normal changeling. If you only use the form attacks (Human nukes too): That is an infinity changeling. Hope that helps clear things up 🙂

    Personally I would prefer the power to have an orange ring around it (Like when you are able to combo it) as having auto buffs on and trying to check to see if you phase before the boss does it's big attack will be impossible, checking through all your buffs to find that icon rather then just looking at your phase power, seeing orange, and knowing it is good to go ❤️

    I noticed today when going through my menus that for some reason Statues is before Room Details, but all the other S' are after
