Slide, altie, slide!

I found a stupid alt trick.

 

If you run up the angled supports at the rear of the train station, you sllooowwwwwwlllyyyy slide down. It's weirdly addictive.

 

I don't know of any other surface in the game that behaves this way.

I don't know about sliding down, but if you're right up against the war walls (most notably in the RWZ) you'll be able to run up them as you run past.

It's things like this that literally provide reason enough why we needed the game to come back.

 

Kind of reminds me of my defeating foes on slight inclines and watching their rag-doll bodies slooooowly slide down the slope.

If we ever get the permission to post game videos, I can see a comedy one of foe defeats with an added squeegee sound as ragdoll physics slowly drags their bodies down that slope.

Having Combat Jump lets you do all sorts of surface- and wall-sliding weirdness. XD

Good call with combat jumping.  Sliding up the side of leaning skyscrapers in Boomtown or Faultline is pretty funny.

I like doing the Frostfire mission and positioning myself next to an ice column when destroying the first key.  If you set it up right it blows you back into the column then up to the top of the column where you hover for a few seconds before coming back down.
