Ok, then then they should release a patch on April 1 that removes the aggro cap, ports Super Strength to Scrappers as is, turns IH back into a toggle, brings back old Blaster defiance, and removes ED. ImpousVileTerror Posted June 20, 2020 Share Posted June 20, 2020 Disable all Incarnate Powers on level 50 characters, and run an algorithm to populate Incarnate Powers on any 49-or-lower character, with the length of time since last April as the metric to determine how many Incarnate Powers are unlocked.
