Add a +recharge element to Flurry

Flurry is generally considered one of the worst if not the worst attacks in the game.

Since it's part of the Speed pool, why not make it actually help your speed so people might consider using it.

Thus: add a +Recharge bonus to Flurry so that when you attack with it, your other powers recharge faster, similar to Force Feedback: Chance for +Recharge.

Check out my stories in the Mission Architect. Just search for "@Take One" or "SFMA". Here are some enticing titles:

  • Praetoria-related: Earth Revolution Red, Earth Revolution Blue
  • Mercenary Action: West Libertalia: Born And Raised, West Libertalia: Global Empire, West Libertalia: Love And Rockets
  • Soldier of Arachnos Arcs: The Tangled Weave, A Taste For Evil, Faultline By Night, The Warburg Connection,
  • Various: Project Dragon, Evolve Or Die, The Murders in the RWZ Morgue, The Last Crystal Out Of Cimerora

Why? and what other abilities are you comparing it to? Other than its longer cast time, does more damage, shorter recharge than SS punch.

I always thought Flurry was really funny because it has such a long animation time in a power pool based around Speed. This is a novel idea but maybe not the idea to buff. Definitely a power to be looked at though.

Yeah, but they have very low recharge values.

Making them bad.

I'm just saying, it's fair to point out that a power that does more damage than Punch while recharging faster is already performing above the grade. I'm not saying it makes Flurry a good power.
