  1. Right, but low level attack chains would use those powers. I'm not sure if you're saying your attack chain is having gaps using only Dark Melee, or if its using everything a low level character can have.
  2. Honestly, I'm thinking of using 5 Positrons with the Bombardment Proc. I love that I can 5 slot PB with no recharge to maximize proc potential.
  3. Doing the first item will basically replace all super jumps with ninja run. I'll need to look at the numbers but I bet you could cap jump speed easily. *note, I'm working on something that will work on the numbers, just havent had time to edit yet* As for the second item, I was hoping the PPM would be 3 or 3.5, similar to Theft of Essence. 2 PPM feels low for a 5% base health return.
  4. I see a lot of folks offering suggestions on replacing Damage with something else, so I'll throw in mine as well. How about replacing Damage with DMG/Range to give cones some love?

  6. I feel the same way. I think the diminishing returns can be removed and just let the static mechanism jump to more allies. If there's an OP reason for not doing it this way, I'd like to know what it is. Also, I agree a T8 that only grants endurance feels meh. At least throw on a recovery buff. Otherwise it's just handing out blue insps as a power.

  9. I think folks will happily trade a 1 second cast time for 2.2 second longer recharge (assuming perma Hasten). The recycle time is 1.2 seconds longer, but you'll also hit/debuff more enemies and you can fit another attack in between.
  10. possible typo, but the in-beta description shows 7.5% movement speed 3.5 PPM? This makes me very happy. I assume only powers with this border will use the special Chain Area Factor used for Proc calculations? Follow up question, has there been any changes to the area factor for chains or does it still use the AF = 1 + MaxTargets * 0.75?
  11. 1. This is a Quality of Life change, I believe. So now you can 6 slot your level 49 power if you want. The enhancements in the power will work as long as you have access to the power (you lose it if you go less than 5 levels below when you selected the power. The only impact you could see is the enhancements effects being scaled by level, but you wont see that unless you are exemplared below level 32. 2. I dont know if they changed since live since they weren't around when I stopped playing. What I can say is the enhancement boosts will increase the enhancement effects up to 25% if boosted to +5. The effects still follow the Enhancement Diversification rules. You can't boost attuned IOs. As for catalysts, they will either attune crafted IOs so that their set bonuses will work across any exemplared level and the effects of the enhancement will be scaled by level. Catalysts also can convert Winter and ATO sets to Supreme versions, which get a 25% increase to their enhancement effects and the set bonuses improve. 3. Set bonuses follow the 3 level rule. If you exemplar less than 3 levels below the IO level, the IO will no longer count towards set bonuses...but it will still provide enhancement benefits as long as you have the power. So if you slot stamina with 2 lvl 50 performance shifters, the set bonus (7.5% movement) will stop work from ng if you're level 46 or below. But the enhancement will always work (although it might scale if exemplared to really low levels). 4. I'm not sure about this, but I think it only affects yourself.

    Yes, please do this with all your location AoEs. Makes life soooooo much easier. As for Dark, sure, its nuke is PBAoE, but it is one of the best debuffs around. If you can stealth in, no one will hit you while you jump out. I think Archery might fit you if you're looking at range. I'll hop onto City of Data to see if any other sets might fit your desires. If so, I'll update this post. Update: Water, Beam, AR, Archery, and Electric appears to be the choices for all Range attacks. If you want to go cone heavy, you might look at Energy Manipulation as a secondary. It comes with Boost Range that will greatly increase the length and width of your cones...and who doesnt want more length and width amirite? It also comes with Power Boost which could pair well with Soul Mastery (more cones and -tohit) and it might boost Unleash Potential if you take the Force of Will pool.
  15. Is it possible you can do a test without the pets where you use only fast attacks in hopes of achieving more than 4 stacks before the debuffs wear off? It would help us know if the limit of the stacks is flat out broke, or if each entity is allowed up to 4 stacks. Either way it's broke, but it would help identify the root cause.
  16. Thanks for the clarification. I should have known that. I recall someone reporting on testing the BU proc with mastermind pets amd occasionally getting multiple stacks. That should make the formula easier for @underfyre.

  19. The travel speed sort of feels like it's easy enough mitigated. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you can put the Microfilament Exposure Hami-O into one of the many Prestige sprints for a 33% boost to both run and jump. You can put a +5 boosted level 50 run and jump IO into two other sprints for 53% boost. So based on what you need you can slightly boost whatever you're going to stack with ninja run and jet pack. Depending on your Alpha, those Sprints might be boosted further. You can also do a Mayhem mission that rewards a movement boost for 24 hours of gameplay, which takes 10 minutes to get. But personally, I'm a min-maxer, and I just struggle to stuff everything I want into a build. So travel often gets cut. It can be slow at times, but I try to mitigate that with mission transporters (there's 2 in P2W).
  20. The most a single target can have a specific interface debuff stacked on itself is 4. I dont recall the numbers, but I think one stack does -3.5% Max HP which would mean the most a target can be debuffed is -14% (before resists, if applicable). If its bugged, it could be either the limit of 4x stack is broke, or the stacks are no longer counting on itself (the target) but rather each player is now allowed up to 4 stacks on a single target (super overpowered, if so), or it's possible (unlikely) the % got messed up. I'm curious if a developer looked at it yet. Has anyone else seen this behavior?
  21. What happens if you flip the commands? If "teammate defeated" doesn't work, try "defeated teammate".
  22. I like that you will have power data baked in. Out of curiosity, if a power drops a patch/pseudopet, will the tool also show its power data? Similar to what RedTomax City of Data did back in the day?

  24. Depends on the values, but the ranking feels right. If the damage numbers are 1000 DPS > 10 DPS > 9 DPS > 8 DPS, while the mitigation was 90 > 89 > 88 > 87, then clearly it's not balanced and everyone would roll a stalker.
