dunno a viable secondary for Seismic Blast I was thinking fire but I am not sure. I want some decent dps

Practically anything is good.  /Fire is certainly an excellent choice.  I went with /Martial and it's a ton of fun to play!

I rolled a Seismic/Earth a few years ago and thought it was a waste of time.  I couldn't have been more wrong. There is so much damage with both sets combined. AoE and single target are both great. Slotting is key.

I went with Fire. It isn't my favorite Blaster, but it is perfectly fine. Seismic is a nice primary, but I don't think it synergizes particularly well with certain sets.... Fire is 50-50 on the synergy IMO.

I think this is my level 50 build. The leveling build was roughly the same, with the sort of standard slotting choices made for sub-50 play (different sets, mules may be different, etc.). I don't run all the toggles.

Surprisingly /Ninja was pretty good.  I probably skipped more powers than I should have but the big standout is Shinobi's Crit procs which added a good amount of extra damage across the board (even if it was just lethal damage).  It was also fun as hell.  With a KB>KD in Meteor my opening attacks would often go Meteor > Upthrust > Spring Attack into group and them mop up survivors with the hard hitting sword strikes.

Currently playing on Indomitable as @Zork Nemesis; was a Protector native on live.

/energy.  i found myself sticking with the rock blasts to build seismic charges that the only thing i needed from my secondary was just buildup and sustain power

Second this, pretty good combo, and for me it fit the theme I was trying to rep.

And although you asked for Blaster secondaries, I have to give a huge shout out to my Seismic/Storm/Dark Corruptor.  Once I experienced Seismic that way I pretty much retired my Seismic blaster.  Like PB&J.

Earth Manipulation is the natural secondary.  Personally I love Beryl Crystals.

I am running Earth as well and Krystala is a blast to play.  Solid, survivable and smashy and that was before Set IOs
