Make my own sound mod

Hello beautiful people!

 

The perpetual arctic wind sound made by ice powers (controller) are giving me a headache.  Where can I find a list of the file names to replace?  I can easily make my own sounds.

File name is cold_loop.ogg for Arctic Wind and fog_loop.ogg for Arctic Fog.

 

Path: Data\Sound\Ogg\Powers
